The trailers there are Ok there are certainly not the best. The place is well kept up and is kid friendly. I seen so many kids when helping my friend move.

Guy in a green trucking the is disrespectful and very baligerent. Dont even deserve one star. This place is a joke tbh

This place does not even deserve 1 star! The park manager plays favorites. She has you switch bills into your name and then refuses to take responsibility for faulty wiring in her trailers. Living here for 3 months the electric bill is 1000.00. The owner of the park refused to listen. The park manager in 3 months has moved in at least 5 families and has since evicted all 5 families. BEWARE

Place has too much wanna be thugs and trailer trash they got cats the run free around the place they like to tear up garbage and get you in trouble but you cant take them for a ride
