We had the best time! My wife, her family, and I all went to spend the afternoon doing the Labyrinth rooms and we loved it. It was the best way interact and hangout together. Matthew was the employee working during that time, he was helpful and fun to chat with. He checked in with us and made sure we had a great time. Thanks guys! We’ll be back.

A unique take on escape rooms. There are more than a dozen challenges multiple each with a combination of mental and physical challenges. Each challenge provides 3 different rooms within them.The staff was great. Katie was working when we visited and walked around checking on us on a regular basis. She provided clues and help if we needed it.We spent two hours in this place and the kids could have spent several more hours trying to successfully complete the various challenges.Highly recommend!

This is the perfect location for date night, kids fun, birthdays, meetups, etc. Theres seriously something for everyone and it is ridiculously easy to social distance! The cleaning is impeccable--the place is being cleaned constantly and masks were being worn, but its almost like having your own private playground--theres tons of mini games and obstacle courses, mental challenges, fun photo ops, and a whole labyrinth to explore!We had a great time and have to shout out Jestine for giving us all the details on the rooms and amenities! GET HERE ASAP!

Seriously wish I lived closer!!! We drive out from richardson, their escape room/obstacle courses are hands down my favorite. THe axe throwing is great for groups and parties too! And with kids the trampoline park is a no brainer. I cant believe theyre all in one spot. Come with lots of time available bc the reality games take some time for sure

Went there for the first time with a 5 other friends. Jestine M. was super helpful and friendly to all of us. Our group spent 2 hours there attempting to solve the different escape rooms. All of the escape rooms were very unique and challenging! My favorite part is the mental and physical aspects of each room. Cant wait to go back again!

This place is Awesome! Axe throwing was a very different experience but my son and I had a blast. So fun for adults. This is definitely a MUST TRY! The escape/ obstacle course activity was great! It was challenging but at the same time kept you active. Fun Fun Fun !!!

1st time here and it was so much fun! Forget frustrating escape rooms. Labyrinth let’s you work through puzzling physical challenges together and attempt again and again like unlimited lives in a real life video game! Think like stepping into a Mario Bros level or an Asylum or Bank vault! Matthew made the experience awesome! Helped us just enough to get the right ideas and made the whole experience great. Definitely go check it out and you’ll be glad you did!

We had so much fun! There are different rooms and each room has different levels. You must complete each level without failing to complete the room! You can complete several rooms with 2 people, but I recommend a group of at least 4 (some rooms you need more than 2 people). You can get a 1 hr, 2 hr or day pass. Reasonably priced. Katie and another young man helped us out and were great. Good for adults alone or with your kids too. Would definitely recommend!

Best trampoline park we’ve ever experienced. Many courses and fun for every age. Shout out to Katie for being cool and helping the kids have fun!

Had a great experience exploring during the grand opening, the rooms were pretty challenging & we teamed up with some others to complete some of the other rooms that required 3 or more. Super cute, lots of neon & fun colored walls. Very friendly staff, Ryan was especially helpful!

Had a great time with friends and family hosting a party here. The rooms were very unique and fun, Donut was challenging and we felt strong accomplishment upon completion. Katie assisted us a few times when one room malfunctioned and taking birthday photo after our time was up. 12 people and a room cost a pretty reasonable amount of money for two hours in here. Will definitely come back to try again and go to the axe throwing area.

I had a LOT more fun than what I was expecting. I havent done many escape rooms before, but this was a much more unique and enjoyable experience than those. You get multiple chances to complete rooms if you want to or you can just move on to one of the MANY other great room options they have. Each room has a rating for how hard it is and how physical/mental the challenges are so you know what youre getting into. We needed clues a few times and staff was always around a really cool and helpful (Katie is the BEST!). Highly recommend doing a day pass if you can.

The labrynth is surprisingly fun!! 10/10 for the price you pay. Id recommend going in a group of 3 at least. Also shout out MATTHEW for helping us out.

This experience is more of a 4.5 for me because of technical difficulties. However, the staff was extremely helpful.I came here with pretty low expectations but was pleasantly surprised by how much fun I had. Be prepared for a mini work out. Most of the rooms require some sort of physical activity.As a party of 3 we were able to do all the rooms. There were about 15 rooms, which were broken down into 2-3 stages each. Parties less than 3 might not be able to do a few as some activities require 2 or even 3 people to complete.We bought the all day pass and stayed from 3 PM to 8:30 PM, and we still did not fully complete every single room. At the end, we were just physically exhausted.This is a pretty unique experience that both adults and kids can enjoy. Definitely recommend trying this place out at least once!

So much fun!! Mia was awesome, so nice and helpful. We got the two hour passes, enough time to get through a few of the rooms but definitely left us wanting to come back for more. We loved that the rooms were not only mental, but physical too! The theming of the rooms was so cool and each one was completely different than the last. If you’re going to pay for an escape room choose this instead, you get way more for the price.

The Labyrinth experience was incredible. Everything worked amazing and although we failed, it was extremely fun. Ethan was a huge help when it came to levels we couldn’t quite understand, and was always willing to tell us what to do. Overall it was great, and I would definitely come again.

This was a fantastic experience! Our group of 4 came and expected to only stay an hour, but we knew half way in we just couldnt leave that early! We were immediately drawn into the whole experience! It was really fun and helped us exercise our brains and bodies. Mia and Katie were fantastic with the service they provided and were very helpful when we needed help with ANYTHING. I definitely will be back again to clear all of the rooms!

