I have been here numerous times over the years, and Gravady is my childrens favorite indoor trampoline park. I just bought a 4 month pass and Natalia was amazing to work with. This is our first time back since the onset of the pandemic, and I am so happy to support this local business. Its super clean and compliant to state guidelines. Im thankful for a safe, fun place for my kids to get some exercise now that it is getting colder outside.
One star off for the cleanliness of the place both in and out of the parking lot. There are a lot of trash in the parking lot and some litter around the trampoline place.Another star off from the lack of variety of their trampoline activities. Maybe due to Covid some areas cannot not be used, however, there’s not a lot of variety on the trampoline activities that that have.We are grateful for the attentiveness, and accommodation of the staff. And overall experience to be jumping on trampolines during this time.
The six of us, from the 5 year old to the 59 year old had a great time jumping, playing dodge ball, jumping off the tall wall, and swinging on the trapeze. The American Gladiator style course challenged the men and kids, and we got some great videos and photos. Although we did not eat at the cafe, we saw lots of people munching down on good looking foods. We look forward to coming back again, the next time we are in Las Vegas.
Gravady is pretty cool. A fun place for kids and adults. Currently they have a Groupon for 90 mins of jump time for $11 which is a good deal. I think the normal price is around $25 for the same time. The check in process was pretty slow. They had to scan each Groupon twice then we had to get socks. The grip socks cost about $3.25 each. We should have remembered our old socks. I saw people with sky zone socks on so I dont think it matters which kind you have. They dont really do much for social distancing. I did not once see anyone clean anything while I was there. Masks are mandatory but they are actually optional. Nobody says anything if you take off your mask. The outside was very dirty and nasty looking they should really spruce it up to make it more inviting for people. The trampolines were fun it was enough space for lots of people to be in their own area.
I wanted to enjoy our experience at Gravady. This was our first time out as a family since covid and it was only for our sons birthday. He has a disability and can’t wear a mask but we went in with the understanding that adults and anyone over 9 had to wear a mask while in the building. Not everyone was wearing a mask the whole time. Even after being reminded over the intercom people walking around with masks around their neck and not on and employees in the jumping area did not inform them to put their mask on. It made for a very uncomfortable experience and we probably won’t be going back anytime soon. Even after letting the front desk know they really didn’t seem to care people weren’t wearing a mask. We social distanced with our masks on as best as we could but before the hour was up we were done because of the unmasked people.
Had a blast going! Got groupon online and it was quick and easy to use. My kids 1 and 4 had a blast. Wasnt crowded there either so didnt have to worry about social distancing every second. Masks were required but want inforced much after you start jumping
First walking in was fine. Then I noticed how dirty the place was and that while my family of 7 were all wearing mask all the way down to the age of my 4 year old niece, many people in there had no masks on. We brought it to the attention to your employees who were not enforcing the mask policy at all. You have a lot of signage saying that masks were required, as well as a public announcement, but the mask policy wasn’t enforced by your employees. Multiple adults and children were walking around maskless. We didn’t even finish our 90 minutes of jump time because rules were not being enforced.
I had a mix up when I purchased my tickets online. I had pursued through Gourpon instead of the actual website but the staff was so friendly and the manager let us use it anyway and my daughter had a blast. Place was very well clean and free water cups for Covid safety very pleased with outcome
I have never been to this specific trampoline park and have been reading through the reviews trying to decide where to have my daughters birthday party next month. I have a few questions based solely off of the above reviewsIs staffing still an issue? Will there be staff sanitizing and cleaning periodically throughout the jumping areas? My daughter will be turning 9 years old, will her and her friends be required to keep a mask on while jumping?Do you limit the amount of people jumping in an area in order to practice social distance ?Have the broken speakers been fixed? Are staff consistently keeping the floors clean and free of trash? If I book a basic party, do I need to bring plates/silverware and cups?Is there a host that will have the private room set up before guests arrive? If so, what does the “set up” include?I see included with the basic party package 60 Mins in the private party room and jump passes for up to 10 people, how long are the jump passes good for? Is it all day, or a specific amount of time?Thank you in advance for answering my questions in a timely manner. I did call the facility to speak to someone And ask all of these same questions since google says open Sunday until 7:00 pm but the answering machine says closed SundayI’m planning to book her party for mid November no later than MondayOctober 26,2020 and some of your answers will be the deciding factors even though this is my daughter’s #1 choice I don’t want to spend my hard earned money and invite our friends into a dirty and overcrowded space
Can’t say enough great things about the Gravity staff! They were super accommodating on our last night in town. Can’t wait to come back soon. Thanks again for a great time!
