Im giving this 5 stars because it does exactly what I want it to do. Gives me a place to let me dog run care free. I love the tall weeds, and the mountain view. If you want to play fetch with your dog this is a perfect place. When we go there we usually have the place to ourselves, which I actually love. Its a beautiful uncrowded area where you can enjoy some outside time with your pup. If you are wanting to socialize your dog, this might not be the best place, because there isnt heavy traffic...which in my opinion is nice and refreshing. There arent many places these days that are dog friendly, and fenced in where you arent smothered. I love to spend relaxing Sundays here! Will keep enjoying! Thank you to the Eagle Scout who made it, it continues to bless our lives!

Willow Park is a great place to camp. The sites are very big which is perfect for large gatherings. We love riding our bikes on the Jordan River Trail. Its a beautiful nature area right in the middle of residential areas.

Love this park! We’ve camped here, done family gatherings, used the dog parks and gone on walks and we love everything about it. Sadly there are sometimes nasty smells blown in from the local mink farm but apart from that, it’s a great location for various uses.

The dog park is very minimal, but the playground is fun. There are a bunch of camp sites and places to picnic, and its right off the Jordan River trail so its really accessible for all kinds of adventuring.

The walk along Jordan River was quite nice, well go back for sure. Willow Park seems like it could be an ok place to camp, however, I struggle to see it as a place I would want to camp since its so close to the city. And the dog park could be nice, but despite the park providing bags to clean up after your dogs it seems like only a few people do. Its hard to tell if there grass is maintained at all in its current state.

Very hot when we visited with one shade tree and a little bench to sit at. The ground is hard packed dirt with patches of mown weeds (the thorny kind thatll stick to your socks). Park is enclosed by a four foot tall chain link fence and has a double gate at the entrance.Lots of tennis balls and, at least when we visited, a chuckit for tossing them around. You have to be careful when throwing tennis balls as the very hard ground and low fences make it easy to bounce a ball out of the park into the tall surrounding weeds. No water, though there was a dirty water bowl when we visited that we poured some bottled water into. There is a dispenser for poop bags but it only had used bags stuffed in it by some jerk. No trash bin at the dog park but there is one at the far end of the parking lot.A sign on the fence says the park was the result of an Eagle Project. Seems like there are opportunities to improve the park for other scouts.

Its $20 a night for a large area camp spot. Can book large groups that would be 5 camp spots. Has a volley ball court, no net at this time. Has 2 horse shoe pits, bring own horse shoes. Has play grounds that are Use at your own risk. Has potable running water, with flushing toilets but no showers. No RV hook ups. Has fire pits and charcole grills. Has lots of picnic tables. Wide open spaces. River front access for swimming, boating and fishing. Life jackets required. Dogs allowed on leash. Has a fenced dog area. Group camp areas. Part of Jordan river trail. Has nice booking trail. Sparse trees throughout.

Unfortunately, the dog park available is a sad excuse of a dog park. No living grass, no water, no waste bags, no trash can, just some dirt and rocks for the dogs to run around in. Definitely not coming back.

I’m glad I found this dog park. It’s only 5 minuets from my house. It does need some care and a trash can. I am willing to put in the time and effort to make it a nicer dog park. It would be helpful if other people that rated it so poorly would also try to make the park better for our dogs. I am going to contact the city and see what they can do. Let’s work together to improve this place.

I love the idea. Execution leaves a lot to be desired. Has a double gate entrance, but a separate gate that my dog was able to nudge open and he was off. :-( As others stated, no bins, no bags, no water. With just a few small changes, this could be a good space!!

Dont let Danielles pics fool you. Her pics are the only reason we came. Its a TINY, grassed area thats fenced it. Thats it. Your dog is better off in your own backyard. Now if you dont have a backyard with the fence, I could see why some people would come here. But for the amount of time it took me to get here, (you have to drive through almost the whole park at 10 mph) I couldve driven to the dog park in Draper and its 1000 times better! One of the reasons I bring my dog to the dog park is so that she will socialize with other dogs but theres not a single other dog here. As the others posted, there arent any trash cans or dog waste bags. Theres a dispenser but its empty and Im assuming that its rarely refilled, if ever. There wasnt a lot of dog poop when I was here so it must have recently been cleaned. & There are two gates as you walk in but I really had to work with them so they would open and close. If you had a rambunctious dog I would be hesitant. The fence also isnt that high. Maybe 4 feet, but that might be generous. It looks like a dog tried to jump over a part where its bent. So if your dog gets excited and will jump the fence when he sees people, I would not recommend this place. Also, this may be more out of me thing, but there are electrical lines that run overhead and you can hear them the whole time. I feel like Im getting radiation poisoning by just standing here. Dont waste your time coming here. Do yourself a favor and drive up the road to the dog park in Draper.

