This place is great!! Best customer service for kids & parents I like the atmosphere (prefer it over other trampoline places due to customer service and friendliness). My kids had grip socks and they were okay with this. When the time was up--they were not directing us like cattle or like we had less time than we really did like other trampoline places. Choose this establishment as they dont believe 5min late in getting out is more worth than the customer service they provide.This establishment puts customers first rather than +/-5min of their bottom line. This is why it would be best during these times that kids do not have a lot of outlets--parent and kid friendly!! I love them!!

Two owners of Flip N Out Xtreme REFUSE to wear a mask. I have pictures of the two investors with mask dangling off their ear and under their chin - not covering their mouth or nose. We saw two adults not wearing their mask while in the trampoline section, arcade, children’s play area, dodge ball and birthday party area. I kept moving my kids away from these two adults who refused to wear mask. These two adults were throwing a birthday party for their child. I asked one of the workers to please tell the adults to wear a mask. The employees made an announcement over the loudspeaker. The two adults who refused to wear their mask paid no attention to it. I once again asked an employee to fixed the issue or we were leaving. As we were leaving, I spoke to another employee about the woman and man who refused to wear a mask while around other adults and children. The employee told me that they told these two adults to wear a mask but they refused. It turns out the two adults are investors in Flip N Out. As far as the staff goes - Excellent. Good service and clean facilities. My kids loved it but we will not be back due to the investors not wearing a mask. I hope they did not get me or my kids sick with the Coronavirus today. This would have been a 5 star review.

Great clean place very helpful staff. Lots of different and new things to try and experience.My son loved the laser tag and the zip line.We came to try out the ninja warrior area and it was challenging. The rock wall and bull riding were closed on the Thursday night we went.Prices are very fair for the time given $16 1 hr. $25 2 hrs $30 3 hrs

No padding on these pretty sharp edges where kids bounce up to. My son obviously missed it, hit his face and broke his nose. No one there was prepare to help him. I had to pop his nose back in place and prevent him from staying out. All staff did was bring the ice I requested and offered me a free vip pass for a next visit. No thanks! Those sharp edges are accidents waiting to happen! A simple padding around there would’ve prevented that. In fact an employee mentioned to my face that it happens all the time. And to my surprise, they’re haven’t done anything about it. Because it’s at your own risk! You sign a waiver! So please, make sure, you walk through those places before you actually sign your child’s life away not knowing what type of endangered risks they might be in. He got broken pieces of bones in his face right now. He could’ve be gone! My heart is broken.

We had our sons birthday party there. He loved it and so did I. Our guest agent was so helpful and made the party move smoothly. The amount of time they got was perfect.I feel it was worth the price, I didnt have much to deal with except the cake. What more does a busy mom want?

This is the place to be. Since covid I worry about where I take my kids but I dont have to worry here! They take the time to sanitize everything. Temp taking at the door by the always happy to see you staff and hand sanitizer at the entrance to the jump area. I felt welcome, taken care of and safe, from the moment I walked in. And then theres the awesome attractions. From laser tag, obstacle courses and of course the jump area, little kid are etc. Man my kids and I have a blast every time. And from the outside youd never know the laser tag area would be that AWESOME! Honestly its my favorite part. The workout is real!! Up down and all around trying to catch the kids. Man I love laser tag. And the price really cant be beat with all there is to do. Even with a few attractions closed down as the world faces this pandemic, theres something for everyone! This is a really cool place to bring kids of all ages. You either need to go barefoot or wear or buy their non-slip socks, which are $25! That seemed pretty high but I bought them anyway. The staff is very friendly

The kiddos jumped away whil I and hang out at the parents lounge. Not to many people here today. Snacks and drinks are here for purchase or you can head out to the varies food options withing walking distance. My kids are loving it and definitely going to make a return trip in the very near future! Thank you Flip N Out for making my evening better! We just celebrated my sons 7th birthday party here and it was absolutely perfect. Thank you Danielle for being a great host while also hosting other parties. The kids cant stop talking about how much fun they had.

My kids love going here! The staff are all really friendly, they do a good job cycling kids through on the 30min schedule. My daughter banged her shin really hard on one of the platforms and the staff were amazing, attentive, and seemed genuinely concerned that she was ok, and had a good time. Ill keep coming back.

