The best place to go with kids during summer time! Lots of fun for only a couple of bucks per person. We celebrated our both boys birthdays at this place and everyone was happy. They have covered spots at the very end of of the park which are typically unoccupied in the mornings, so for the events I recommend using those. Good for a party of up to 10 kids.
A really fun park. This was for a birthday party, we have attended quite a few at this location. If you plan on having one here, try and get the lower pavilion, as it is right next to the lower splash pad. The kids love the park and it is even good for smaller kids. Make sure to bring sunscreen as there arent a whole lot of places with shade.
This must be the best splash pad Ive ever been to! Its huge and full of different water games. The price is also really good. We got a great nap afterwards
Very clean and plenty of fun for family. Tables for picnics. Staff very friendly
Big shout out for Ali and Derek at the reception. They did great job answer my questions as a first timer here . Thank you guys
Loved it! My lityle guys were running around and it was not crowded at all!
Nice splash pad but way too much chlorine in water.
Great splash pad. Only $2 per person
This place is really fun for kids, I’d say it a 10 and under place but the kids love it splash cannon’s a slide, all kids of different water fountains to run through just a blast for the kids. Plenty of picnic seating as well. A really fun and enjoyable place for kids. Oh! And don’t forget about the two small rock walls they are pretttttyy neat!
This is a beautiful little park. The splash pad is fun, but the fun is geared towards little kids. Still, some siblings/relatives/parents also were having a good time.My husband did his Cyr wheel there!I wish they had a pool, or more slides for teens/adults as they all have to go to get the little kids there.
Mice and beautiful. Very much needed!
My baby loved it!! Perfect for babies, toddlers and those who cant/dont want to swim. Worth the few dollars for admission. Pro tip: Bring cash. Physical currency only for the ticket machine. There is an ATM machine but... Fees?? Nahh.. Forget that
We love going here! There is lots to do for our little one and he always has a great time. Only wish they kept it open past Labor Day, but we will be looking forward to it opening again next year, I believe it reopens mid-May.
Great cheap fun for the kids to cool off. I suggest getting there early and claim a spot. At $2 a person all day you cant beat it. We normally stay 3 or 4 hours and the kids have fun the whole time.
Fun place to take the kids. One of our favorite splashpads in the area. There is a grassy area to sit with some shade. A small waterside that is perfect for the little ones. Plenty of room to run around as well. There is a $2 per person charge. We brought coolers with drinks and snacks and spent several hours there.
Very clean and great for kids. My older boys (12 and 14) arent quite as thrilled but they just play with balls in an open area on the side. My 3 year old and 1 year old love the water features. Great balance of water pressure for kids of different ages.
Nice public facility. Probably better for age 6 and up due to surface. I would not recommend for toddlers. Nice restroom facilities and get there early for closest parking. Great place to have a picnic lunch.
I was really underwhelmed. Especially since you have to pay a fee I was just expecting more. There is hardly any shade for parents to sit and not many tables either. I have been to much better splash pads that are free. We did enjoy the train nearby though.
This is a great place for parents to enjoy a nice area and for them to relax while the kiddos get wet and play. I wish all parks were set up this way. Wish more states and cities build or design there parks where parents had a comfortable and safe area to enjoy and at the same time have their kids play and enjoy the area also.
We came on a Tuesday afternoon around 3:30 It wasnt busy at all. Which was perfect! There is a $2 pp charge and you can only purchase through a machine and it only takes cash. But they have an ATM that charges $3 per transaction. Not impressed. The girl said they only take cash and have no intention of ever taking cards. The busyness and the actual attraction is nice but the payment situation could be updated.
This place was 2 dollars per person. Its a great place to get some energy out if you have kids of any age and even awesome for little ones.
We love going here. Reasonably priced and lots of fun. My daughter is in a wheelchair and I love that its handicap accessible!
This place was Amazing...a natural setting with a large variety of spots to play...water spouts everywhere and nice shaded areas to picnic or lounge on a towel.Nice bathrooms...however it would be helpful to have benches and hooks for changing. We will definately be returning to spend the day!!
