There are wasps everywhere!!! We tried to go have a nice picnic, and literally everywhere we went the wasps followed us. Then it started raining and we ran under one of the covered picnic areas to get out of it, and I immediately got stung. Luckily my son didn’t. The park is small and dumpy anyway, and there’s a weird graveyard right in the middle of it. No grass anywhere. One of the benches was covered in some unknown black powder that got all over our clothes. We will not be coming back here!!

Playground equipment is in serious need of some cleaning, and the landscaping really needs tending to. However, since it seems you were the only park in Lexington that the playground is open, the kids really enjoyed it.

Had a great time with my 12 yo daughter.. We cheated a little and clogged the splash pad drain and let it fill up a good deal.. Really had an amazing day!

Been coming here since I was a child, still love to revisit from time to time and relive old memories. Great park for a nice picnic, fun day splashing in the “sprayer”, or just plain ole playground things.

Very ran down park. I do like that its hidden and has the splash pad with covered areas. Also has bathrooms which is nice. They really need more swings as theres only TWO. One baby swing and one kid swing. Hope they redo this park soon but its an ok place to go! Off the road and has parking. Slightly difficult to find.

Very nice, small completely shaded park! They have a spash pad so the kids can get wet and picnic tables for the adults. My only complaint is theres not a changing table in the bathroom, so be prepared.

Quiet, nice park for young children, well cared for. But do not leave or drop off kids by self, not safe, wooded closed area very close, ie pos. Snakes and other hazards could be lerking! Also, nice to see is a historic sight, a fenced civil war cemetery on site. I have visited this park often, has parking areaboff road.
