My grandparents have lived here for 17 years and it’s so quiet and peaceful. I love fishing in the pond nearby and even caught a catfish yesterday!

I have been looking to find that low maintenance affordable place. We drove through the park recently and loved it. Very Nice!

Ive always loved this Park, its so clean and well organised. Compared to other Parks, its very high end. I wish they had more single wide lots, available. I would consider moving my mobile home. We had our home moved, 3 years ago to our current Park but, the park is kinda going down hill.

Park manager is unprofessional and rude.

If I could put a 0, I would. The park itself is nice, but the manager, Tammy...forget it. She will make your life a living hell. She approves people who she wants. Its pretty bad when people are trying to move in and they meet her for the first time and they take off running and never look back because of her. Forget trying to deal with corporate. She will say one thing and then do the opposite. You can buy a home out there with holes in the skirting (bought off of her), she says you can tape them but then all of a sudden you are wrote up for it . When she is selling a house out there she says taxes are $300 a year. (Even on her CCR paperwork it says that) but afterwards you find out thats only if you qualify for homestead. But its really $1300 a year. She bad mouths other realtors. Please do your research before moving out there.

Great place to live but lot rent increases annually

Still dealing with this manager as Im writing this. I Would not recommend to live here, The manager Tammy is very rude & unprofessional. Im amazed that Corporate does not read comments & remove her for their property.

Whatever you do, do NOT rent or buy a trailer out here. The manager Tammy is the absolute worst. It use to be a great place to live but now its terrible. She lies and accuses you of the most ridiculous things just to get some money out of you. I am disgusted.
