It was my parents first escape room, so we did the hostage room because it was rated as easy. We were out in about 35 minutes, which was perfect for their first. Highly recommend! Sierra was on duty and was so helpful and friendly!!

It definitely wasnt the most elaborate or creative escape room we have been to but it still stretched your mind a bit and was a good group activity.

This place was awesome. The crazy professor room was a real challenge, but we had a great time!

Absolutely amazing escape room experience! We were visiting Vegas with my 17 year old cousin, my mom and her fiancé and thought we would try this place. I emailed ahead asking if English language knowledge is required for their “Crazy Professor” room because my cousin speaks limited English. I got a response from their customer service within MINUTES! I was so amazed. Couple days later I emailed with another question, and once again I got my response within minutes! They were so helpful and so patient with me deciding what worked best for my group. They were able to accommodate us with the language of our choice, which was a very sweet and nice touch that made us feel special. Their team member, who worked at their Highland location, was also very helpful and so nice! Their website is easy to navigate and easy to choose date/time, which is nice and convenient.We chose to escape from a “Crazy Professor” room. We all really liked it! Although it was challenging, it was still a lot of fun! I believe we used 3-4 hints from a team member and we were able to escape 6 minutes early! The rooms also were very interesting to inspect and everything inside the rooms fit the theme. We all enjoyed this escape room, we all would come back and we definitely recommend visiting it!

My family and I played the Mob Boss Room just last week and we had a blast! Everything about the room was great: the clues, the theme, the decor, and the story! The staff was also very welcoming and just hands down the best; thank you Jason! Definitely will come back to play again!!

We had a lot of fun I recommend everyone try it at least once.

Though service was great initially, I must say Im very disappointed from this Escape room. Me and my son decided to try this place out. The video we were shown didnt match at all the challenge we were facing. An hour for 2 people to solve all 3 rooms is impossible. Though it is a challenge, they should give more time for 2 people, to do 4 people challenge.

We loved this escape room. We did the Crazy Professor room. Lots of fun and challenging with multiple rooms to solve.

I have done 2 out of 3 rooms here and I absolutely LOVED the rooms! The staff is very energetic and helpful. The fact that their rooms are family friendly and they dont put you in with random strangers is a big plus for me! Thank you Lockdown for an incredible experience! We will be back to play the Crazy Professor soon!

Came here with some friends and had a great time! Ive been to some other escape rooms before, but this by far is my favorite. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and really contributed to a wonderful experience.Will definitely be checking out the other rooms and other Lockdown locations!

Arrived at 2:20 for our 2:30 appointment. Door is locked, lights are off. We called and left messages, ended up calling the locked room in the Flamingo. The representative there said theyd call the owner of this location. Waste of time.....Someone arrived and they refunded us. We had a blast in the mob room. I do recommend this place, the experience after the mishap was great.

Have you ever felt the need to be locked in some strangers room just to see if you can figure out how to get out? Well, thats something my daughter wanted to do on her birthday! We made our way over to the highland location with no clue what we were in for since none of us had ever done an escape room. Once we arrived we watched the intro video telling us what nonsense we just agreed to do and in we went. Now most of my reviews are in depth and detailed but clearly I am not going to share the secrets of how to get out.The set up was really cool and there were definitely surprises along the way while trying to escape. The girl working the rooms was very helpful when we hit the walky-talky for assistance all while not making it too obvious. I wish I could go crazy here and throw some detail in this review but have to refrain. So lets talk about the important but much less entertaining stuff.The staff was very friendly, the place was very clean and as a party of soon to be captives sitting on the couch in the lobby said, it smells good in here for the most simple and upfront answer ever from the girl working the counter, Its like a glade plugin... I am a very sarcastic individual so I may have responded with something more ridiculous like, oh its just the perfume of the last guest from yesterday who is still stuck in the room, but she didnt she was great and as I mentioned before she helped out when we needed it and took a picture for us after we had completed the room. We will definitely be back to try out the other rooms.

This was so much fun! I’d never done anything like this before, so I took my son and some family members. There were 6 of us total. We started in a room and had to figure out clues. One after another and it we loved it!We didn’t win, but it was so much fun I’m going back again to do a different challenge. Totally worth the money! Thanks guys!

We had a pretty large group gathering back in July. They made it as smooth as possible. Our large group got separated into smaller groups and we all took turns in each room/game.If you want to do some sort of team building event like we did with our company, there really isn’t a better place.

Amazing experience! Our Regional Team was in town for a conference and we brought 19 people who divided into 3 rooms. It was honestly the most fun Ive had in a long time! Thanks to the two folks who facilitated our time there. We had a blast and will definitely be back!

