Overall it was a good time. Food is overpriced for sub-par food. I would recommend getting a Groupon because its definitely not worth full price.

I visited Johns last week and the service was sorta okay I guess, but one employee that really impressed me with her incredible service was this little short hispanic girl I think her name is Jasmine, she helped my family and I with ordering cause we were having some issues but she helped us a lot and always asked if we needed assistance and she made my stay at Johns wonderful and also made me feel more comfortable then the other team members, I was trying to tip her a 20 but I couldn’t find her. The food was bland and didn’t have that much taste and I also found a hair in my son’s pizza which was gross. The games were fun my children loved them and also loved the big ride.

This may have been the worst Pizza I have ever had not to even mention, but I will, the other options. The pizza was cold and soggy. I tried like 6 different kinds, all gross. The other options were actually worse. I ordered three different pastas and I didn’t even eat them they looked so disgusting. Everything was cold and not only did It look bad it tasted horrible. The games were fun but it’s not even worth going there. STAY AWAY!!!Lastly, I wouldn’t even feed this food to my dogs. They probably wouldn’t even eat it.

Such a neat place to take the family. Loved all the food at the buffet it was fresh and full. Lots of variety. The employees were all working hard and most were friendly. I liked the dining areas being split into different themes. If I could suggest putting in a few hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the building since a lot of people are touching the serving handles, arcade, and rides. Will return!

Very fun day for my daughters birthday. Service was great and friendly and prompt. The kids enjoyed the games and rides. I would add a few more sanitizing stations but overall a good day!

We took our kids here today. Employees were nice and helpful. They have employees walking around wiping down every games which is good. But Im giving this place a 3 star because the food isnt worth the price as it wasnt good at all. They use the same kind of cheese for Mac and cheese and nachos with chips. All the pasta is tasteless and some dry. Chicken was dry. Bread sticks and pizza are the only thing good. Also you would have to ask for napkins, any sauce ketchup, dressings, butter etc and straws if you need it.

Things have changed and so has the process at Incredible John’s. As of now, the buffet is not in service. Instead, replaced with an agonizingly slow, and very confusing online ordering system. They set a time limit but also don’t put forth the man-power to work fast enough. The night I visited looked pretty slow, yet it was 30 minutes (at least) between server visits.

How can this place be for children? There is margine in all of their food, are they trying to give our children a future or are they trying to kill them? Good place for kids to play but the food is death on a plate.

You have to order your food per person on Johns Incredible site you cant walk up and grab food or drinks. Usually we have a good experience when we go to Johns this time food was not as good, we had to wait and re order again technical failure. We had to ask for straws, utensils and napkins. I hope its just temporary when and if things go back to normal hopefully soon things will be better for staff and customers I know its not easy trying to follow new protocol and please customers.

The day we went there were not very many people at all, which was really nice. We went to play mini golf - they only have a few holes but it was great because we have younger kids with short attention spans. Also, there were quite a few arcade/carnival games and a few rides, which we enjoyed before our lunch. The facility was clean and the staff was helpful. And the food was surprisingly good!

Game room awesome, we spent way too much for 3 people on a buffet that wasnt worth it at all. The chicken wasnt fresh, the flatbread was greasy. Ill go bac for the arcade Only!

Came here to eat and have a little fun. Cost so much money, sat at the table and ordered from their little app thing. 25 minutes later we are still waiting on our food. We ask for a refund and they still charged us $10 for drinks. Good luck trying to find a place to have fun thats as clean as ours says the extremely overweight manager. Okay? We left because your service was slow. Dont need your smug attitude.

It was a fun experience and the staff were as fast as they could be, long wait times to get in and most of the food was not good at all. Overall it was fun for what it is.

Ive been here a few times before, and I must say that Johns Incredible Pizza is a GREAT place to be. They have very good food, fun games, cheap yet amazing arcade prizes and fun rides. And fun for all ages too, Im 14 and I still have a blast here. 5/5 would come again

Amazing family fun! Weve been here so many times! I really like the choices of different themed dining rooms. My favorites are the cartoon room, kaleidoscope room, and the lodge room. No matter what room you pick to eat, its a fun eating experience. They are all very spacious and fun! The staff is friendly. The play area is so much fun with arcade games, mini golf, bowling, toddler area, and small amusement rides. I always like to go when they have online deals. They have opportunities for the kids to grab free tickets. My only critiques is that the plates and utensils could be cleaner. There is quite a lot of variety of food. There are times the food tastes good and sometimes its not cooked right. Like the chicken was undercooked or the cheesecake tastes like it was sitting out too long. I recommend going during lunch or early evening on weekdays. Its not too busy. Dont go late at night, because there wont be much food left.

