My best friend has lived in this park for a long time. It is well maintained and managed. It has very good amenities such as a great playground, a community room and a wonderful swimming pool. The other half of the park Apple Ridge is a senior park. All the people that I have met who live here have been wonderful and kind. The have a sense of community, watch over and take care of each other, which in this day and age is hard to find.

Good location. Walk to shopping and eating. Swimming pool is nice. Well kept park!

It is a mobile home park, I have to come here to pick up my son. It looks clean, maybe not her spot but the rest of the place looks clean.

Trailers are to close together but its a nice quiet and clean place.

Nice place to live, rent is cheapest in town, has alot of amenities, and a nice park.

We have lived here for over 20 years and overall our experience has been great. We have great neighbors and it has been an enjoyable place to live. We have raised five children here and have always felt safe. The only concern is that we have new ownership here and they have raised the lot rent by 60 dollars over the last few months and it is close to $500 per month. Going to make it tough to stay here much longer.

Taking my roaming area away bit by bit. just so some coastal state jerk can virtue signal they like the planet, as they throw trash from their giant SUV while texting and driving......past the most beautiful state to look out those windows.

Been here 3 yrs. Our park manager and staff are no nonsense over seeing the residence safety and the park well kept. You couldn ask for a friendlier and caring staff The rules are good, fair and when needed enforced. Management walks this community at random at late night and day making sure all is in order. The office is well staffed. My neighbors here on the Apple retirement side are very nice. A lot of pride in homes here Management even took us in on a gamble as we were out of state and buying a unit sight unseen. Management does background checks on everyone. No solicitation allowed! My husband and I worked hard to make this unit our home and we have no intentions of leaving anytime soon. As long as we watch our Ps and Qs ;)

Quiet, dark... Its a little difficult yup see addresses but nice

I grew up around this park

To live here is miserably insane, due to the management department. Get thoughts in there heads and does NOT even consider the truth as an option. The accusations are m0re accurate than anything that anyone could ever speak to them. Gossiping Bettys so there accusation is NOT usually kept to themselves.

I lived here and grew up here for 25 years. Hardly no crime rate, amazing residents, well kept, and management is extremely fair and great to work with.