Awesome place to take your kids and have a Family Day. They even have an area just for smaller kids which is nice. The only down side is when it gets busy there are a lot of people and kids running around so it can get kinda hectic. They even have laser tag which is nice but the floors in some areas made me a little nervous because from what I can tell its all plywood and the floors can be a bit bouncy so be careful. But over all a fun place to check out.

Every time we have been to FLIPnOUT, we have enjoyed ourselves. I have 4 kids ranging in age from 15 to 4 and all of them have such a great time here. My 4 year old is too young to do the laser tag, but he loves jumping on the trampolines, and the bounce house and slide. We havent tried out the rock climbing yet. The laser tag is a lot of fun. I love all the different levels. Weve even been here for a birthday party, and they did a great time with that. We will definitely be back to play.

We go for mainly birthdays. But my experience was that the staff seem to be kind and energetic. No complaints. Worth the time and money for sure.

This place lacks security and management. My children and their friends were threatened by a girl that asked them if they were trying to mess with my boy? She told them that she was going to fight them. I told my kids that we would just talk to the manager and let them handle it. The manager and the teenage security guard talked to the little thug. Then they asked me if I could get my daughter so that the thug and her friends could apologize! That was after assuring us that they would be removing the threat. I explained to these youngsters that their idea lacks wisdom, and would likely lead to further problems, do to the fact that this girl had threatened several girls and didnt know who told on her. They also told me that they were dealing with a few issues, from the one we brought up to the kids waiting outside threatening to beat up other kids that are inside. I do not feel that this is a safe place for kids. It is very large with several sections and not enough staff to ensure a safe environment for children.

Honestly, I have never been so disappointed in a business and their customer service. It was my familys first time at this establishment and although the kids had fun I would not be back or recommend for anyone to bring their family here. Upon arrival my first question was am I allowed as a parents child to assist my son in jumping without purchasing a band, they stated Absolutely not as rude as they can. I than disclosed that my son has autism and is non-verbal. While explaining to them that my son was autistic both employees behind the counter peered at my son as if he was some sort of alien from another planet. I try very hard to make my sons life as normal as possible for him. I informed them I would not be jumping but just simply assisting him in the activities (or at least the start of them). She than RUDELY informed me that, that is not acceptable unless I purchase a pass for myself. It isnt that I was too cheap to purchase one or anything like that, but at what establishment is it NOT okay for you to be presently active as a parent in your childs activity without paying. Talk about a liability. Not to mention, The section for younger children is similar to a play place like the one at McDonalds, with an exit at the bottom, my child being 4 was very fond of this section and it honestly was the worse section in the place. there is no way for a parent to easily gain access if need be, in fact the exit is an exit only in which the children on the inside have access to over the parents, if you took your eyes off your child for one second which happened often because the area is not very open and there are a lot of blind spots my child could have taken off out the door and wandered anywhere in the building or to the outside in the matter of seconds.. I understand that there are policies in place for certain reasons but I just think things should have been handled with more kindness

Fairly crowded, but the registration and all thatoves quickly so you dont wait around too long to get in. If you have multiple kids you need to be very trusting of them or have multiple adults to watch them because this places is set up in such a way that it is verrrrry easy to lose track of a kid.

Flip N Out Extreme is a nice indoor trampoline center. I was there for a friends birthday party for her son. Apparently they offer a really good deal for birthday parties vs some of the other indoor trampoline centers. The staff was mediocre (zombie like/no personality IMO) & it was quite dirty. Hopefully they can get those two negatives under control.

This place was awesome. I love that they have a little kid section to run, climb and jump. You can also get a good workout.

It was fun every thing was amazing with my friends. They even have different themes for Friday,Saturday, and Sunday I loved it.

Brought my daughters here for some physical activity out of the hot sun. Between jumping in the main trampoline area and running over to the inflatables, they had a great time.Both the jump area and inflatables were clean and in great condition. Welcome staff upon entry were very friendly and helpful. They have a new area set above the facility where parents can sit and view the play area. You can see the kids wherever they are in the trampoline area, inflatables, rock climb or laser tag.Lots of fun.

