Weve lived here for a year and everything has been great. Fixed an electric problem without issue. The community is super quiet and relaxed. No issues with landlord, no issues with neighbors, very scenic views. I feel safe letting my kids play outside.

Lived here for years now. Great place to live. Only downside is rent is a little high and it usually takes too long to get something fixed. Fishing is decent at the lake down the hill.
