Its not Longview area even though the ad will. The land lord and the manger do not really fix the trailers, mine looks like this and I complained from day one, you pay 200 dollar deposit and you if you move out you only get part, I was told before moving my floors would be done.. And this is how they was done.. Its is a quiet place but rent at your own risk..

AKA Quiet acres. A truly quiet place if you can stand a lot of rules..but without rules there wouldnt be such a place .

My mother lives here, it is quite and secluded. I myself would not! trailers are back to back and I feel as if your always beeing watched no privacy

Nice place but very very nosy neighbors and the wifi is terrible. And price a little high

Quit and clean. I would recommend for a single person or elderly looking for peace.