Gravady has never NOT been a fun place to come. Sure, we have to wear masks now and make reservations, but theyve got a very competitively priced membership system, and theyve added a snack bar. They keep their equipment in good shape, and all the employees are friendly and seem to be here for a good time too. I feel safe leaving my teen here, but I also feel welcome sticking around.
The kids had a great time and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but the prices are a bit too high. A bottle of water was $4.00!!!
For all ages. Great deals on monthly passes! Super clean. My kids love it. Have made some good friends as well. Get out of the heat get some exercise
Extremely fun but they definitely don’t follow COVID-19 protocols. I understand we’re jumping and it’s hard to breathe but that doesn’t change that we’re in a pandemic. Yes they announce to keep your masks on a couple times an hour. However there was definitely more people NOT wearing masks than were. I paid for two hours but left early because of the lack of employees enforcing rules.
My family and had the utmost amazing time! Neither I or the children wanted to leave this place. I seen other families and couples there on date night, its really a place for everyone!! The staff treated us flawlessly and the facility was clean and organized. We will be back
Management has changed and some things they did bring in was good such as the snack bar and larger party areas. I did notice the staff was not as large as before and I am sure it had to do with the current state of affairs. Nonetheless I am sure the new company is getting to understand the business and wish them success.
The kids seemed to enjoy it. I think if they are opened til 9, they should have the snack bar open til 9 as well. Or at least not turn off the lights to make it seem closed. Kids be thirsty yo.
My kids had a blast & it was a great place for them to get some energy out but I was dissapointed that the food place was closed a hour early due to not having enough staff. As I paid full price for my tickets & did not purchase them on Groupon & had to make a reservation Id expect to atleast be able to purchase drinks. They had dipping dots as well & when I tried to purchase that they informed me they didnt except payment by card only cash that was also dissapointing for my kids.Since I cant comment on ur response Im having to update my review but Im confused as to how fixing the card reader has anything to do with being short on staff cause even if that was fixed the food area wouldve still been closed. So wats the point of making reservations if u cant even accommodate the guest & properly staff ur business?
After reading the trampoline park guidelines for their safety practices regarding covid, I felt comfortable with buying tickets for my children online. When we arrived at our reserved time, we entered and saw huge crowds of people with no masks or social distancing. The website stated that all patrons and employees are required to wear a mask per the mandate, many were not. It also says there are temperature checks at the door, there isnt. We made our way to the counter and requested a full refund, as we did not feel safe. I received the refund and walked out. I know that some will criticize my review and thats ok. To each their own. Just trying to be cautious, not anxious.
We love this place!!! It is clean and the staff is great! Great way to spend an afternoon. Great exercise while having fun! I bring my kids here and invite their friends to come with us...everyone enjoys it!
My kids had a blast. It was our first time. Better than what I expected. We will definitely visit again soon.
I have been going to place ever since it has opened. Over the years I have continually been impressed with new attractions and their trampolines. They have great trampolines and good attractions. The reasons I gave this a slightly negative review are three reasons: expensive concession prices, upkeep, and their lost and found policy. First, their concession prices are really expensive. You would need to bring a water bottle, or other drinks. Their drinking fountains are covered so there is no way to get water without buying it. Second, upkeep is not that great. When something breaks or gets shut down they are slow to replace or fix it. Third, the lost and found policy isnt good. If you lose something there, after a couple of days they throw it away. I recently lost my water bottle and went back a week later to retrieve it. I didnt think it was thrown away since I was there a lot and it didnt seem they would toss it. I came back and one of the employees up front told me it was most likely thrown away. It would have made sense if it was a really cheap bottle, but mine was a big expensive metal one. In the future, they should hold onto things in the lost and found longer. Other than that, it is a nice place to have some fun.