My son turns one today and he loved his first visit to a splash pad! I plan to be back here with him often. The entire park feels very clean and well kept.
Beautiful best splash pad Ive ever seen
No one wearing masks while waiting in line.
Great place to bring your Littles! Even though it cost a couple bucks per person including the baby I feel like its worth it because its lots of fun and theres lots of different areas to Splash in. Be careful going down the slide, its fast! Got a nice little friction burn from that, haha!
Best splash pad Ive been to. Lots of places to set up. Large so even when crowded it isnt too bad. Lots of water features for the kids. Clean. Well designed.
Its a fun place to spend time with your kids. They have nice picnic tables to sit and watch your kids play. They also have a picmic area for parties which you can rent. There is a $2 entry fee per person, you can use a vending machine to pay.The splash is great, my son loves it there. But my only concern is the edges of the decorative rocks around the splash pad, they are pretty sharp.Lots of water features for the kiddos to play with, even I love it there.
Splash pad was very fun - but for how busy it was and charging an admission fee, they could afford to keep the bathroom clean... It was absolutely filthy and there was an employee at the desk just staring at his phone (payment for entry is done at a kiosk, so the employee was certainly not busy enough for the bathrooms to be that dirty)
We went here over the summer for a birthday party. Most of the kids at the party were under 5 years old. This park gave me so much anxiety! Everything is concrete or rock except the slide and bottom of the slide. My son only wanted to play on the slide. There were so many accidents on and around the slide. There was at least one kid crying at all times. Theyd either collide at the bottom, or they would slip on the concrete floor or stairs because it was wet and they were running/not paying attention. I also saw unsupervised kids climbing the rock walls. My son had fun, but I couldnt wait to leave.
Loved it. Staff could be better . the only problem was that the ground is concrete and the kids would trip and fall a lot and all kids i took got bloody knees. Nobody wanted to go back
Well kept and a variety of activities. My 3 grandsons (4&2 yrs and 8 mos) had hours of fun at the splash pad.
Best splash pad in Austin area. My little kids always love coming here. There is a sand pit and a small slide with plenty of tables.
This place is awesome and perfect for kids. Bring sun lotion even though all the seating are shaded. Inexpensive. Bring food and a cooler. I dont recall if you can bbq. No pool. Still awesome.
Beautiful splash pad, great atmosphere, inexpensive entry fee, nice picnic tables and shaded areas. Had a wonderful time with the family!
Really great splash pad, its only $2/day per person but has plenty of nice picnic tablesBoth our kids loved this placeThe smaller kid area has a little slide and tons of shadeThe bigger kid area has water cannons and Rock climbing walls with padded floors
Definitely a good place for having fun in the water. My daughter had a blast at a birthday party here.
This is must go place for kids in summer. This is a party place also. You can have kids birthday parties and kids is gonna enjoy to the fullest for sure
My children and I love this to cool down on a hot day. And, the grass is artificial turf, yet soft. I have to mention that. It is very nice not worrying about dirt and always having a soft place to sit and relax while the kiddos play.
A nice, big splashpad. There are a couple employees on site.
Very fun activity for the entire family! Not crowded during the week and you can bring your own snacks!
One of the larger splash pads around the area. Very family friendly, not over crowded with lots of shade.
Such a great place for families in the community! Fantastic job, Williamson County!
Loved this place! Gotta get there early, or right at open to get a good spot but was overall awesome sauce!
2 bucks per person. Super fun. Definitely worth it. My kid had so much fun she fell asleep almost immediately on the way home. The whole thing is made to seem like water is pouring out of rock. They even have a rock slide and permanent water guns you can man and spray your friends. Picnic tables, vending machines and helpful staff.
This is an awesome splash pad! Lots of different water features for the kids. Plenty of shady areas to go sit when u need a break from the water.
Really nice place to have a birthday party or get friends together while kids play at the splash pad.
The kids had a blast at the splash pad! Its quite large with an upper and lower level as well as covered tables for the parents.
Very nice water splash pad build by the county, price is reasonable too.
Excellent splash pad for the kids to run around and play. Single entry in and out and a lot of shaded spots to sit.
