Just a walking trail and a really nice spot to see the city and overlooking the river. Didnt see any playground or dog park area, but the paved trail is nice. They DO have a doggie station so you can walk your pup and clean up properly.

Nice little park to go on an early morning walk. Were from out of town and just wanted a nice place to take a stroll. Its located in a pretty little residential area. Its not crowded and offers some nice views of the city skyline. There are some nice gradual hills too, so if you want a slightly challenging run or walk this is a good option. Its also clean which is nice.

Lovely little scenic spot nestle in the states capital city limits! Great destination for all ages! Activities and events held all l throughout the year! Local favorite and tourist attraction! Enjoyable experiences!

One of the prettiest views of downtown Little Rock! I love taking my dog there for a walk.

Great overlook of Downtown and the river. Watch out for deer early in the morning if you go to watch the sunrise. They scare the mess out of me everytime! And check out the great WPA stonework.

Man that lady and I went and Laura was able to experience the all mighty echo rock . Try an excellent architectural design by man.

A wonderfully serene place, Knoop park is small but delightful. Consisting primarily of a trail and a promenade, this park offers a respite from the hustle and bustle of the city, while not being to far out, or too big to navigate. Enjoy the views of the river, and of downtown Little Rock from this hidden Hillcrest gem. With two entrances, it is accessible and well maintained.

Echo Rock. Walk down the wooded pathway to the circular stone henge overlooking Little Rocks downtown. Walk to the middle of the henge, & stand on the rock that has a blue pot leaf painted on it. When you talk, a perfect echo resonates around you. Hence, Echo Rock.

Great view of the city! Beautiful butterfly gardens. Only negatives are difficult to find location and limited parking in private neighborhood area.

Nice little park and historic Hillcrest in Little Rock the park has a nice view of downtown Little Rock and the state capitol the park is associated with the old Little Rock water works and has some nice rock work we run and walk to this park almost every day.

Lovely little hidden gem. Park is located behind the water plant, on the same property. Be sure to stand on Echo Rock to hear improbable ghostly echoes of your own voice.

One of my favorite places to visit and get my mind right. Knoop Park has a sweet view of the River overlooking the city. Good exercise, or just to sneak off with a partner, cruise through Hillcrest and have lunch at Knoop Park.

Knopp park is simple - you have to get to it to walk through it and youll find a unique and beautiful view of downtown Little Ro k once you do. Its a great out of the way place to kick back with a book, hammock, or picnic. Its made from local rocks reminiscent of the CCC era. There are no bathrooms and it is a loop trail connected around the water plant, where there is parking from sunrise to sunset.

Its really really beautiful quiet and the good folks come out to this work no Riff Raff for the most part. Very clean and green.
