We appreciate all reviews both good and bad. Most negative reviews show lack of understanding. This is a family friendly park with over 60 children who reside and play in this park. We appreciate those who drive 10 MPH and under. The speed bumps have been in place for a very long time. The aggressive speed bumps (2-5mph)at the gate are in place to actually slow down the traffic. This is a major school bus drop off and pick up. Please drive your kids live here.Management makes every attempt to keep all tenants in compliance with all Rules and Regulations pertaining to the park.We want the park to remain a nice enviroment and safe place to live.Thank you.

The management of Sunny Meadows really works their booty’s off to make sure this community is running smoothly and comfortably. Janet and Bob do far more than I’m sure they get acknowledged or paid for. Safe community/neighborhood and awesome people all around

The roads in this place SUCK!! Not only do they have speed bumps every two feet the road between the speed bumps are worse than most logging roads. The law states the mobile home park management /owner are to keep the roads in good condition. I noticed the managers have an off road vehicle they drive around the park..what does that tell you??? Spend some of your unearned money on the park and not your pleasures!!

This park has gotten rediculous since new management. #34, 37 and 77 are all of the same family and are allowed to do anything they want and apparently it doesn’t matter to management that these three lots look absolutely trashy and disgusting. Piss poor community that was once a beautiful quiet place to be a part of. Truly a trailer park in every sense of the word now. Management doesn’t want to do anything regarding the “problem people”

This park allows 34 and 37 to have underage parties. I have multiple friends ds who tell me to look for my missing kids there.....aint that great.....!!!!!!!! Look for your kids at a trailer park. If your kids missing or a runaway. I give 5 stars that thier here prolly at # 37

Management is okay. Been yelled at many times to slow down even when Im going slower than the speed limit of the park. Other than that its a nice little community.

Went to a garage sale in this place...large and a lot of speed bumbs to start but nice place after that
