This place is AWESOME. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I came and played the virtual reality zombie game. Had so much fun. Virtual reality game was fun and realistic. They have various games here including bowling, pool and large TV screens to watch sports. They also have a bar. Cool place!

This place is sooo cool! Fun fun fun!! Virtual reality ‘zombie killing’ was the best. I will admit that at first i was hesitant about the idea of it. Didn’t think it was going to be much fun, but once we were in there and played...man was it a blast!! Great to have a group of friends all do it. Not just virtual reality there, but an arcade and other fun activities to do. Nice kick back environment!

One of the cooler places at MGM Grand. It’s basically a giant college party, but I’m into it. Tons of things to do. Arcade games, shuffle board, pool, giant jenga, beer pong, bowling, virtual reality, etc. The virtual reality is expensive but definitely worth it. Probably one of the funnest things I did in Vegas tbh. Service isn’t great, and everything else is pricey (as is everything else in this place), but it’s a fun area to be at with friends.

What an experience!! We did the Outbreak Origins game. It was so much fun! The graphics and being put into the game was extremely fun. The teams are split evenly so keep that in mind when going to play. When its time to take the elevator to your mission get your group and go fast to make sure you are on the same team. It gets hot with all of the activity so you WILL sweat. Its a good fun sweat. I didnt give it a 5 only because there were several technical difficulties with the packs but I would absolutely do this again!!

The bar has good drafts and TVs for sports, however to call this an arcade is a wild overstatement. A few games is not an arcade. If they wanted to they could put 15 more games in and this place would be fun. It needs some attention.

We tried the VR experience. The game was fun, we were playing with a few strangers which worked out pretty well.Unfortunately it seems like despite the high price tag, VR isnt really ready for prime time yet. During our single game we had to pause for several minutes twice: once so a player could change into a completely different unit as theirs had broken, and again later so one players unit could be rebooted and dropped back into the game. The arena is also right behind the big televisions servicing the gaming area. Which means that if something is on the large speakers will interfere with the microphones players use to talk to each other. Leaving you with a lot of static. For the price point ($50/player) my expectations were higher. The staff said we had an average number of problems.

The event I came for was great. The venue is much better than the images make it look. The service left something to be desired. I watched multiple waitstaff all working one side of the room while the other was completely ignored.Non-alcohol beverages are very overpriced ($4.50 for a 10 Oz soda) as well.

This place is inside a mediocre Vegas casino so the ambience is not great. Not that many games and some seem like arcade games at first but are actually slot machines...what do you expect though? The giant pac man is pretty fun and the giant beers are...giant. This place has slightly more character than other bars in the MGM. They have a VR room, which we didn’t try but could be cool.

This bartender is 100 percent the the worst bartender I have ever encountered. 2 years in a row so this is not based upon a one off occasion. He threw my Id back at me tonight without so much as looking me in the eye. Last year he was equally as welcoming and seriously needs a reality check. Shocking attitude for someone in the service industry.

More casinos need places like this to hang out and play some arcades and drink a beer. They also need more arcade selections. Beer was cold. Bartenders were slow but it’s a cool place to get a drink.

I really like watching sports by the bar and the music is usually nice!! Restrooms arent far and the couches are cozy. I havent got into the beer pong, pool tables, or video games but its there if u so desire. When they first did the Millenial renovations it didnt resonate with me but if you wanna take a break from gambling its a good place to sip and change the pace.

I mainly just went to the VR multiplayer room. It was $50 per person per game and each game was 30 mins. Three different games, a puzzle game where you just walk into certain areas as a group and not much of a thinking process needed, a zombie defense game where you hold down the fort, and a game called Singularity and it looked like it revolved around shooting in space. I played the puzzle and zombie one. The zombie was fun, but the price was definitely high. 13+ age.

My buddies are Locals and went to Level Up for a birthday and we had fun. They have fun games such as bubble hockey, pool tables, and beer pong just to name a few. The staff was nice and helped us out. We did the VR Zero Latency game that they have there. The game we played was Singularity. We have done VR games and are avid gamers. They game was a lot of fun and required some skill to play. You have the option to select from 5 game types with all something different to offer. I can go on the pros and cons of the VR experience but will leave it as: you get to play the game for a good amount of time, they offer a wide array of game types, and the immersion is a blast.

We love exploring and walking the resorts to see upgrades etc. MGM has most of the higher qiality properties. Ceasers, Flamingo, Rio (really needs a massive renovation) and Harrahs are tired. Casinos at Freemont have mostly has been slots. We did not see lower max bet for same main strip slots. Uber cost, Mandalay to Freemont, $12 non premium price time. NYNY continues to have the worst drink service for 10 years +.

Played VR game with the hubs. While a bit $$$ for only 30 minutes of play it was fun and our game master was great and played with us. Totally fun cool guy.Now for the bar itself.....I have never come across such rude and uncaring bartenders. We went there once in the early afternoon guy was a total tool....asked for drinks made it slid them over done. No smiles to small talk nothing just annoyed we were there....mind you there was only 3 other people on that bar. Came back at night and figured maybe this time would be better...different bartenders.....nope still stuck up a-holes. Having bartenders in the family and as friends we know good and bad service and this was beyond bad service.Maybe consider hiring people who actually want their job.

Level up is has horrible service. How is there only 1 bartender and 1 server during a Sunday night football game. So the place is packed and me and my wife Saturday there for 50 min without 1 drink. Read the reviews. I thought maybe it wouldnt be that bad. No.The bar tenders really do seem to hate their lives or something. They were extremely rude. Its a loud environment. I understand things can be misheard. My drink wasnt what i wanted. I re stated what i wanted. The bar tender exclaimed I was wrong, thats what I asked for, then proceeds with, so, what? Youre not gonna drink it? No. I wasnt. He fixed the drink with an attitude. Its a cool concept, but lacking the fullness. They lack games. Its more surrounded around the VR, which is over priced and glitchy. Most of the other workers were pretty nice. The arcade machines themselves each have some issues, whether it be glitches, messed up joystick, or weird lags. Probably should fix that considering each game is a dollar a play. There are plenty of other arcades and even barcades in town that Id suggest over this one.