Fun place for kids with trampolines for kids. Has a play area with dodgeball and laser tag for kids and birthday areas where the kids are served pizza and cake. No arcade games or anything like that but they do have some additional games (prize grabber, etc.), rock climbing and more. They charge by the hour for kids and have other options for those who want to let their kids run wild all day (all day option is $30 if I read it right). Check it out if you want your kids to run around and play. Clean, friendly and professional young staff.

My children love coming to this place. They have the freedom to either jump on the huge trampoline or to play on the blow ups. As a parent, I feel safe allowing my children the freedom to play from one area to the next since the its one large open space. Its easy to keep track of where my children are.

Fun for the whole family!

I absolutely love this place! I volunteered to babysit my two nieces (6 and 8) year olds and was looking for something they would enjoy. Well I found this place took them and they loved it and so did I! They have staff helping throughout the rooms and everything is very safe while being super fun for the kids! I think its great that kids have a chance to do something physical that doesnt involve electronics, they get a good exercise while having the time of their life. This is now definitely my go to place whenever I have my nieces to watch and also makes me the most awesome aunt ever :)

We ABSOLUTELY love Flip N Out! I have 2 kids, a 15 year old and a 6 year old. I buy deals off of Groupon and we use them whenever we have a day that needs filling with fun. They keep making a good thing better by adding fun activities. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful and they understand that kids are kids! I recommend Flip N Out to anyone who needs a fun place to go with kids.

This is an awesome place for kids of any age (10-20) to come, hang out, and socialize. There are several things to do here other than just jump on trampolines. There are video games, an electric bull, slap ball, dodge ball, laser tag, basketball, obstacle course, tight rope, and big air cushions to jump into. On Friday nights after 8pm, they offer 3 hours of jumping for teenagers for $14. My only complaint is that there is little supervision from the employees because they are just as young as most of the jumpers but if the kids can exercise some safety/caution and an older person can supervise, its a great place for kids (and even their parents/guardians) to hang out, jump, and have fun!!

My son recently went here for a birthday party. While I was dropping him off one of the employees offered to show me around.This place has a 6,000 square foot laser tag area including four stories. Of course it has the usually black lights, but it also has fog machines and more. Looks great for the laser tag enthusiast.They also have an area dedicated to American Ninja Warrior. This looked cool and included different levels.There is also a zip line complete with stunt bag underneath. Kiddie area for kids under six, adult viewing area, two rock climbing walls (one easy and the other difficult including holds that changed position), a small arcade, jumping area, olympic competition trampoline, and a dodge ball area.We are planing to visit real soon as a family. Wish they would build one closer to where we live. Wed probably be regulars in the summer.

Had yet another awesome experience. We came to Flip-N-Out for a birthday party and they did a great job hosting. One of the employees served the guest food, cake, and ice cream which I thought would be the parents responsibility. I always have fun jumping with my kid. Birthdays parties are handled well. Fun birthday party amazing food and trampolines

I would take my grandson here very often. He always enjoyed it. They have a variety of things for every kid to do, no matter how old. And there is even comfortable seating for us oldsters in recliners elevated so we can watch the grandkids with out getting tired.There are trampolines galore, with other attractions like a zip line, rock climbing wall, etc.

This place is awesome, there is something to do for all ages. I have a three, a ten, and a sixteen year old who all love going there. It is clean and the staff is friendly. It is a little pricey but you can find good deals with Groupon.

We went to Flip N Out Xtreme for our Nephew birthday party. Our son had a great time. He run from one end to the other. From laser tap to dodge ball to the trampolines. He had a great time at Flip N Out Xtreme.

Lots of activities for all ages of kids. Equipment could sometimes use a bit of work. Skip the arcade games. Frequently they dont work properly and ticket redemption machines are broken with no one on site who can address it. Kids love this place, but not my favorite as a mom.

We watch for the deals on Living Social and Groupon and purchase the deals anytime they are offered. My kids LOVE jumping, especially as a family or with friends. Sometimes it is too crowded for little ones, but I do like the netted off area for tiny kids to jump with their parent. The facility is clean and maintained. Sometimes the teenagers that work there really dont care or make sure some of the rowdy tween and teen aged kids mind the rules, but the overall experience it great.

