It was worth the price. Me and my friends had an amazing and very scary. The actors were amazing the were nice and they stayed in character the entire time so they did an amazing job of scaring us. Everytime I thought I knew where they would jump out the caught me by surprise and scared me. I definitely plan on coming back next year.

We love coming to these haunts, so much fun and scary each time we go! Brought our youngest for the first time through tonight. He loved it so much, he wanted to go through both again! The renewed Asylum is awesome. Thank you for being open this year!

This was a fantastic haunted house!!! We have seen haunted houses all over the west coast and southwest and this was terrific!!! Everyone is super nice, until they get into character. Excellent job, will be coming back definitely!!!

Wow! Wow! Wow! We are home haunters in LA, and normally don’t get time to do out of town haunts. But with covid shutting la down, we finally have the opportunity to see what Vegas haunts are like. Boy oh boy, Vegas delivered! These two haunts had such amazing set decoration and actors. Just when I thought I knew where the actors would jump out... I was wrong. We couldn’t decide which we liked better, Asylum or Hotel Fear. They were both amazing. Kudos to everyone behind the scenes and in front of the scenes! We are definitely coming back next year.

Terrible. Ive been to MANY haunted houses and this was by far the worst one. Vegas haunted house attractions have NOTHING on the south. Atrox, Netherworld, New Orleans Nightmare, Terrortorium, and etc are wayyyyy better and yes, those are places located in Alabama, New Orleans, and Atlanta. Do not waste your money but I am appreciative of them letting me replace my ticket.

Umm.. it’s actually kind of dangerous, not the haunted house, but what happened outside, the location of this haunted house isn’t very safe. I was in the line waiting to get inside the haunted house but everyone started running out as fast as possible because we all heard audible gun shot noises and a car driving by really fast. Needless to say, they will still keep your money even after there was an attempted drive-by and you didn’t enter the haunted house either... We asked one of the people who worked there what happened after the police arrived and when everyone started lining back up again, it wasn’t part of the attraction at all... I’m so sorry, PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE EVER LATE AT NIGHT. Just to repeat, they will not give you a refund even after your life was on the line. So much for giving my young cousin PTSD.

Wonderful experience for the first time ! Definitely returning with more family next year :) Had an awesome conversation with the owner who was very kind and his presence being out there was spectacular . All the staff did there part with the scare effect ! Favorite room was the fog room in the asylum ! 10/10 highly recommended it’s a must !!! Lastly you have to do BOTH haunted houses not just one because they are two different themes and bring a different type of suspense factor .

Hello,I was just wondering how much the tickets will be for this week On July 6I tried checking on the website on tickets but I couldn’t find anything that helps find the prices?

The VIP line is just as long as regular admission. Stayed in line 3 hours plus for 2 five mins haunted houses. They have to be a better way to move this crowd faster. I can only imagine if it was Halloween night. Smh I wish I could do negative stars.

Omg this was amazing, these haunted houses are unreal, the actors are brilliant and the setting is amazing. Would recommend these haunted houses to anyone. Will definitely do this again

Hopefully next year will be better. It was a bit short for $50 VIP tickets. Felt sorry for those who had to wait in the long line on Halloween night. Pay the extra $10.

There were two different haunted houses, the asylum and hotel fear. The asylum line moved pretty fast but the hotel fear line was a 3 hour wait. Hotel fear was a decent haunted house, alot of dark spots though so I ran into walls quite a couple times. Tickets were not pricey at all. If you can stand the extremely long lines it is well worth the price. They had porta potties and a spot to buy sodas and snacks as well.

The people who run it did a great job as always. Thank you for a fun time

Worst haunted house I’ve ever been too. Recommend saving your money and time. They barely have anyone in the houses and the few they have are awful and scream 1 or 2 times then it’s over. Worst ever don’t waste your time or money on this trash.

The only thing scary about the Asylum was the short line that took an hour to get through. Standing there and waiting like it was a Justin Beaver concert ticket giveaway for senior citizens. Just waiting for death by concert.

Excellent, challenging, and original ideas made my give this is 5 and I’ll be back next year or any other events done by this owner and/or group of people.

Lines were kinda long (got in one at 9:30 and didnt get done til past midnight) but actually worth the wait. Scared the hell out of my little sister, definitely a good one.

