This is where you go when your soul has died and you have given up. Its depressing, dark, unkempt and generally unfriendly. If you have no soul, by all means, go here. Otherwise youd have less cause for depression at a birthday party for a 34 year old man who lives in his moms basement and plays D&D.

Not the worst trailer park Ive lived in but they do now enforce the neighborhood rules. Dont move here unless you want neighbors that run a fire pit directly under your swamp cooler and keep you up with screaming until 4 in the morning as a regular habit.

Nice neighborhood as far as similarly similar neighborhoods go.