Instead of purchasing a birthday party package I got my son and his friends passes that were an advertised special and better deal. The passes included an hour of jumping, 2 laser tag games, and 3 rock wall climbs each. The passes would have been a great deal if the place was not totally understaffed. It wasnt even crowded the day we went and the kids ended up wasting at least a half hour of party time waiting for staff members to help them with their scheduled laser tag games and rock climbing. We had to ask the office twice to send help for laser tag appointments and 3 times to send someone to help them with rock climbing. The boy who ended up helping with rock climbing even acted put out that he was going to have to let the kids all go 3 times instead of once. We ended up running out of party time and the kids only got about a half hour of jumping, 2 laser tag games, and 1 rock wall climb in the 2 hours we were there because of wasted time waiting around for the staff to help. I think all the kids had plenty of fun though. It wouldve been a great party if they had more help available. Instead it was just ok.

I CALLED TO BOOK MY DAUGHTER PARTY FOR OCTOBER.AND, THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. WALKED ME THREWEVERY STEP OF THE WAY. EVERY QUESTION ANSWERED.AND NO QUESTION IS WRONG. VERY HELPFUL, UP BEAT,AND SOUNDS LIKE SHE LOVED HER JOB. AND VERY HAPPY.

Certain times of the day are restricted based on age, which is not posted anywhere (website, front door, large electronic sign above counter). Seeing on their website that they are open until midnight on a Friday is encouraging when I have a wound up 6 year old that needs to burn off energy and no school next day. Not finding out that “jump time” after 9pm is restricted to >14 yo after I wait in line to get to the counter, just pisses me off. Need better communication of restricted events. Otherwise, great place to burn off energy.

Awesome place. Its exceptionally clean, I didnt mind having to walk around in socks, and the tramps were spotless. Very fun, spent the whole two hours there and had plenty of time to do everything. Theres no food inside except vending machines, but they accept credit cards which is nice and theres always free water fountains. There are also free cubbies, and $3 secure lockers. You do have to pay $4 for their socks otherwise you have to go barefoot, but Ill just use them next time I go. Overall, my boyfriend and I had a blast and will definitely come back :).

One of our whole family favorites places to go. Great place for our son and his friends to safely play and interact with each. It also fun for us adults as well. We get a chance to jump around and feel like a big kid again.

We always enjoy our visits to Flip-n-Out. Our 10-year-old son works up a good sweat on the trampolines and loves sneaking through the Warehouse Wars with his laser gun. I really like the addition of the arcade and the selections at the snack bar. The only improvement I would make is better chairs for the parents The current ones are not very comfortable.

Great place to bring kids of ALL ages. In my opinion from about 6 or 7 years old and up. Lots of room for them to jump and lots of seating space for parents. They even have a little parents lounge with couches to sit on that over looks most of the play area. They have trampoline play, obstacle courses, lazer tag, a zip line, rock climbing, a mechanical bull and arcades.. Check it out for yourself, your kids will LOVE IT!!!

Fun place but the staff is a bunch a teenage kids who didn’t want to be there on a Saturday night. Asked a staff member a simple question and he told us to ask someone else because he was on break. Take out all the employees and the place is fun!

My kids love coming here! Its a great escape from the heat in the summer. I like the trampoline area just for the smaller kids and the recent improvements. The lay out is much better with a nice arcade area that is separate from the trampolines. The arcade games print out receipts for the tickets and give prizes from a machine. My kids seem to get the receipts mixed up so they dont love that part but still an interesting concept.

I always love coming here because they have various activities other than just jumping on trampolines. They offer Laser tag, Zip line, rock climbing, dodgeball, obstactle course, Gaga Ball mechanical bull, and Trampoline wall. The staff are very kind and helpful. The facility is clean and they have a large variety of food and drink items to order at their Xtreme Café.

This place rocks! So many things to do in such great price for it. Definitely keep the kids entertained for hours. I highly recommend it!

Great fun for the entire family. We love the laser tag and the smaller kids love to jump on the trampoline and the bounce house. The giant slide is very cool too. It feels safe to let your kids have fun and the staff is very friendly.

Great staff. Friendly and some even played with the boys! Great chill out area for the adults with comfortable seating and sports on flats screens. Theres quite a few games to play as well. Great value in a fun and safe environment!!

I really like going to this place with my family we have lots of fun there. They have a great laser tag area and a nice trampoline setup along with bounce houses, climbing walls and other fun things to do. I would highly recommend to anyone with a family or people who like laser tag.