Wanted to get the family out and away from their computers for a little exercise had a great time and then we had a scare when my daughters stubbed her toe. Gravady staff (sorry I didn’t catch your name; a young woman with short curly black hair )gave her a pack of ice and even kept checking on her to make sure she was OK. I appreciated she did that. It was just a little sprain so after she iced it, she was back up in the jumping again I appreciate the staff of gravity for taking time to care thank you.
Always a fun time with the kids! They love to jump and so do I! I was a little put off by the fact that they only allow their specific “Gravady” jumping socks. We have our own and we like them better, better quality. Staff is young and can’t answer too many questions. But those things won’t keep us from coming back!
Amazing amazing. Private room on the second floor is awesome. Gave us extra favors and hours and pizzas when I threw a birthday party. Customer service was awesome. They hooked us up.
I’ve been to this location a couple of times, wasn’t very impressed with young workers. But today I was so impressed with your staff, especially the young lady that took our temps. Wow, she was so sweet and welcoming. As my girls were jumping and having fun, they came up to me and told me the workers were so nice. Thank you ALL for being so warm and kind to us. On the down side, the restrooms were a little dirty and on the way into the restrooms there was dry blood on the floor. Our all around experience was an A. Nice job. We will be sure to come back.
I absolutely enjoyed myself ! It was an affordable rate on Groupon that me & my boyfriend along with 3 of our friends were able to pay and it was little to nothing out of pocket there is no age discrimination of age at all it was a blast and I got when I comeBack to Vegas I’m doing it again !
Cool Staff. Very Welcoming. Fast Check-In
Honestly thank you so much to the wonderful girls at gravady for making me the best Dad/Uncle in the world.
It’s was good for the most part. The staff was nice, the dodgeball was fun, and the trapeze was really fun for the kids. The attractions that were open were nice too. My only complaint is that some attractions were closed because there weren’t enough staff to run them all. For example, the dodgeball wasn’t open for the first 30 minutes, and the stunt wall wasn’t open the whole time! Other than that though, fun place.
First Time Here Today... Had A Ball. My Baby Didn’t Wanna Leave Lol Thinking About A Membership... Good Way To Work Up a Sweat
The $20 monthly unlimited jump is the best bang for your buck. Cant beat it! The kids love this place.
The kid’s activities inside are great. We’ve been coming to this place for two years. This place is always filled with kids so it was never super clean in my opinion. The website says increased cleaning standards during this Covid time. We’ve been here 10 hours this last week or so. We haven’t seen any cleaning going on and some employees aren’t wearing their masks correctly covering mouth and nose. I’ve seen numerous employees playing on their cellphones instead of watching kids. Will any of that bother kids? No way. Kids will have fun.
New to Vegas and took my kids here last week, such a cute & fun place to let them unwind.
Gravady has awesome attractions that entertain every age so weve loved it. They have been fixing it up lately (replacing older trampolines and worn out accessories) but it could still stand to have a little more cleaning (food/sticky spots on floors, etc) but definitely worth going and worth getting a monthly pass if you plan to go more than once a month!
Very nice staff here. They were nice to give my son his own party room and take all of his gifts in their private room until we were situated. They made sure to check on us and also told us if we needed anything to let them know. My son had a blast here today!
Me and my friend tllk forever to get here and because its a saturday we couldnt go in because we didnt have a pass but we bought a groupin aswell, so their kinda a scam so i would make sure you check if you can go before waisting your Precious time
Amazing trampoline park! Has lots of stuff to play on. 100% recommended for kids and teens.
Everyone we encountered was AMAZING. Damian is an exceptional employee that made us feel welcomed instantly. Will be returning.
We went on a Sunday at 11am with a Groupon! Not too many people and everyone was following COVID guidelines! I would def recommend this place and you have to have their pretzel from the snack bar!! Was sooo delicious!
Social distancing? Not even close here! It was completely packed. No one was wearing make or attempting to give personal space. Aand it was stuffy and humid in there. The staff werent enforcing the rules at all. Maybe its better during the week?
