So happy we decided to come here. Perfect fall afternoon. There were not a lot of people on the trails. The leaves were beautiful and the trails were clean. There were even some garbage and recycling totes on the paths. My son loved running through the leaves. First time here but will definetly not be the last.

Years ago I told the town supervisor when he wanted to buy property for a town park that he already owned this parcel. It is the most gorgeous spot we could have possibly obtained. Tennyson Farms years ago donated it to the local Boy Scouts and the town of Lockport . The waterfalls was always there and beautiful but the walking trails make it special. If you like to walk you have to be crazy not to go here.

I’m not from around here and wanted to go for a hike. It was the closest thing around so I decided to give it a shot. Really enjoyed how big it was! I didn’t expect it to be that big or beautiful! Was very clean and the creek was really gorgeous. It would be my go-to spot if I lived near it.

The outer loop takes about 40 minutes to walk, there are also a ton of inner trails. There are multiple old growth maple trees and a wonderful little waterfall. This is one of my go to parks in Niagara County for a quick hike.

Nice well kept trails with a waterfall when the weather has been wet. Advisory as sometimes the parking lot is full and some individuals walk their dogs without leashes and may not clean up after them. This is rare but pay close attention.

Not sure why its so popular. I was here 20 years ago when it was being developed and it was beautiful. Now its full of dog-walkers. The main trail going in to the left was very pretty with the Fall leaves, but we found a couple of other trails that lead to dead ends. It was a little confusing. Nice place if you have a dog!

I like this place because of the easy trails. The elevation changes arent crazy, and the surfaces are either well mowed grass, crushed stone, or dry forest floor. The map inside the opening isnt real useful, so just walk in. A great, any season walk!

Ive lived in Pendleton all my life and somehow never knew about this awesome trail! Such a great place! Just beware that some dog owners are irresponsible and dont leash their dogs. I love taking my dog on adventures, but I hesitate to bring her here, because I dont trust other peoples dogs off leash.LEASH YOUR DOGS, PEOPLE!

There is a new trail there recently added. The place is absolutely beautiful. Its never really crowded and its fun to bring the kids. Ive gone here with family and friends several different times. Great place to take pictures and make memories with people you care about. Never once a dull moment its easy to fool people that the owl on the entrance is real which is always comical. A good place to go bird watching as well if that is something that interests you. Usually maintained well. Can go during all seasons its usually pretty in the winter as well. If you enjoy nature trails I recommend it if youre in the lockport area

Absolutely beautiful. Follow the maps to get to the waterfall you can hike up the trail or the water fall/ stream. My two year old had a blast and was able to walk through the trails with us. The older kids had fun running ahead and adventuring and exploring nature! Cant wait to go back and take the doggo for a nice hike.

I love this park! There are several different paths that include flat and hilly terrain, ground that is easy to walk on (dirt or gravel), and ground that is very challenging (lots of roots and rocks). Its easy to get in a worthwhile 5 mile trek. There is plenty of tree canopy, so even on hot days, the paths feel cool. A brook runs besides one of the paths and includes a small waterfall. *I am a runner and cross country coach, and I do NOT run here. I do not feel the uneven terrain is conducive to safe running.

I really like this park but the dog owners with friendly dogs are out of control. JUST BECAUSE YOUR DOG IS FRIENDLY DOES NOT MEAN HE CAN RUN UP TO ME WITHOUT MY PRIOR CONSENT. IT MAKES ME VERY ANGRY WHEN PEOPLE ARE SO WRAPPED UP IN THEIR OWN WORLD THAT THEY ARE SO SELF RIGHTEOUS ABOUT THEIR BEHAVIOR. Guess what? Your friendly dog needs to be put on a leash when you see another person approach. Since these friendly dogs never respond to their human calling them back. If your dog comes up to my pet I will defend my animal who is on a leash. Dog behavior wise it is not smart to allow your dog to come up to another dog who is on a leash. This isnt rocket science!! I also should be able to go to this park with an individual with a disability such as Autism without fear that a random dog will just run up to us!! Again stop being so egocentric with how you engage with the world in public spaces. I will now be carrying bear spray and reporting all violators with a camera as evidence to the town. Yesterday a dog with his owners ran up to me with my dog on a leash. These ladies did not even try to restrain the dog and as he approached I stated your dog better not come near us- I had a 3 month puppy with me. I dont want to kick your dog. Really. BUT I WILL DEFEND MINE. The ladies were indignant and called my dog aggressive. Sorry not going to work, gaslighting on me does not impact me to act out in anger. I just think you are stupid for thinking its safe for your dog to run up to a LEASHED AND RESTRAINED animal. DErrrrr. This is AFTER the same dog ran up to another lady and her very small doxen. So they are just traipsing all over the park like they own the place with no regard for others. Then if you tell them they need to leash the animal they get angry and accuse your leashed animal of being aggressive. Talk about lack of self awareness. Until you get to therapy at least LEASH YOUR ANIMAL WHEN YOU SEE PEOPLE APPROACHING. DUH. She didnt even have a leash for the dog as you can see in the photos her only option was to carry him. Plain dumb!!! If you see this group please report them for off leash violations.

This trail is perfect for family walks/hikes. Dog friendly, so bring your pooch. The also have a station that offers doggie doo bags, which is convenient if you forget your own. The trails are easy to follow and are marked with different colors. The pathways are clear and well maintained, with plenty of creatures to see along the way. Offers many garbage cans and recycling bins for your empty tim Hortons Cups. There is a natural stream that runs through the park and offers great photo opportunities during every season. We absolutely love this trail!

Great trial for someone not very experienced in hiking or just looking for an easy day hike. Trials seem to be well kept and pretty popular. Almost always one car there. The only reason im not giving it a 5 star is because of how short and easy it is, but if that is what you are looking for then try this trail out! Enjoy!

I hike this trail pretty often, I dont feel the carved map is very helpful...when hiking I have to try to remember landmarks to get back to the start and that makes my children very scared when they think we are getting lost. Maybe it would be helpful to print up maps in the future. Overall this is a great place for a workout if you enjoy hiking/trailing the waterfall is a cool place to refresh after a good sweat.

Every time I visit this hiking trail I find more that I missed before. They have a great map you can use to show which trail might be easier or more interesting. Really though all of their trails arent difficult to explore. And its so peaceful & clean there. You might run into other hikers & get even more suggestions from them about the trails. Might even make another friend as well! Regarding closing hours. It says 6:00PM, but was told by City Clerks office that closing time is sunset. So during summer, sunset is later.

Loved the trails. Beautiful autumn leaves, the creek and waterfall are great. Trails are gravel but pretty well maintained. Once you get past the creek though, the trails are confusing and we couldnt find a map anywhere.
