I dont live here but my brother-in-law does. His place it pretty nice and the trailer park seems nice & quiet! From what I hear the owner is very nice and easy to work with!

Very affordable, easy to get your camper in, pretty quite and clean. Jeff is really easy to deal with. Definitely a good place to stay if youre working at the refinery

The best mobile home and RV park in the area. The owner takes great pride in the safety and cleanliness of this park. This is more than a place to put your mobile home or RV. It is a community where the landlords/owners truly care about the upkeep and maintenance of the park. They want it to be above the rest. They always making improvements to make it a better place. No other park in Lima treats you this good!!!

Nice mobile home & rv park, all year. Great Neighbors. Clean and safe park, wife really likes it. There is a full time manager and the owner spends a lot of time here. Easy access to I75 and close to town. Park is continually improving, security camera watching the entrance to the park. Thai restaurant and an excellent ice cream business within walking distance .

We move here since November 3rd. So far so good,family are enjoyed to live here so much. The place was clean,secure,nice and quite. Everythings there, Perfect location. We love the landlord so much! Mr. Darren and Mrs. Darla, Theyre really wonderful. They will be there for you anytime,friendly,loving and caring person. There are no problems that cannot be resolved,as long as you keep communicate with them automatically problem would be solve right away. Comfortable to stay! Definitely would recommended

Its been a great place to stay. There are cameras around to help keep an eye on things. Darin has come to me for the rent, its been great. I would love to come back it I am in the area again. I have been told there are to be future improvements in the camper spots. It was not too hard to back in the spot at all. You just have to know how to back up your trailer. Most enjoyable.

Drove through this Park today, was very impressed, its obvious, the owners, are working on upgrading, each lot, one by one. Very clean and organised! Ive been driving through different parks, thinking about relocating, my mobile home. The current Park I live in, changed ownership, its starting to run down...I think its time to pull out! Lol what is current lot rent?

The owner Darren is a great guy and is regularly on site and making sure things are going well. I have never for one minute been concerned when leaving town that anything would be disturbed. A very safe little neighborhood at a very reasonable price. Thank You!

The owners are great and listen to concerns. They also love to stop by and get to know their tennants. They can be counted on and take their job very seriously.

Communication was excellent, anything that needed done was so promptly...will use their park again in the future...

My Wife & I have lived here for 8 and counting. This mobile & RV Park is very quite, Clean & secure. The owner is a great guy he listens to you and helps you any way he can. If your looking for a great place to live or RV this is it.

Been here for 24 years.. never had a problem. As long as you communicate with the owner.. everything is awesome. Great people! Even if your gonna be late on your rent, they will work with you as long as you let them know ahead of time!

Its so quiet

I have lived here for the past twenty something years and wouldnt want to be anywhere else. The owners are amazing people with hearts of gold! If you have a problem minor or major they will help you out. Mr. Darren and Miss Darla will do anything and everything to help you out as long as you communicate with them. Couldnt imagine living anywhere else!!!

You want find any nicer owners out there. Done a great job cleaning the place up.