I use to like this place but after what was implemented because of COVID it has really made the establishment unbearable. Its no longer a buffet. I waited 2 hours for all of my food. From the first plate to the second order for desert. I completely understand them wanting it to be safe but I feel like if people are scared of covid just dont come. Implement people putting food on your plate rather than waiting tables. The food was cold and bland. You need to download a app to even make a order. It was truly horrible.I loved this place before this situation so ill wait until things are opened up again completely to go again.

Very active, a lot of staff are nonchalant & evasive. I guess due to having to be around other people’s children for a good amount of time. The food is pretty decent, it has great rides for children and also spacious enough to ensure your family/party guest have a comfortable space. Overall nice place.

Dining and Play area with games, couple of rides and many seating areas. Also a nice place for Birthday parties. Was dissapointed by the fact that you can not enter without admissions fee -which includes the Buffet. Buffet included Pizza, few pasta variety, Fried chicken drumsticks. A dessert station, included Cinnamon sticks, rice crispy treats. Was not happy by the fact kids at any age could get their own food while creating a mess, spills and sticky serving utensils. Food was ok, i think out of whole Buffer their Cinnamon rolls was my favorite. But nevertheless, great place for kids to spend few hours indoors.

Moved to Henderson months ago, looking for a place to bring the kids. I suggest eating before you come. The chicken is dry and unappetizing looking. The corn was dry, the pasta was tasteless. The bread sticks are good. The employees are very friendly I will give them that. Not worth the price, Dave and busters would be better, even peter pipers pizza.

I like the new setup where they bring the pizza to you from an endless menu plus they even have military discount!

I usually love this place I go at least three times a year because I have three children but when I went for my two year olds birthday the coronavirus version of Johns Incredibles is terrible they dont wipe off any of the machines theres no social distancing on the arcade floor it takes forever to order your food and then most of the time the food is wrong the fact that you have to download an app to go online to order it is way too much I still like the fact that it is a buffet just need to work out some Kinks

Dont like the ordering system. All done through their app and its iffy at best. Too expensive. Portion sizes are really small, though they do allow a two hour ordering window. But with how long it took to get food and drinks its hardly worth it.

Parking and wifi is free. All you can eat buffet affordable prices. It will not brake your wallet! Perfect for the kids and very safe environment. Restrooms are always clean on weekdays and weekends. And hosting birthdays here are awesome for kids.UPDATE:::This was always our “go to” place with my kids! Staff is always friendly and food is great. But for a while we haven’t visited since we moved to the north. We visited in January 2019 and I cannot believe how disappointed I am!!! I’m not sure if they changed their chefs or whatnot but the food looks and taste like it was left over from the day before and they were heating it up to be served again! As you can see in the photo, fried chicken looks either over cooked and tasted nasty. So I doubt we will be visiting again. I’m so sad because this was one place I always recommend to friends and family to take their kids!

One of the things that I appreciate is that it offers a lot more than just pizza. However, like a good pizza buffet they will do custom dishes and have a nice selection of different things. The game room was expensive and had a ton of options. Additionally, they make a compelling argument to get their Mary Wards card. Unfortunately, I couldnt put it in my kids name so that he would get a free pizza buffet on his birthday.

We had a good time there and the staff was great but the food was horrible. I was expecting the pizza to be at least halfway decent since it is a pizza place but even the pizza seemed bland. The only reason Im giving three stars is the staff there. They were extremely friendly and kept the place clean, constantly cleaning off tables and tending to customer needs. They didnt make us feel rushed either when it was time to go. It was actually the staff that made this place enjoyable for me.

The facility is very clean. The staff was very attentive to out needs, and always greet with a smile. Theyve taken necessary precautions for covid19. We visited during our stay in Las Vegas. The food was decent and kid friendly. Dinner and entertainment for a great price in LV.

If you run a buisness that has pizza, in the name, I believe that the pizza should probably be the best food or at minimum pretty good... but I feel like it is almost tailored to be kind of bland so more kids will have something they will eat. So if you appreciate good pizza you WILL be disappointed. It also seems like it is always way too packed for the amount of staff that is there on a given day in my experience. Kids would rate it 5 stars Im sure though if that helps.

Literally the most embarrassing experience ever. My kids were excited to go there after we spent all kinds of money for my daughters last birthday there last year and decided to treat my in-laws to dinner at Johns Incredible. Almost everything was empty it was still hours until the place was closed so everything should have been fully stocked. Anytime we asked if there was a refill coming out soon on something (an entree), the response was that theres none left. Are you kidding me right now? After which one of the employees laughed and said we have plenty of ice cream if you want. Sad and embarrassing!

It good enough buffet for kids, they have lots of pizza, pasta and a bit of salad bar and drinks for a reasonable price. The only thing i didnt like that they dont have a place where kids can play freely without constantly spending money on games. Very big place.