Gravedy Extreme is awesome for Grandmothers. Your Grandkids have a wonderful excersizing fun time, especially through this pandemic. I have been bringing them all summer at least three times a week. I recommend getting a membership, the best $45 a month deal! Grandkids can bring a friend for free too. The staff is so kind and sweet especially Bryan. They take your temperature every time you come, which is such a safety issue I appreciate! Highly recommend, have brought in a lot of customers .......cuz it’s been a lifesaver activity w Coronavirus closures.
Terrible experience, don’t appreciate their Black Dollars. The manager and associates allowed others for hours to jump with sky zone socks and not until a Black family came in (my family) to jump with sky zone socks is when it was a problem and refused to justify the situation. Don’t waste your money there they don’t appreciate nor do they value the money that comes from our community.
I had the time of my life iam 52 years old, and my dream was to get on a trampoline, and so my daughter got some tickets on grupon very cheap and so we got 6 tickets, and I was so happy my dream came true, my grandkids where sore the next day but not me, the challenges play place is amazing good for the teens, great workout.
For $20/month you can drop off your kids here everyday after school. Much cheaper than daycare and more fun! We loooooove gravady!
Awesome! Had fun with the kids. 90 minutes was long enough. Some of the obstacles were closed but other than that had a great time
This place is great.Kids have fun everyone is helpful and covid safe .
Fun place for kids and adults! You cant beat the groupon price (they have other good deals too). A very unique and fun way to spend a day and 90 minutes is plenty.
The facility is great very friendly... my only issue was the social distance and masks yes they make announcements but very few people were implementing them... then during the 90 min I was there not once did anyone walk around cleaning the stools or hand rails also there is no hand sanitizer areas...
I have allways liked this place..and I allways recommended to my friends to take ther kids to have fun
We did a party there for my nephew and they had set up pink instead of for a boy they did not have anything ready when we got the the pizza was a hour late we only get the room for 2 hours no drinks were set up no plates no silverware nothing was ready organized are anything we had to go buy our own pizza and stuff they were behind but the time they got it all stri8t out are two hours were up I demanded a extra hour l cause they took all are time so we can sing happy birthday they were a mess and it was super hot in the room they did give me 17 free passes to come and jump for all the problems I feel like if they staff was more focused and stuff it could of gone as planed but I was super stressed that I payed for a party just to not have nun ready and as planned
This places is awesome! The monthly membership is so worth it! My daughter would come every single day if we could!
Gravady is an incredible place to take your children during the summer when youre trying to find something for them to do that is fun and out of the 100 plus degree weather. There are many options for them to choose from, jumping, climbing, swinging and so much more. Parents have the option of joining the kids in the fun or sit on one of the many comfortable couches and watch them enjoy all the possibilities. The first 2 hours are for children 6 and under to avoid any crashes with teenagers, the rest of the day is open for all ages. Parents can meet for their kids to have play dates while they visit with other moms. It helps you keep your sanity when kids are bored, highly recommended.
What a great indoor option for my nephew to get some exercise and out of the Vegas heat! I really appreciated the ongoing cleaning by the staff and the limited capacity made it much more enjoyable. Can’t wait to go back with the complimentary rebound admission I received in my email that I will definitely take advantage of.
As much as I love the environment, the activity, the staff....someone really needs to evaluate the front entrance and reconfigure it. Always have the worst time trying to get OUT because the entrance/exit are one and the same, and the line for waivers and temp check intersects with the only available way to get OUT.
We had my sons bday party here today July 25,2020 and even with the Covid restrictions it was still a blast and definitely worth the time and money to plan the party here. They went out of there way to make sure we had what we needed to make the party a success and the restrictions weren’t as bad as you would have thought! Way to go guys thanks for an awesome job!
The staff was very friendly and frequently offered their assistance - from the waivers to offering jump tips. Three adults (age 38-41) and ten kids (ranging from four to 17) jumped from our group and we all had a great time. We are from out of town but this is our third visit here over the last 18 months because the kids ask to come back.
We get to gravity for my sister’s birthday, when we made reservations the night before. Then the next day when we drove 35 minutes to get there and told us we could not jump because they added a different birthday party and my sister came in the car almost crying.
