Great place for your off Road and on road toys. Lee and Jill are very awesome. I will be back. And I would recommend that Business to all my family and friends.

We loved the welcoming feeling when we moved in and the great communication between every one living and working there, its so nice that my kids could play out side and feel safe, they are doing a great job at fixing the bad rep that trailer parks get in cowlitz county... definitely would love there again if needed...

Ill give 3 just cause this is the historical city of Longview, so it must of been a better place at one time, either that or somewhere we can reflect on its history and learn from.

Newer Management over the last year has went in and started to clean up the place. Many people forget that it takes more than just management to clean up it also takes the people that live in the home to take pride in their location and wanting to make their place look better. However it does seem with the new management that came on board with the new owner is really trying to clean the place up. The price is affordable here and the location convenient. Management in place is friendly and knowledgeable.

Miriam Lopez was not scammed by the manager. The Park asked them to work with the lawyers and they were not cooperative. The person they bought the home from was a drug addict and was being evicted. There was a legal problem from the eviction that was unforseen and we needed their help in court, but they chose to not participate.

If you are a junkie or prostitute or felon then in my opinion this is the place for you.there is drug traffic and police activity a plenty in this park. there seems to be no onein charge and no rules are enforced. you will find lots of syringes and mini scrap/junkyards. the previous persons review was right about the parks liberal attitude towarddogs. not only on breeds but also on leashes, waste, barking, and vicious. its all goodhere. its like Barter Town. the same people own the other park by Walmart on BaltimoreWay. so, if you go there expect the same. once again this is my opinion. so, pleaseuse your own judgment. i hope this helps.

This park is under new ownership. We now have a lawn service and Columbia Security. We are removing this issues that have given this area a bad name.

The people appear to be very nice.

Columbia trailer court the scam they want you to pay separately for your lot your electricity your water and then also separately fear garbage and sewage thats a scam