Nice fun place for kids, with splash pad and a little water slide. Big picnic area with shade and there is a sand box. You can walk in the splash pad without getting wet (just be careful) so bathing suit is not necessary if you are just taking kids there. It gets pretty crowded on weekends at least the days we went.
This place is perfect for a day out!!! Splash pad is awesome, water slide, water cannons, sand box and plenty of water for all ages. There is a train, playground, lake, hiking.. so much!! Definitely coming back!! Be aware it cost $2 to enter, but they have an ATM on-site!!!
Super cute and enjoyed the splashing, but staff needs to stay on top of kids not following rules.
Fantastic for little kids. Bring some blankets, pack a lunch and enjoy a nice picnic in the splash pad park under trees or covered benches. My little one had a blast.
Little hidden paradise for kids and adults too. It is clean, you can bring your own snacks. There is shade to sit under. Great water park for only $2 cash admittance.
Lifesaver for those hot summer afternoons when you are trying to avoid screen time for kids.
Fun. Affordable. They should add more shade near the features!
Good summer fun for the little kids, especially during these hot days
My kids love visiting The Quarry splash pad! They enjoy the different levels of the spouts; low ones for the littles and taller ones for the older kids. Prepare to pay $2 per person and take some food and have a picnic. We had a great time.
Super cool place to check out! My kids loved it!
Great place for kids on a hot day. Inexpensive at $2 per person per day.
Very fun. Very clean! Kids loved it.
Lovely place to cool off during summers. Enjoyed the time
GREAT splash pad and park! Just be prepared for a small cash only entrance fee for the splash pad.
Clean and neat. Loved the different splash landscape and facilities.
The only downside is how crowded it gets, but its the best splash pad around. Even if you get there early, its slammed with daycares.
Was very nice easy to get to and lots of space to picnic.
Great splash pad for kids and kids at heart.Clean area, clean toilets, enough tables & shade.Pavilions for birthday parties also available.Kids can spend hours playing in water. $1 per person entry.NO food/snack bar anymore.
This is a great place to take your kids lots of fun. Adults also...
Great place to cool off on a hot Texas day. Will come back
My kid is having a blast. Thats all that matters.
Some of the water feature plumbing seemed not to work, according to the attendant. We had a delightful time.
It was so relaxing and fun the kids had a wonderful time
Nice splash pad area and good for other recreational activities...
Big open beautiful splash pad. Well kept grounds and shaded seating. Wonderful!
Huge splash pad that has a resort-like feel. Cash only. Picnic tables or bring your own chair.
Easy parking, clean, large play space. Lots of trees and shade!
Costs a dollar, but very nice with a small slide and large splash area. Turf grass gets really hot, but nice well maintained picnic area.
Costs money, but it is one of the best splash pads around. The slide is fun for little kids, even though its only 5 feet tall
Kids love it, nice open, clean area. Picnic tables and plenty of turf for laying out or having a picnic on the ground. We usually bring an ice chest but they do have a small concession stand with chips, candy, ice cream, drinks. Shoes would be nice if I could get the kids to wear them..bees, wasps tend to be on the ground in the water area. Luckily the kids have not stepped on one, but I have, as well as others at the park. The kids also love the slide, first time we used it however the 3 yr old flew off and wailing ensued..she gets on it now but maybe stand by until they get used to it. There is also a little kiosk to pay fees, that takes cash only, so have a little on hand.
Pretty fun, but could definitely do with a bit more expansion or a little more water via waterfalls or splash pool-type attraction.
Loved the splash pad
Great place for young kids to splash around. Reasonable price ($2 per person)
Ive been to 95% of all the splash pads within an hours drive. The Quarry at Williamson County Regional Park is absolutely on my top 5. It costs $2/ person (cash only) and opens at 10am. It can get overrun with elementary aged kids on some summer days, but even on those days its a fun park. Tons of fountains, a small slide, water cannons, etc. Some features are toddler-friendly, but parents need to supervise. Clean restrooms, some shaded picnic tables, areas with tables to rent, and a sandbox fill out the park. The water smells clean and weve never gotten sick after a visit, unlike other places. Definitely recommended!
