Went for a rec soccer game. Assuming you dont have little kids, youre on time and maybe dont have a soccer game to attend, the Park could be just fine. The fields are a long walk away and surrounded by trees and weeds in the east and south side. Dont kick a ball out of bounds! You might not find it!There are 2 small reservoirs that make it enticing for the unattended young ones, especially while the game is 200+ yards away and the play area is on the opposite end.
This is a great little park work plenty of open fields, they use them for city soccer but when not in use its great for frisbee or even baseball practice for the younger kids. The little pond is great to skip rocks or practice your casting. If you feel adventurous then head towards the lake into the trees and explore.
Fun park for the family until some one show up with a pellet gun and a beer. But good fun none the less
Great park with an open field. Enjoy taking my family on a walk and going on a run through there
Beautiful view of the lake. It is a nice backdrop for some soccer games. Grass is long for the game but nice park overall.
The grass is pretty high for soccer with a lot of old grass piles. Not enough parking and not a lot of shade. Probably not a big deal when there isnt a tournament going on.
Lots of room to play. There are bathrooms, however they are closed right now. Does the should be open but theyre not. Not much shade.
Love this park! It’s great to take your dog or kiddos to. The park has a couple of huge fields and a long walking/jogging path. It is kept super clean and they also provide doggie clean-up bags and trash cans.
Amazing view of the lake, and a great paved path for walking or running. No playground equipment.
The views are AMAZING. The only downside is mosquitos.
Love the grass, but when it get late there are a ton at mosquitos
I really love this park. Lots of open area. Very pretty surroundings. And even when people are around it is pretty peaceful.
Fairly quiet little park. Mostly just open fields. Would be a great place to do frisbee or fly a kite. It seems to be used for city soccer mostly. Has a nice little walking trail around the park. Leads to a nice dirt trail leading to Utah Lake. It seems to be rarely used, and I understand why. The beach at the end is basically just reeds that have broken off and washed up. We were hoping to feed some ducks, but there werent any around to try. It would be a good place to bring a chair and just sit and contemplate life for a while.
Great place for family pictures, soccer games and morning runs. However there is a yucky pond right in the middle that looks like it was supposed to be a skate park. This park connects to the Jordan river parkway trail, which is awesome.
The park was a good place for soccer tournament but parking was a mess.
Love this park. Pet friendly and has access to Utah lake from the trail. You can go back to Utah lake and go shooting, duck hunting, or just go for a walk. It’s fun to take trucks or side by sides back there. There are soccer goals all over the park so it’s fun to shoot around with friends. The only complaint I really have is the bugs during the summer months at night can get bad. Mostly mosquitos. Aside from that it’s a wonderful park!!!
A great place for kids to have fun. But the pond isnt very well maintained unfortunately. And fisherman have heavily pressured the water so there isnt as much opportunity for a great catch anymore.
Clean, beautiful suburban track home scenery. Baby bass in the pond in the Sumner.
This is a great park for soccer. They don’t have playground equipment. It is just for sports. They have good restrooms as well.
Great place to walk or ride a bike. Huge soccer fields and ponds to throw rocks or even fish. Lots of parking available and a bathroom.
Its ok 5 soccer fields
Dr Carter is the very best with his knowledge and warmth he shows all his patience! We him :)
Its not a park in the traditional sense. No playground. It does have lots of open grass area to play on. The ponds have good size carp and bluegill. There is also Utah lake access via a posted trail.
Beautiful sports area and got to watch my grandson play soccer in the finals match!
North Lake Park is a pretty good place. It is a great place to run at.
Great place for a walk
Great place to Walk or Run
Always walk my dog here. Great place.
Lots of mosquitoes but we caught a catfish so it was good
It waz great nice water park
This is right on the shore in springtime of Utah Lake
Amazing big fields to play soccer, walk your dog, or have a campfire at the fire pit.
A nice place and close to the park so its a short walk. People fish here for bass. A little buggy in may/June so plan for that. Overall Im glad I went.
Big fields. Small pond, with a lot of small dead fish in the grate. Not very pleasant smell in that area. Nice walking paths. Lots of bugs around dusk.
Beautiful place for family photos
Large open grassy areas. Soccer Fields. Thats about it. I was looking for access to the lake and had to go elsewhere. Theres an access point that leads to marshlands. If you want some open space to play some sports, it would be perfect.
This park is great! Its really just a ton of space. Plenty of room to run, sidewalks for biking or jogging. Soccer fields as well as restrooms and water fountains. There are even two little reservoirs to fish in. Its a local gem.
Yo, this park is dope fam. Hit this park up if you wanna see my brother score some sick left footer goals in his city funded youth soccer league my man.
It has a few nice soccer fields and a lot of wide open space to do stuff
Visited this area just a few days ago, great recreation for playing soccer and other field games, a nice little pond that is stocked with various fish species and a very convient path that leads to Utah Lake!
Good running and soccer
Fun place to let the kids explore and learn to fish.
Nice park. Lots of birds
Fun fun! Just a beautiful place!
Far too many bugs. But it is a pond, so that was to be expected.
Beautiful park to play football.
Lots of space to run and play along with soccer goals and scenery.
A nice little park with bathrooms, a walking trail, a fire pit, grass areas for organized soccer games, and a trail out to Utah Lake.
Beautiful I love ir
Great soccer fields, great bike path, easy access, and good bathrooms.
Great field for soccer practice, views of the lake and the fun walking trails.
Cute, nice for pictures. Dont eat the fish.
So fun!
Great soccer fields, but it has no playground and the place is infested with gigantic mosquitoes. You cant talk without swallowing some.
Nice park. Do not go late summer/fall after 3pm. The mosquitoes will eat you alive.
This park has great soccer fields and walking trails with a view of Utah Lake. Lake access is possible but it looks like a long walk.
Great
No parking
Fun place to bring the kids and enjoy your day
Good soccer fields, useful toilet facilities, nice walking trail, take bug spray
Decent soccer fields, but major bugs, depending on time of year.
Pretty park with trails and views of Utah lake and the mountains. Bring bug spray
Beautiful location right along Utah Lake wetlands.
North lake is a nice spot for sports and has a pathed track all around the park, at times it is a little swampy and muddy
Needs a plaground. Great trees!
If you plan on venturing out to the lake, expect muddy paths and good views.
Good field for a game of ultimate Frisbee
Parks are fun
Fish
Beautiful.
Open grass and a trail. No play ground.
Beautiful view. Lots of wildlife.
It was fun
Sports park - no playgrounds
