Been better if park manager was there or anwsersd phone

Brian is the new manager and he is very caring and very attentive to his tenants needs. The park is working on improving itself and bringing in responsible people.

I work for a real estate company, and between my calls, my sellers, the buying agent and their clients, NO-ONE will return calls. In order for them to buy my clients trailer they have to accept, and approve an application and we are going on OVER three weeks! This is ridiculous. If things are moving slow at least answer the calls and inform us on what’s taking so long. No one is ever in office during office hours and can never be reached.

Its quiet and clean

I really like this Park, love the mature trees, and layout of the park. They have a open corner lot, on a cul-de-sac, its very nice. Been looking at other Parks, the park, Im currently in, is slowly going down hill, since it sold. Thinking of relocating our mobile home. This Park is definitely, at the top of my list.

My favorite person n the whole.world lives here!!! But its a pretty clean trailer park

This is a very nice, clean tailor park. Its very quite and quaint. The neighbors seem be be very nice people. I would recommend this place to anyone whos working at the Ford Motor Plant.

Hidden gem in lima. Nice safe community

Been living here for just a short time and can tell you that they do not keep there word! They sell you on the place with a lot of lies! Rent is too high for what you get! Roads are terrible and they do not salt them when it gets icy! Think twice or three times before dealing with the current management of this place!

Run down and full of thieves... they need to put gate up to separate them from the neighborhood they infest..

Relative moved here to down size, roads are horrible, loud, what was a nice quiet place is now going downhill.
