Positive Environment & MY daughter has Great friends and Im pleased with the way us parents can work with our children and solve any dissagreements our children have.

Some of my family live here and I have to say its getting better however the roads need to be repaved so badly horrible potholes they need repairing badly! And some of the tenants are shady

Its one of the Lower trailer park.. But u can make 80k a year and if ur credit is bad u cant rent a place here lmao

They wouldnt allow me to park my Frieghtliner, bobtail, at my daughters house. Not even for just Christmas. Ive seen other trucks there. I wasnt there for two minutes before I was harrassed to move. I was in no ones way.

Its just a nasty place

I grew up here but moved out in 2011. They got new management around then and this place has made significant progress ever since then. Its definitely trending in the right direction.

We Love it here!!! The local couples are Great. And on the weekends, couples from ALL over The Acres, get together to play cards, drink some beer, and have some fun!! The Goshen Way!!
