My mom lives there and has a really nice place but they should have rules on the up keep on other homes there and their yards. It could be a nice place if they made people keep their yards up to keep and houses

I heard that the place is bad with unrestrained dogs running around. With junky yards and trailers.

The turn in is awful on the curb.Definitely need street lights there and throughout the park.It was pretty dark when I was there but, it did look like it needed some cleaning up!Start with the parks sign. That is awful. Work your way through the park. Fix the roads. Dont make people live like that. There were a lot of nice homes in there. I personally wouldnt recommend it. Just because some people dont have options, doesnt mean owners shouldnt take care of the property!

Fay Gardens has one of the worst office administrators working there. The park favors certain lots giving them a free pass to have a bad appearance from junk in the yard, lack of trailer repairs, and pet allowance. While other lots are being hit hard with fees for the same thing. The rules and regulations there are unfair. Many people living there can tell you unless, they are ones that are privileged.

Looking to buy or rent 4 bedroom

Its a nice place to visit but I wouldnt want to live there. Lol JK

Getting cleaner by the day, staff is intolerable of some of the trash thats become unwelcome, and is obvious they want better for its residents, and are doing whatever they have to do to make its tennants more comfortable

Very relaxing atmosphere do to a very wooded environment with lots of very tall aged hickory trees and a nice pond at the entrance of the gardens. A calm and quiet, peaceful place. Strongly recommended

Fay Gardens is a decent place except for the fact that they are not going to open the pool at all this year and by next year they are filling it in

No pool but they have new basketball hoops

Needs to be cleaned up. Roads have pot holes, pool closed, beyond repairing. Never cleaned up lots from where they tore trailers out. Playground is pathetic . Raised rent but nothing has been done or cleaned up.

Needs board of health and OSHA called in for all the hazards left laying around where they are demolishing trailers. I understand why they are demolishing them,but how is a joke.

Lots of empty lots

Used to be a pretty decent place but a lot of these places now are empty and/or destroyed.

It raise your water bill $5 which is supposed to help pay for swimming pool and which did not get open because it is an extremely bad shape