Owner doesnt care about guest safety. I had an actor repeatedly bump into me and they did not seem to care about the pain and disregard he had for paying guests. Additionally they do not enforce no smoking areas. I doubt Ill ever return.Edit Response to Owner: Perhaps Mr. VanDruff takes issue to the fact that the owner has signs that specifically say no smoking in line and that even though the one other guest left after spoke to by one of your respectful actors who does good at his job there were still others who still were lighting up and smoking away away the entire time they were in line. Disturbing not only the other person in my partys asthma and allergies to cigarette smoke but other people in the lines aversions to cigarette smoke as well. As Mr. VanDruff told you when he spoke to you when he had a one on one talk your actor did not brush into him but forcefully shoved into him breaking your own rules of they dont touch you and you dont touch them. Even if Mr. VanDruff had a good experience with The Asylum because the actors are phenomenal at doing what they do. Anyone could see that the one star review was not due to the actors ability to entertain but due to the lackluster customer service provided by the owner and operator of the attraction. Bri Gayle and Natasha are amazing at what they do. You however are not.

I went to Hotel Fear on Sunday, Oct 27,2019 and got in line around 7:15pm. It took a little over 2 hours to get in for the general admission($17/person). There were about 5 or so actors I remember encountering inside, mostly girls who screamed for a few seconds. The attraction is mainly automated so there should be no need to space out groups so far. I understand the small groups but spacing them out by 5 minutes is not justifiable and the reason why so many patrons seemed miserable standing in the cold and disappointed upon exiting. The lady who decided how many people to send in usually allowed 4 although sometimes 5 or 6. Line aside, its worth about $5 max with no line at all. I will never go back and you should spend your time and money on any other haunted attraction. This is maybe the worst Ive been to out of a hundred dating back to the early 80s all over the country since I was in the army. The best haunted houses by far are in and around Augusta, GA btw. The good news for those who rated it a 4 or 5 is that youre going to be blown away by any other haunted attraction you go to next and throughout your life. If the actors are volunteers, then I recommend using the revenue to pay them and to hire more. My lady friend and I rewarded ourselves for putting up with the unnecessary line by eating a rack of ribs and the pizooki sampler at BJs afterwards so the night wasnt a complete bust. Step up your game guys..NEXT!

I feel like when I was younger I was more scared now that Im older and took my son through Im not as afraid of the haunted houses as when I was younger.

Took my 15 year old son. He loved it. Did both houses. He said there were plenty of scares

We had a great time here! The scare was a nice blend of startle and visual effects, excellent props and the staff was fully in character. It was as much fun to watch the crowd after, people had a good scare. Good for couples, and I liked the warning: if youre too scares to come in, then weve done our job.

THE LINE WAS MOVING PRETTY FAST FOR THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THAT WAS THERE, AND IT WAS ALOT OF PEOPLE. NO LONG WAIT, AND WELL ORGANIZED. Both the haunts are so different from each other - and yet both are so great! Terrific actors throughout the haunts and even interactive while you are waiting in line. We had such a great time! Cant wait to bring go back with more friends!!!

I have been going to haunted houses for the past 40 years. These two houses are up there with the best. Great props. Unique scares. Id say best in Vegas. I have been to all in Vegas. While the others are fun...for me...these stand out. I do think I personally enjoyed the Asylum a little more but both are worth going to.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We paid extra for the VIP tickets however a group that came after us (also in the VIP line) got to cut in front of us and then we were made to go with them. They led the whole time and we never got scared because of it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! It lasted maybe 7 minutes, we never got scared (because we had to go with another group) and a cast member yelled at us because we tried to put distance between us and them so we could get scared too Absolutely awful!! Go to other ones This one sucked!!

For someone who has worked at several haunts in NYC. This has been one of the best Ive been to, between the ambiance and the positions of the actors it is a perfect fright night for all. This is the first haunt I have every been scared from an animatronic. The rooms has your senses twisted in all directions.

Ok I have been to every haunt in Vegas looking for the perfect haunt and while this one is not without its flaws, it is the best all around haunt for the price. The Asylum is absolutely horrifying from start to finish. The props are great and the actors are amazing. The Hotel was one of the most intricate and interactive haunts I have ever been in. Extremely satisfying all around. The staff is friendly and this haunt should not be missed even though it is off the beaten trail. The ONLY real flaw with these haunts is the lack of fog used. You dont realize how much a thin layer of fog does for a haunt until there is no fog to be found. Point is, GO TO THE ASYLUM AND GET SPOOKED!!

