This was such a beautiful day and the park was lovely also. The walking trails werent too crowded and there was lots of space in the parking lot. The park was also very handicap accessible, which was a pleasant bonus for my dad.

We enjoy walking/running/biking here often. Its also a great spot for fishing, photography, picnics and multiple water activities. The park has volleyball and tennis courts and two parks for the kiddos. It is a popular spot but most everyone is respectful. Parking along the street if the office this full.

Flanders Park is a picturesque little place near lake McIntosh. Theres a playground for children and a beautiful little spot that goes into the lake which is suitable for canoes. Also, there are plenty of places for sitting down and taking in all the nature around you. In fact, just as I write this, there is an artist painting a picture of the lovely lake.

Nice little park with a wonderful view and plenty of grassy areas around if you wanted to have a picnic. Be prepared for crowds and dogs as it is a very popular locals spot. The walk around the entire lake is about 4 miles so the park is a good start / end point.

I sat and looked at the view of the mountains at about sundown for 20 minutes. It was a beautiful scenery and I witnessed young people paddle boarding. The water was calm and people with there children were playing and enjoying themselves. I would go back just to go for a walk or perhaps even a bike ride.

Amazing sunsets, especially from the water. No motors allowed. There is a nice patio with I think four large picnic tables and a charcoal grill. Sand pit for volleyball, basketball court, and a path all the way around the Lake MacIntosh, so something for everyone!

Great park on a beautiful lake. Year round views of the mountains. The path around the lake is easy to navigate on foot or bike. The park has amenities for picnic, gatherings, and recreation. The lake is open to swimming, kayaking, and other water sports. The environment is well maintained and, even after dark, is a safe place to explore.

Place is super lit. Great place for a walk or run when the weather is nice. Basketball court by the lake is probably its greatest aspect in my opinion. Also I like to imagine Ned Flanders from the Simpsons takes care of this park and thats oddly comforting.
