Not bad place...seemed to be a quit neighborhood.

When we first moved in here this place was a great place to live. Then my neighbor threatened to kill me and park management asked me to press charges so they could address it with the person living in their trailer park. 7 violations of a protection order, the neighbor going to jail and being put on probation and the neighbor is still there. You will be told the boss gives a bunch of orders but never be able to talk to the boss. Apparently he only talks to certain residents of the community. Management tried to tell us to break a court order! Also watch your paperwork. They dont date things correctly and will try to charge money they legally cant charge according to my attorney.

I love it here quiet peaceful Theresa does her job well informing of rules regulations and helping I can call to the office and she answers promptly and professionally I really like all the background checks keeps this area as safe as possible the only con I see is the roads but they are not terrible most of it is storm drains so I appreciate what all they do

Have lived here 10 years and never had a problem.

There is so many things to say about this place. It’s a in a decent area and that’s about the only good thing.They have a really nice pool but it’s only open till 5 even though most people with jobs don’t get off work till past 5.The place is LITTERED with pot holes has been for years and probably will never get fixed.There is a decent sized hole in one of the roads next to a sewage drain that goes straight down to the sewer that a small dog could fall through.The whole place is a flood zone and I wasn’t aware of that when I moved in.Everyone pays the same price for lot rent but some of the people that either live at the end of the road or on a corner have significantly larger yards than others.We all got letters saying that our water failed to meet park standards.And the land lady. She’s a sweet lady but she is almost never in the office. Sometimes if I have something I need to talk to her about it’s hard to catch her because she’ll go several hours without being in office even though she is scheduled 9-5. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to catch her and she’s been gone from 11:30-3:30.So I gave the park one star. This place has high potential but they never want to fix on anything or work on anything. Really hope things change in the future.

I miss place its been years ago i lived there. Win i live it was nice place to live&peaceful & just loved the way trailor court area its in . If i could live there again.

Its a great place to live if you are a older person or older couple.

The staff was rude and uncooperative. They were extremely judgemental and treated my wife and I as if we werent good enough to live there. I would warn everyone to think twice before subjecting yourself to this kind of abuse when looking for a mobile home community.