Small to much for the price, reviews are fake for sure, is not the worst but is nice to come if you get scare easily or your younger. I was expecting a lot better for a Vegas hunted house, the hotel only had 4 ppl dropping and yelling that’s it lol the asylum was a bit better

One of the best haunted houses I have been to in a while!!! Two houses both different themes but the stories connect, and all the actors were great with the amount of scare time, not lingering too long to make you desensitized to everything else... A must go for all that love haunts

They shove you with a group even if you dont know them and the setup is so paltry that perhaps maybe, the first in line get scared but if youre in the back you literally just take a walk through the dark.Expensive, but my issue wasnt the price. I took my son and he only startled lightly about 2 times. Thats it. He was still excited to look at things (imo cheap non moving party city favors and props) and walk through, commenting on something cool he saw, which was fine the experience was all for him, but if you cant legitimately frighten a six year old, you aint doing it right.

SUper short, lines are at least an hour long for each! And we arrived before they opened. Super expensive ($60) for 2 regular passes. Won’t ever go back. Not even really scared. Huge rip off.

This was a cool place. 2 hunted house right next to each other. Took my 12 yr old. And he had fun. He didnt want to go at 1st. But he was glad he went. You can her other girls screaming and my son was a little scared. I wouldnt dare bring my 6 yr old. Thanks Jan for everything. My son liked this more then the concert we went to.

The guy with the ponytail with the white contacts was extremely rude and disrespectful and scream to the top of his lungs telling me to put my phone down as if I was a 5-year old kid instead of nicely asking noticing him yell at other customers as they approached I did not take him seriously no way in the right mind would another grown man talk to another man in front of other customers with such disrespect we brought 40 of them with us to experience the haunted house disrespecting somebody like that in public a group of my friends who got to the door before us were also yelled at as if they were dealing with some abusive parents some of these comments I really doubt that they are generally from people instead of Staff I believe these are false reviews because Im standing out in the cold with over a hundred people who was constantly complaining about how they were treated yelled at waiting in line for hours and disrespected immediately soon as they walk up the steps by the same two people once we walked into the door the young lady in the red screamed at us and said if you guys want a problem it can be a problem put ur phone away now and trust me when i say she screamed loud like a mental patient i mean just that we are like what are you talking about my phone is put up she aggressively approach to me. In my face and continue to scream again I had to keep my woman back off of her before any chaos started we was actually in shock. About how this young lady in the red was acting maybe shes on drugs who knows but this would not be the last report about it because were sure this comment will be deleted so I will screenshot it and make sure it gets posted on other sites where it cannot be deleted we had two bus loads full of people we brought here she kept screaming if you guys want to problem it can be a problem the cell phone was just in my hand once I put it in my pocket she continued to talk to me as if I was her stepchild and I told her you are very rude very disrespectful we have plenty of witnesses and other people feel the same way you can reply back with whatever comment you wish just know we will continue to let the locals and tourists know how your staff gets down very rude very disrespectful the hunted house overall it was nice one of your staff members a young Asian guy very respectful very helpful and and apologized for her rude ways and the man who was running the front door very rude Outbursting in comments if somebody has a phone in their hand and they are not allowed in this place with them put signs up or just ask in a nice way you do not scream to the top of your lungs shut it off and yes I have it on video yes I have her screaming to the top of her lungs making threats on video as well and once again I am not speaking on all the staff only to the guy who is running the front door with the ponytail with the white contacts and veins all over his face and the young lady soon as you enter that was wearing the red who clearly was aggravated before we even answered we were so appalled at how she was screaming and yelling that we thought it was part of an act because nobody in their right mind who was younger than every last one of us people standing in front of her would talk to people like that who was guest and travel hundreds of miles to be there she was already in a bad mood but to tell your guests if you want some problems that it can be problems thats a threat.and will not be overlooked worse haunted house in history and they make you pick at least one star are you wont be able to post it and Im also sure they will delete this post so it will be screen saved and posted all thru social media and other websites so everybody knows and hopefully your staff can have a meeting on how to handle and treat your guests way better than we were treated tonight a absolute disgrace you should be ashamed of yourself. I loved this Haunt! I have been a huge fan of horror movies my entire life, and the fact that you can get a combo ticket and see BOTH the Hotel Fear and Aslyum, makes it a great deal. The only thing is that you have to show up early because the lines can get crazy long.

Had a lot of fun. The staff was very helpful in getting my disbaled husband through the asylum.

It was a whole lot of fun working it and meeting all of the new people
