This is a nice little cafe tucked into the side of the Museum of Ancient Life at Thanksgiving Point. They have some sandwiches, salads, and kids meals. Not quite the selection that there is next door at the Deli, but pretty good and the atmosphere is pretty neat with the expedition theme and props all around. Its a good place to stop though, and they tend to be a bit quicker than the deli if its not too busy. If youre a member you get a 10% discount on items here, which is nice. Theres also free WiFi which is never a bad thing!
