They make you fill like family when you walk in and when you become famiky after purchasing they make it seem even better. Kevin was our salesman and was very knowledgeable about the brands of trailers and points you in the right direction if you tell him what you are looking for. My family bought a brand new, $60,000, 5th wheel from this company and have only been in it for about 25 days. They live in northern Nevada where it is 11 degrees out, and dropping, and have had there furnace break twice. The sales managers and service technicians have offered absolutely no help in a solution to getting it fixed, and have basically told them it’s their problem. I also live full time in a 5th wheel and recommend RV living to everyone I know. However, I will NEVER recommend buying from this dealership. From our experience, they don’t care about the customer and only care about making a sale no matter how shady of a deal it is. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR MONEY.

Told they could make a deal with 16k down handed them the cash started to get the run around went to go pick up unit it still wasnt ready and always had a excuse finally after a month told them to give me my money back which they did 3 months later would not recommend I know I wont be back to deal with them what so ever for any reason again even it they were to give me a rv they can keep it if you deal with them error on the side of caution and never pay them in 100 dollor Bills cash when dealing with them use another form of payment

Really friendly staff when purchasing.Customer service after purchasing and warranty 0!!!Purchased this with a 30day warranty!!!Twice I contacted them.First time electrical issues I got told to fix it myself.The second time I got the excuse “that’s not covered” and was told again to do it myself.I had just explained to them what I had done tracing the issue, I wasn’t heard.Then I followed up as I’m still waiting on this new mattress they were ordering. To be lied to!!Whilst I am very capable of fixing every issue I have came across, my abilities shouldn’t be taken advantage of.The only reason I’m writing this is they lied!All trust and respect went the moment that lie came out.

This is the 3rd RV I have purchased at Johnnie Walker and it was the best experience yet. Angela was my sales lady and she as well as Ronnie, Bill and Leeann were fantastic in the way they worked so hard to make my purchase not only a great buy but a truly family experience. They care and the service continues long after the sale for years. That is why I will keep going back to Johnnie Walker RV. They really do care and want to make my every purchase a dependable, pleasant and memorable occasion. This is the only place to buy an RV and I would travel from anywhere in the US, Canada or Mexico to buy from them. There is no pressure just good honest and caring folks the want you to be satisfied for years to come.

Everyone at Johnnie Walker was super friendly and helpful, our salesman was what you would expect friendly yet fast to want a signature on the line. We got a fair price on the toy hauler we purchased and were happy with the whole purchasing experience. Now for the not so happy news, we purchased our Heartland Torque back in September and have used it three times but have had to take it back for service 6 times. The service department folks are nice to talk with and are very knowledgeable, but it takes on average 3 -4 weeks to get an appointment not to mention having to take time off work during the week since they typically only accept intakes Mon – Fri 8-5 and there is also having to hook it up and drag it down then go pick it up again. I don’t blame the dealer for all the issues, but it would be nice if they took notice of how many times I have been there and offer to come pick it up and drop it off. I personally will never purchase another Heartland product again given all the problems we have had that were clearly quality control and poor workmanship at the factory.

My experience was good the workers were nice, patient, and very lovely to work with!! After looking at a couple RVs we found one that looked great! We were told that they would empty the tanks and check for propane, we were told that it was a great RV. So we were very excited to get it and set it up. Well the excitement went away really fast! The black water tank was full of poop, the pressure valve was broke, the igniter for the water heater is broke, the valves are broke for the black water and grey water tanks, the battery is dead, the is a major water leak somewhere. We have had to put almost a grand into this thing and we have only had it for a week. Its sold as is but it would have been nice to know that there was so much wrong with it so we could have been prepared or we could have looked at a different one!! Now we are stuck with the money pit. Very disheartening, and a hard pill to swallow.

My husband and I walked in to Johnnie Walker just to look around and see our options. I didnt know much about travel trailers so I wanted to see one for myself and what would work best for us. Walking in, immediately we were greeted with a warm smile and assistance from Steve. He was so kind and helpful we ended up buying one same day! Everything was smooth and seamless we were in and out in 20 minutes a few days later with our 2016 trailer which we love! Then, my brother came a few days later and was treated the exact same way! I haven’t personally purchased an RV from this place, but I did deliver one. Mark,Robo, and Greg were as genuine as they come. I’m not getting paid to write this review, I wasn’t asked to write it, I know in a world of hate we have no problems writing about our complaints when it might be just a reflection of our day. If we are in a bad mood, little things will set us off and we will have no problem complaining. Do you also have the fortitude to write a good review when you’re in a bad mood ? Try it. All I’m saying is be like these guys, genuine. Tell Robo, Greenbook was a great movie.

