The owner of this RV park is a lying jerk. He will rip you off of your money. He is very slow on getting things fixed on his houses. He lies to you when you first meet with him about his houses that he rents. Once you move in thats when you find what exactly is wrong with the houses and when you tell him about it it takes him 2 weeks to get things half way fixed. And dont expect to have central air and heat cause you want have none. You have to use fans or electric heater to stay cool or warm. And he will tell you that he is over there everyday which is another lie he is never there.So if you want to get ripped off of your money stay away from here.
