Generally quiet park. We go to practice field hockey on the soccer fields.

Friendly staff. Course needs better up-keeping especially greens, cart trails and drainage. I truely believe if they can upgrade those things, more people would golf there.

Brought my son and daughter here and they had a blast!! My daughter whos almost two even had a great time (with me following her around of course). There are some very cool and updated playground stuff here that Ive NEVER seen before! I even loved it. Great little spot for parents and kids. Was pleasantly surprised to not see a single heroin needle on the the ground, or any other unmentionables that have seem to be recklessly left lying around other parks! With all that being said, this will be my park of choice from now on for my children!

Mostly straight away until you get to the back nine. Then you play much more complicated holes. They had a water cooler off of 13 or 14. Sure was nice on this hot day. Reasonable priced with cart rental paid about $30 a piece.

Went to golf. They do not rent carts after 6pm. Decided to walk, but only played 2 holes due to marsh-like conditions. Fairways just too wet and too many mosquitoes. I might return in better weather if I can get there before 6. recommend Deep Woods Off.

Bathrooms Not clean and wasps are bad inside womens and no working light bulbs

Great park with great amenities! Unfortunately metro parks cant seem to keep the grass cut so the big wide open rolling fields are knee high and under used... My dog doesnt even like to run far from the walking path... Not to mention the insect problems this brings in the warmer months. The new playgrounds, paths and shelter areas are alright I guess thats really the only reason I give it this many stars.

Up to date playground nice walking/jogging paths, one of the last public swimming pools and a 18 hole public golf course with clubhouse and golf cart rentals. Park also has lighted tennis and basketball ball courts. It also plays host to youth baseball and soccer leagues with several fenced and marked baseball and soccer fields open for public use as well.

Good challenging course especially the back 9.

SW festival and the Mixers playing were great.

The park has a nice playground, and flat land for frisbee. The grass was insanely high for how many warm days weve had - only complaint.

Usually overcrowded but well maintained. The kids love playing soccer here. Come early if your here for an event as parking seems to get more and more limited every year and fills up super quick.

Took my baby here one time and there was not a soul in sight so we did not stick around for too long.

Theyve built this park up! A lot of new things for the kids to play on(and adults). Its very nice now.

The park is nice, it has a new playground but...cant really use most of the park, because the grass is shin or knee high. Its a shame metro parks cant keep it mowed, so that the tax payers could enjoy it.

Beautiful roomy park with a walk/bike path behind it and away from any roads. Great for small kids.

Finally a nice playground. Very open and equipment is in good shape. Lol one loves this playground.