My grandkids love this place love to jump i will always come to a happy land kids are having fun so do i
We love gravady!! We have a monthly pass and feel it is definitely worth the money. My one year old all the way to my 9 year old love it every week.
Took my two kids the other week, they had a great time but of course this young employee, Chloe, ruined their experience. She completely disregarded all the safety measures and ignored my kiddos to talk to another employee. She disrespected me when I tried to ask her a question. Very disappointed, don’t know if we will be back.
This place is awesome. Is love it, we purchased the flight club pass and it pays for itself in one visit. Its 25.00 for the month for 3 months and you can choose to continue or not. They get to jump for as long as you like any day all day, I bought the pass for all 3 kids and our neighbors kids go as well. Its a great environment and the staff is always great.
For preventing the spread of covid 19, I didnt see any hand sanitation stations, no spray bottles of disinfectants no employees walking around with wipes. No, no jumping periods so the mats, cubes or swings could be disinfected between sessions.Other than that, we had a good time and I will be going back next weekend and this time I will bring my own spray bottle. wipes and sanitizer
Fun place to go as and adult or child. Only giving 4 ️ because everything isn’t open due to Covid
My son had his 13th birthday party here it was really fun and the best price is on Groupon.. for a group of 10 you pay 150 on Groupon then after the party you pay $1.51 for there deposit.. so all together you pay $151.51 for ten people and anyone thats not jumping can come along... The only bad thing is you have to keep paying for drinks with the basic party package... but u can bring your own food so that good... Overall my family and I had a really nice time and Logan on staff was an awesome host!
My daughters and family had a wonderful time at Gravady 2 hours ago! We are now heading back home to Los Angeles, CA . Vegas was nice even thru this Pandemic. Will be back again!!Thank you fro your hospitality:-)
We have been here many times in the past, we went there today for my sons birthday and the condition of this place has gone down hill. There were at least 20 ceiling lights out, the lockers didnt work, the speakers are blown out and blaring fuzzy music. There were not enough employees, at least 3 stations were not opened because it needed an employee there. The mats were dirty, equipment was worn out. Sad to say but were taking our money to a competitor next time.
It’s a girl named savanna aka the girl with the curly hair she helped out with my sisters birthday party and she a real one customer service was was excellent he was friendly funny and cool as hell she a real one
The computers to check in asked way too many questions. No mouse and if you dont realize the screen is touch screen...you will be there for a while trying to check in.Paid to get in and then we are stopped because we dont have defy socks. My kids had on grip socks that we pretty much everywhere. Person at register never mentioned the sock thing so they gave us free socks.Place is designed for kids five and older. Very hard to find activities for my three year old without having a bunch of older kids around.Parkour section has a very high area thats not have any sort of fencing to prevent kids falling over. One of the pictures in my review shows this.
The facility is a 5 star location including the employees whom are very helpful, but the people act like animals! Especially the ones that park their balenciaga shoes ;)
Great vibes all around!! Food court closed ️
Its pretty coo..staff just needs a better understanding of some info but overall it was better than Flip n out xtreme.
Kids had a great time. Lots to do for 90 minutes. We have been there several times.
Fun place. Great open air atmosphere.
I take my 3 year old here when we visit LV and he loves it! The crew is kind and understanding. Good times for the family!
Cant reccomend because it is very crowded. Nobody wears masks and it is complete mayhem. overall a good time but very very crowded
It was pretty fun. Three boys and an adult. Some of the Ninja obstacles were broken or missing pieces. There was only one basketball which was frustrating.
Very good place my son enjoys very much
The crew at the sign in/pay area were ridiculously slow moving, and took forever between customers. For the number of people waiting, it should NOT have taken 40 minutes to get thru!!!
My kids always have so much fun! Nice, clean, plenty of places to play or rest. One of my favorite places in Las Vegas to take my family!
Staff was great and welcoming! Good family fun!!
Brought our grand kids yesterday. We probably shouldnt have stayed. Very crowded and very few people wearing masks. Social distancing was impossible cause so many kids without an adult. One little boy who was 5 kept trying to hang with us and its so hard to ask them not to get too close. I never saw an area being wiped down. There was a plastic glass on one of the trampolines for over a half hour.
