Nice place to relax, kids fished for crawdads, and adults relaxed in the shade. Nice park, pickle ball courts, and basketball.

Too many cars. Too many people.. I believe the city should regulate the area. With all the people there should be more bathrooms also. There are also signs warning people about the water yet people were using the area as a beach with water toys, etc.

Its a really pretty park. If you reserve the shelter be aware it is a little walk to get to it. Make it easy on yourself and carry light.Horse shoes, bike and tennis courts are a plus. The kids play ground is big and right by the shelter.

A nice little outdoor playground in Longmont right off a walkway path. They have 3 swings (1 is a baby swing), some bars, 4 slides & a few park benches & a pavilion.

Decent for a small little park. Ill list a few things for those who have not been to the park but are thinking of checking it out.- Small tennis area.- horse shoes game area- small field, can be used for soccer or other games, no lines or markings though, so you would need cones or something to play football and know yardage, ect...- small pavilion with basic restrooms, sinks, flush toilets, and drinking fountain (all water shut off during winter)-irrigation ditch, has concrete area for crawdad fishing- sand volleyball area (not sure if well maintained or not, may have to rake out pinecones and other debris)- roofed picnic area with tables, benches, and coal bbq grill units(I think these are still there)- small playground area with sand instead of gravel or woodchips or that new foam stuff. Monkey bars, zip rail, slides and swings are included.

Great park, and we would have had a great time if we hadnt been chased off the playground by some friendly hornets.

Very nice park, it helps the neighborhood immensely. Kids area, tennis and basketball courts and a nice walk. Lots of grass to kick a soccer ball around, and though not really a proper field some teams train there.

I had a terrible time here. A creepy guy would not go away & leave me alone. Kept making vulgar passes at me. Hes lucky my husband wasnt around. He was doing some shopping for our daughter.

This park isnt overly populated all the time like Roosevelt! Hover is nice and quiet, in a good part of town.

The seasonal stream is pretty, but also a mosquito breeding ground. Avoid this park in the early morning and evening if youre prone to bites.

Lots of paths to walk on. If your riding street on your bike there are some good fetures to play on and the ditch when empty can be used as a quarter pipe.