I was just there for a kids birthday party. Ive been to a few trampoline places and I though this place was just like the others. I really like the younger kid area, which others dont, makes easier with siblings. And how can I forget the laser tag and rock climbing?!? Plus friendly staff, one specific was our host Danielle, she rocked! She had over 20 kids to assist and did it without losing her cool or her smile! Keep up the good work!

Its a great, fun place where kids can get exercise in air conditioned place. Its safe environment and professional staff make it a kids paradise where they can be care free to enjoy. What great about this place is that i can take my laptop and do work while my kids play in a safe place without me worrying where they are.

Definitely a fun idea, but I feel like the trampolines were pretty worn out. It could be that Ive never used a rectangular/gymnast style trampoline before, but these trampolines dont feel nearly as good as the round/circular ones you can buy in stores. Still, pretty fun!

Had my sons birthday party here and they were great. Very helpful and I could just have fun. My 14-year-old birth kid and my 45-year-old hubby kid both love coming here.

We LOVE FLIPnOUT!!!! My kids have all of their birthday parties there and beg to go every weekend. They cant get enough of it there. My kids are 3, 6, 8, and 11 and there is more than enough for them all to do for hours.

I liked this place the staff could be more welcoming and polite. There was no pizza which was surprising considering they had parties going on. My mother ordered a pretzel the guy wanders off someone had to call him back and still gave her a burnt black hard pretzel. Had to give it back thats ridiculous couldnt do everything this visit hopefully next time will be better

Honestly no where else compares. Other places charge the same amount but have way less amenities. Here there is 4 story laser tag, rock walls, obstacle courses, a little kid playground and slides, dodgeball, basketball, a t wall trampoline, a mechanical bull, a big variety of arcade games and a whole cafe that sells really good food. You can also do parties here! The administration price is full access to everything! Employees are nice and helpful too. Facility is always clean. You will never regret coming here!

Parents: beware there are rude kids everywhere. One of them 12 yrs old picked up my grand son by both of his feet and slammed him down. He was chasing my grandson who is only 7. When i yelled stop few times and other parents called him out. He left. I brought it to the attention of the front desk, one young man said there was nothing he could do about it so i took it to the manager who is also a young woman, she was not helpful and had an attitude. So i told her i will take care of it on my own. I approached the boy, took his photos and then she said she will talk to him. The 18 yrs kid who worked there said that my grandson said it was okay, and agreed to let the older kids to play with him. Yes, playing is okay but it was bullying that my grandson only 7 he did not understand and he is too young to consent to anything that is too rough and could hurt him. I wish this place has better and trained personnel they hire kids running the place and they are irresponsible bunch of staffs and nobody was watching the kids who played slamming hard on other young kids. I will not go there again..rude staffs and they arw too young to manage the place. I hope this place will be out of business soon.

Very fun place to go! My best friends birthday party was here (Im not an adult) and we had a lot of fun! There is a zip line, more than 10 trampolines, a bull, laser tag, and more! I recommend this place for birthday parties!

It can get crowded on the weekends, but that shows that its a great place to take the family. I recommend this place to anyone who wants something different to do for fun! This is also a great place for parties.

Amazing I love the tramp wall and I love that you can get a all day pass for 30 bucks if you dont get that but still have $30 than you can only 2 hours so you can get 6 hour for the price of two

When compared to the location in Henderson, this location falls flat on its face. I took my three kids (5-10yrs) during a week day. The place was dirty, trash on the floor, the equipment worn and the bathrooms were aweful. There seemed to be a lack of staff, except at the front desk. We waited for staff to climb the rock wall and then after my kids had geared up and were just starting to climb, the teenager that was assisting them, said she had to leave. So they had to take off the gear and wait again.. a waste of time. The staff was inattentive and didn’t seem to care. My son got knocked down and hit his head on the concrete after a child pulled back the spinning arm (operated by staff) which then quickly retracted hitting him as he was entering the game area “knock-out”. Nope, won’t be back.

We always have a blast at flipn and out with my boys its a great place to take the kids and its open late and they have laser tag. So much fun .my boys love it

Perfect family entertainment in las Vegas. The kids had great time and a good exercise while jumping. Would definitely re visit and recommend to friends.

This place is a lot of fun Their is trampolines everywhere inside and they laser tag, laser maze etc.