Created as an Eagle Scout project, its a nice volunteer effort, but needs some TLC (tender-living-care). The fence is short for a dog park, so jumpers could escape.Entrance can get muddy. Needs mulch and gravel throughout, but a great start, just needs more volunteer effort and/or adoption by local businesses.

I appreciate the effort that the Eagle Scout took. But I couldn’t even find this dog park!! I didn’t look up any reviews, otherwise I wouldn’t have even tried to come, but I drove around the entire park and couldn’t see any fenced off areas. The entire willow park looked sad and depressing. I drove 2 miles to get to this park and drove back to my neighborhood to the park there where I had to keep my dogs leashed the entire time. Very disappointed. Definitely making the effort to go to Draper or sandy or salt lake for a worthwhile dog park.

This dog park is a joke. Has never looked like its taken care of. Dont bother. If Lehi City cared as much for existing residents instead of growth they could build an awesome dog park.

We went to try it out and see what it was like. It made me feel like I was in I Am Legend or some other post-apocalyptic setting. There wasnt another soul in sight and it isnt kept up at all. When we were leaving we happened to notice a sign on the fence indicating this was someones Eagle project. That explains quite a bit about why the city doesnt care to keep it up; they never cared to build it in the first place.

Regularly Id give it one star - as it is ONLY a fenced area - in the middle of nowhere.. with NO trash can, so no one cleans up after their dogs despite the addition of trash bags (but good luck getting them out of the dispenser). However, There are a lot (too many) sticks.. If your dog likes those. There is a picnic table, One big shade tree, and someone left a lot of tennis balls. My dog doesnt like coming here at all because no other dogs are here. So maybe this park best serves dogs that are not good with other dogs (and who like sticks).Areas for improvement:- TRASH CAN, no one likes putting dog shiz in their car.- running water-some WD40 on the gate latch- someone to rake about a thousand of the sticks away-other shade trees-grass for 5 stars, but at least a level playing ground with no weeds.

Come on Utah County, realize a large portion of your population has dogs! Given that 68% of US households include at least one dog, it would stand to reason that thousands of people in this area are looking for a dog friendly space. This is not that space.Thank you to the eagle scout who put his hard efforts into this area, shame on Lehi and Utah County government entities for not keeping it up whatsoever.

Not the nicest but probably the quietest. They have tall weeds this time of year so you could lose you dog in them. They have a short fence around the perimiter and the gate had some large openings for little dogs. We had the whole park to ourselves for quite a while and when someone did come she said that they had never seen anyone else in the park before.

Sadly, this well intentioned scout project has fallen into major disrepair. My 4 dogs would only walk around the dirt perimeter because it hurt their feet so badly. My young son said this place is a dump. There is no grass, only dry weeds that were recently mowed and very sharp. Even dirt, without the weeds, would be an improvement. A good samaritan has left a bowl of tennis balls and a chuck it. The park is getting some use because I cleaned up 3 grocery bags FULL of poop while I was here. I had to carry them waaaaay over to the dumpster. There are no trash cans, bags or water in or near this park. This place needs sprinklers, if grass was ever intended to grow. Hopefully another scout comes along and does another step of work or the city steps in. Id be happy to get out there and do some manual labor or donate money to help this place. This dog park could be simple and great. For now, we will drive to Draper.

I have two heeler mixes and live in an apartment. They just need somewhere to run, and this park fits perfectly. Its not very busy, but I like it that way. If you need a fenced area for your pups to romp, without all the hubub of the more crowded dog parks, this park works fantastically.

This has potential to be a decent dog park but it definitely needs some work. Its small, has only one picnic table and one tree. It also has a doggie bag dispenser but its completely empty. Also no dumpster for disposing of the poop. I hope Lehi city can renovate this one or build a new one entirely! We sorely need it.