This place is super awesome! It is both mentally and physically challenging. The staff is super fun and helpful. Katie in particular was really great to work with. It’s a great workout and fun for adults and children alike. You need at least three people, would be great for a team building activity!

The Labyrinth games were so much fun! My 13 and 14 year old boys had a great time. They were there two hours and loved going through all the different rooms. I highly recommend this for a fun day.

Katie and Mia were extremely helpful and provided an excellent atmosphere to the environment. The games are unique, challenging, and interesting. While there are some technical issues that interfere with the enjoyment of the games the staff is friendly and willing to help resolve issues caused by technical errors and reset broken challenges. I was disappointed by the number of games that are currently unavailable meaning that the ultimate challenge is currently off limits, but other wise had an extremely enjoyable time. While most games can be attempted and completed with 2 people others have a fairly set requirement of 3 people that can be difficult to overcome.

It was an amazing experience the games were detailed and fun while still posing a challenge. All the staff was super great and helpful if we had any questions. One in particular was Kate. She was super accommodating made sure our time at the facility was smooth and that our games were all working properly.

Great places to have fun with the kids. My boys are 9 and 7 and they loved it. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is they still have a few kinks to work out with everything. They have only been open for 3 days.

This place in unbelievably fun. It’s like mini escape rooms but better bc you have unlimited tries and they’re really fun experiences with different themes with some physical obstacles. Fun for all ages. My daughter and wife love Labyrinth, rare to have entertainment that we all enjoy together.

I cannot recommend this facility enough, for both children and adults. We had a fantastic time at the labyrinth today and will definitely be visiting again. Also, Mia and her co-workers were informative and excellent with assistance and advice.

Place was super cool, Id say its a combination of an escape room, obstacle course and mini games. Each room was challenging but nothing seems impossible. The staff was great!! Well definitely be coming back.

Me and my daughter,16, went today for the the first time. We enjoyed the experience. We did the all day pass. Similar to escape rooms in that in once u get pass the first room there is another room to complete. U have to get through all the rooms to get the credit/XP. Those points u obtain can be used to get the rewards or toys they offer. Some rooms require physical activities to complete. Other rooms require more mental thinking to get through. And some rooms require both. There was probably 15 different rooms in all. All of them are challenging and every time we failed we had to start over. Be prepared to climb and crawl!

Went here tonight with 4 friends. I enjoyed the aesthetics of this facility but however my experience was not great. We weren’t given much direction when it came to starting so we were very confused throughout the whole experience. I understand that it hasn’t been open for long but the games had no starting place and became very frustrating. We chose to not use our full hour due to feeling defeated and annoyed that we spent money to be confused.To top it all of there was an off duty employee making rude comments to us throughout the experience. Has a lot of potential but was not a good experience for us!

Matthew was a great game master, helped in so many different ways. We shall return to defeat the labyrinth!!!

Definitely a different experience. There are 16 rooms, each with 1-3 rooms to complete. They havent been open very long so there are a few technical difficulties that they are working out but Katie was super helpful when we had issues. I finished 4 of the rooms in my 2 hours but I plan on coming back to complete them all.

I love the quick challenges with all the different rooms! 2 hours flew by. Katie was extremely helpful and made the experience fun. We will be returning.

The kids loved it! 7 of us (4 adults and 3 kids) went on a Saturday afternoon and had a great time. There were no lines and the challenges were fun, challenging and varied in difficulty. The Labyrinth had only been open for 2 weeks and the system still had a few minor bugs. First the cons, then the pros:Cons:- After a successful challenge the card scanners do not clearly indicate that your card has been credited with a win. There is a tiny beep that is easy to miss. It should be visual, and obvious. One of our teams did not receive any credit for any of their wins, and had to have the front desk manually add credit to each card.- When you fail a challenge there is no indication of why. You may have timed out, or someone may have touched something incorrectly. It would be nice to have a countdown timer in each room of each challenge so at least we know if we did something wrong or just didnt go fast enough.- One event has a gravity game where you must get balls into holes. One of the easy holes gives no credit. Is this a bug? We only realized it gives no credit after closely watching the overall score. Some holes gave more credit than others. It would be nice if it was labelled.- There is no timer showing how long until you can enter a challenge. We wasted a lot of time waiting for a challenge that would not reset. No one was in it, but the red light indicated someone was inside. We had to find a proctor to manually reset the room.- If you fail, you must exit and wait for a reset. The amount of time waiting for reset is a bit too long.Pros:Despite the cons listed above I still gave it 4 stars because it was a load of fun, and I expect they will fix the issues.- It is engaging and forces you to work as team.- The challenges are labelled with a nice description of mental vs physical and overall difficulty, so it was easy to choose a challenge level.- All 7 of us had a great time and plan to return.- It is worth the price.- The challenges / puzzles varied a lot.- My 8 year old says he wants his next birthday party here.- The staff was superb. They were friendly, knowledgeable and available. They told us we could ask for hints if we got stuck, but we didnt ask. We were determined to solve every puzzle ourselves.We chose 1 hour, but after we were done we decided that next time would be at least two hours, and possibly an all day pass. If they can iron out the few issues we had I will change the review to 5 stars. We really had a great time and I recommend it.

We went today and were not disappointed. There were many different types of game with varying levels of physical and mental difficulty. Even being out of shape we were able to do things successfully but also very challenging. Only reason it isnt a 5 star rating is because they are just opening so working a few little kinks out.

Came with a few friends and we all had an absolute blast! We did the 2 hour time limit and didnt make through even half the rooms. If you want to do them all I recommend the all day pass.