Had a great time. Just wish they stood open later during the week. That way you still have a lot of options with both buffet and fun zone. A lot of the rides werent open until a lot people either lined up or request for it. The food is always great but this one time everything was pretty much shut down like 2-3 hours before closing time.

The new setup takes forever to get your food and you may not even get what you ordered. They should just stop being a buffet and stick to arcade of that is how its going to be. If you want an arcade go to Dave and busters

This was our first time going here. And it wasnt that bad. Would have gave them 5 stars but the food looked as it was just thrown together. And the chicken was brick hard. Guess we caught them on a bad day. But the selection was ok. Drinks went from sodas teas hot chocolate to slushys. The cool thing is the eating sections. They have teen toom where they play kids cartoons. The have a cabin room where it looks like a log cabin. The place is pretty neat. Now lets go back to the good stuff. The game area is pretty large. Miniature golf, bumper cars and a huge selection of games. They even have this spinning type of ride for the older kids. Looks fun but our kids were to young for it. Over all this place is great. Oh yeah they have bowling!! Yes bowling. But the kids version. Check out the pictures. And make sure you like this review. See yall!!

If they dont have the pizza youre looking for, you can order it at no additional cost. They dont just have pizza! The have salad, soup, desserts, ext. Did I mention the BEST part is that its a buffet!!! Its a clean environment, and has something for all ages to enjoy! There are also multiple rooms to dine in! Weather you want your children to enjoy some cartoons, watch music videos, or even sports, they have a wide variety! When youre done eating there are a TON of FUN games to play!!! Here for a birthday party, which, lets face it, this place is so built for ... we have been here probably a dozen or so times and have always been pretty aatisfied.On this visit, it was obvious that some people has called out because the check in was long and the bussers were not clearing tables. I was able to pretty easily find a manager, who not only got someone in to clear things up, but gave my family a play card for the inconvenience. I certainly didnt complain for that reason and even told the manager that I did not need it, but he insisted in the name of good customer service. Thank you Jason for showing that you cared and made a good experience just better. We will be back, for sure.

This place is great and the prices arent to bad either. The food could be a bit better but the variety of drinks is great and the kids love the icee machine. I believe we payed about 95$ for entry, drinks and two 25$ game cards which was for two adults my 8 year old and 1 year old. All in it was a pretty decent place would definately go again.

We went when it was nice and slow .. family fun day. It was great because it was $5 per person promotion... food wasnt great. We complained about the fried chicken and got a ridiculous answer. If you serve raw chicken people will get sick .. 5 pieces were raw. It was super irritating and unhealthy

Very fun place for my sons 10th birthday party. Party host was a little boring but hey the games and food is what really mattered. Great pricing too! Food was decent. Margarita wasn’t strong at all waste of $8. The wine was good, managers were Incredibly friendly and nice. Would Definitely return.

Took my youngest her for her Easter Birthday. Simply put AMAZING PLACE!!!! In the words of my daughter.... This is my best birthday ever! Thank you to the entire staff for helping us make this possible. No one team member was rude in any way shape or form. Very kind and generous ️ the entire place was very clean including but not limited to the rest rooms. Thanks again everyone!

Love this place for my kiddo. Every time we go we have a good experience. Pricing is reasonable for what you are getting. The food is good, no complaints. The facility and our overall experience was and always is wonderful. Thank you. The only improvement I would suggest is for the employees to acknowledge their customers once in awhile and ask how the customers are doing or if they need anything. The employees dont seem to mind or pay any attention to us when we are there. Other than that, thank you for always a great time.

This place is disgusting, you pay $13 for a buffet where there is hardly any food to eat and the food that is here is disgusting and has been sitting out for a long time. I found 2 hairs in my food and a lot of the silverware had food left on it from other people who have used them when they were supposed to be clean. Dirty place. The only good thing was the manager gave me my money back.

The place was filthy! Food all over the floor! Drinks spilled everywhere. They kept running out of pizza and chicken. Bringing out small amounts at a time causing lines to back up & people to just stand around. Tables were left dirty & filled with old plates of food so finding seats was hard. Kids didn’t seem to mind.. only adults really care about all filth.

The food is decent! We always find a good groupon and we always have a fun time. Ill take this place and the food over any other pizza arcade chain in town!

This place is Chuck-E-Cheese on steroids. We take our 5 and 1/2 year old grandson at least twice a month because we visit seaQuest. Ive had season passes at seaquest for 3 years and its and having Johns right next dog makes for a perfect combination.

Employees are extremely friendly, food is very good, service is very good and fast.

Nice place with buffet and kids play area. Rides include bumper cars, a twister ride and games. Food isnt the best but lots of options and good service. Some alcohol choices for adults and the games are a little cheaper than Chucky Cheese or other similar spots. Handicap accessible and location is right next door to an aquarium. Great choices for the kids!