We did the medium room with 7 people total. You have an hour to finish and we did it! Fun thing to do with a group. This was my second escape room. Lockdown does a good job. It was set up well, we had fun!

Fun escape room in Vegas! We did the easiest one to start out as it was my first escape room. Everything worked like it was supposed to, and it was an overall enjoyable experience. We want to come back to try a harder one!

Definitely an adequate experience at best. My family and I love escape rooms and have done them in many states across the country. Some are ofcourse better than others but this one had a few disappointments. We had 3 different parts of the room not work due to reset issues. Although we escaped the room our time wasnt clear since they had to add 10 minutes because of mistakes. The one thing my family REALLY didnt like was the fact that there was no clock in the room. You had to ask for a time check. Although, despite all of the above its in a great location, had excellent customer service, and it was still a fun time. Great for first timers, but wasnt our favorite escape room experience.

Fun puzzles, well-designed rooms, friendly staff, clean bathroom, and reasonable price for the amount of fun we had. Only quibble is the placement of a tip-jar at the front desk. Come on, people, charge a fair price and dont guilt us into tipping, okay? Almost docked a star just for this, since it was one of the first things we saw when we walked in.

Really enjoyed working out the clues. We did this instead of taking in a comedy show and I enjoyed it much more!

We were in Vegas for a vacation and decided to try an escape room for the first time. We started easy with the hostage rescue room. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We had a slow start but once we got the first key, we got a groove going. You are allowed 3 hints.Note that if you are dead-set against using hints this room may have a fatal flaw. If you start ransacking the room and moving things that you think are useful, it is possible to sabotage getting one of the combinations. We found a clue too late to prevent the damage and we had to use a hint to move on. If you think hints are cheating, it may become incredibly difficult, if not impossible to move forward so beware if you are that person.There was a mix-up involving booking and the use of a coupon but the staff was able to coordinate with management to fix the issue and refund us the difference.Lockdown is great intro to Escape Rooms and I cant wait until they open back home in L.A.

Most fun Ive had in a long time. I did the mob one with my in laws while on vacation (first escape room any of us had ever done). Only got in one yelling match with my wife because she wouldnt listen...she was right of course in the end. Cheyne (worker) did a great job. Only complaint is that it was hard to find even with GPS, need some kind of a sign since it is tucked back in a strip mall type location. Would for sure do one of the other themes again, everyone had a blast!

Good place. But if you dont have small hands you really cant get out of one room.

I went to the lockdown room on Highland this past weekend with a large group to do the Mob room. We had a blast! They have each room set up with so much thought and consideration that it all looks great. It was super fun trying to solve all the puzzles and figure out who the snitch was. I’d highly recommend this lockdown room location to all my friends and family. Awesome staff, awesome location, awesome puzzles.

Went to the Escape Room in February on 2018. Took my family for my moms birthday weekend. EVERYONE MUST GO! Didnt know what to expect but we had a blast!!!! Will be back!

Did the scientist room. I was very disappointed in the story and some of the clues were pretty far fetch as to what to do next. Overall it was descent but the lack of focus on the story for the room was very disappointing as it had good potential.

We did all three rooms at the highland location and it was a great experience! Rooms were challenging and made you think in abstract ways! Employees were great and helpful. Would defibetly go to the other locations!

I took my Marketing team here for a Team Building Event and the staff is still talking about it. It made them closer, opened communication and broke down barriers. We cannot wait to try the other themes!

The rooms here offer a lot of creativity. My only complaint is that most puzzles have two sets of clues to make it easier to not miss anything. I felt that just. Caused confusion as there were extra clues we couldnt use.

It was the familys first experience with any escape room, we did the easy Hostage room to start us off, and it was great! It is the best feeling to get a clue to move on to the next!

We had our 8, 9, and 13 year old twins with us and the entire family had a great time and worked together! The staff was awesome and we definitely plan on going back to do a different themed room!

My friends and I paid $35 each for a poorly decorated cheap puzzle room. Only took us 20 minutes to clear the whole thing. Not worth your time. Try a better place.

I couldnt believe how fun this was! I had 4 people in my group and they all had a blast. We did the mob escape, which was so great. The two missions were to 1. Escape the rooms and 2. Fix the rat in the mob organization . One of our group members was worried it would be scary, but it definitely wasnt. It was a cool adventure of looking for and solving clues

First time being at an escape room so don’t have anything to compare it too. I thought it was cool and fun. Only downsides are the location is a bit scanty feeling at night and had a bit of a hard time finding it.