Took my 23 month old toddler and she had a blast. Place is huge, clean and the employees are excellent. I paid $15 for me, plus $3 pairs of socks each for my baby and me. I will definitely be coming back! She loved it!
The place isn’t covid safe at all it has signs saying keep masks on but like no one really does and no one did anything about it and plus when I was in line it was empty so I went up the guy said come up and then he started to have a conversation with the other workers not even work related I just thought it was rude at least don’t call me up or finish first just made me decide never to come back I think it’s a waste of money take your kids somewhere better
I can only speak from the perspective of trying to book a event here, the regular walk-ins may be different. I called the number to this location to be redirected to text the event coordinator number. I texted the number didnt get a response until 3 days later. I didnt get upset luckily I was planning ahead of time so it didnt bother me to much. I specifically ask about Sunday and asked if they had any openings, he assure me it is openings ranging from 1-4pm, i was getting a package that didnt have a jumping limit that I knew of. Here comes the day and they tell me that they had a membership jump at 5 and that I would only have about 30 mins to jump. Luckily I didnt buy the $150 groupon coupon before getting there. Super poor communication between the site and event coordinator. I have the text messages to confirming the opening and everything.
We love to come jump yesterday (6-15-20) was crazy we got there at 10 had to wait till 1030 because jump spots where full but was not given a band so my kids had to wait 2 time in line and but the time we got our bands it was 1035 and they made my kids wait again till 1045 to get in. This is the first time we have had any trouble we will be back hopefully they and fix the checking system
Bought this for my kid sister. Girl managing the door was great but got to the front desk, and immediately notices how trashed the floor was from all previous customers. When I mean trashed, I mean like outside street sidewalk trash everywhere. I get there’s alot of foot traffic but there is 10 people staffed (mostly kids) EVERY Vending machine is offline for purchase, and snack bar was extremely limited to just sugary drinks & icees. Great place to just let your kid go Buck-wild but very unsanitary for any adult with health standards.
First time coming here. Great for kids of all ages. Didn’t know how things worked here, but employee Yatta answered every question I had. Great customer service!
Im not sure where the incorrect information comes from (customers or the business), but the time they open on Sundays is incorrect. Online it says 10am. At the place it said 11am. It was annoying trying to kill an hour with 6 small kids. However, this place is awesome! Its clean, the staff is patient, nice, and really attentive. More importantly, the kids had a blast. We will definitely be back.
Super friendly staff! Clean environment! When using Groupon it’s a great value.
Mask should be require for everyone to have on while inside. There were adults as well as older kids that did not have their masks on at all.
Gravady is a great place to host birthday parties. The kids had so much fun. They jumped around and had so many activities to do. They weren’t bored at all. The hostess Jaylyn was great, and very attentive. We had a private room for our party too. I would recommend Gravady to everyone for birthday parties.
This place is okay. The lights are all flickering and half of the things to do are broken or just roped off. Which I understand but one of the balls that you climb on snapped on me a 143 pound guy Im 59 so Im underweight and it snapped on me. Watched a kid fall and hit his head becuase the rope came loose as well. Thi place is a wreck
It’s simple, the kids love it there. The staff were very polite and kind. The only issue I had was the party room experience was not smooth. Too many delays in serving the kiddos and the cake ( wasn’t in the room) cutting. But everything is was beautiful
Keisan is a worker at the food stand and he was very nice and deserves a raise
It was so fun! Anyone who hasnt ever been there should visit and come be a FLYER!
Any place I go I was on the other side of town and I had to come to my son and give him water and food because your cafe was open and they did not except anything but a card and he only had cash on him he had plenty of cash by the then I go in there and its scorching hot you dont have the doors open its a heat wave why isnt your airthen I go in there and its scorching hot you dont have the doors open its a heat wave why isnt your air on nothing was set up there was nothing for parents to sit on if you guys are going to open and open early then you need to let everyone know theres nowhere to sit its hot as heck in there and you cannot pay unless its with the card so do not drop off your kids there like we used to
Great place. Very clean and well taken care of. Looks like they recently upgraded some things like the couches and a fence. Huge area, so much fun. Been coming for a few years now with our little one. Employees are amazing!! Always friendly and helpful.