Buying any kind of recreational vehicle can seem daunting. Johnnie Walker RV has been great to work with. CJ was our rep and he really took the time to help us through the purchase. Darcy was also instrumental in getting the deal done. David in parts and service gave us a thorough walk through of our new tent trailer and we feel ready to take our family out this summer.Everything is clean, fairly priced and they are willing to work with you for payments that you can afford. Also, they have a slushie machine there that is to die for! (That last part is from my husband. He must have had 4 in two hours)

Three locations in Vegas, amazing inventory for whatever size/type of trailer youre looking for, but most importantly some of the best trailering people work there.Parts cans be pricey (I recommend etrailer.com for parts that arent time sensitive), but their service center is good too.4.5 stars

Calling three times ( left message) never called back ...to get an appointment for a 2019 Montana service 2 months ahead.... finally reaching someone just to tell us they don’t take any service work if you didn’t bought your rv from them especially under warranty! What a lousy service!! The feedback below just confirms the lack of attention: I did ask for an appointment 2 month ahead! This dealership just wants to sell units but not back the owners up with decent service and support!

Johnnie Walker RV changed our RV buying experience. Never have we dealt with a place with such high standards for the customer. We were purchasing a 2019 North Trail 33bkss, when we went for our walk through we noticed the super slide had been damaged and poorly hidden by the factory. Johnnie Walker would not sell us the unit, instead they contacted the factory and made them give us a 2020 North Trail 33bkss at the same price as the 2019 with a larger A/C unit. This action speaks volumes with me. Mark our salesman and Pat are both very honest and honorable men. We had some up and downs through our purchase adventure, but Jonnie Walker stood behind everything they had told us. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a travel trailer or rv.Thank you very much Jonnie Walker, until our next purchase.Update May 2020: We have had quite a lot of problems with our unit. Johnnie Walkers done there best to fix them, but its frustrating to spend that kind of money and have stuff break every camping trip we have gone on. We attempted to trade in the unit on a new full time Jayco North Point and ended up going somewhere else. As return loyal customers they were almost $10k price difference from a dealer that we have never dealt with.

We purchased our 5th wheel from JW about a year ago and recently had it inspected and repaired after our first long road trip. These guys never disappoint - such a great sense of customer service!!! Got all our minor issued fixed within a couple of days. Everybody is really nice and friendly there, Braden and Cole in service department are really helpful and professional. I was a little disappointed after spending some time in my used travel trailer. I was given the impression that the trailer was only 3 months old but a closer look showed that it was actually a year old and had seen some hard use.Im still working with the dealer to correct some issues that were preexisting but since we purchased a warranty with the trailer, we expect them to be fixed.Our salesman was very nice and has been helpful every since the sale.This was our first trailer and so there were a lot of questions we didnt know to ask and so were paying for some mistakes we made simply because we didnt know what to do. Im also very disappointed in the quality of this trailer and was given the impression that it was one of the better selling brands because of the quality workmanship. In truth it was slapped together very cheaply and doesnt look as if it could withstand a lot of constant use. And at a recent gathering in Arizona of over 500 RV enthusiasts I only saw one other Travel Trailer of this brand and it was over 20 years old and parked permanently.It may sound as though we are not happy with our purchase but thats not the case. Johnnie Walker has a well deserved reputation and I would not hesitate to shop there again. However, in the future I will take much more time and look very closely at all of the details and especially the claims made by the salesman.

We dealt with Tony and was very dismayed by the bait and switch technique . We drove over two hours to buy a certain trailer to be let down by Tony. I would highly not recommend this place.

We just purchased our first RV - a toy hauler from Robo at Johnnie Walker. Everyone there was amazing and helpful from sales, to finance, to service, to parts. We were treated like we were buying the most expensive RV they had. They truly understand customer service, how to give it and why its important. They have a customer for life. We stayed the night in their campsite to test drive the trailer and had the best time - which just showed us how much fun and enjoyment well have over the next several years. So happy with Tom our sales person, he took his time with us, was very knowledgeable and patient. Our plan was to just look around but we ended up buying. The only problem with our brand new 17 travel trailer was the day after we had brought it home we noticed one side was rippled. We are currently waiting for a call to repair. Over all everyone was friendly, offices were inviting. Love the candy bowls. Huge selections . Let yall know once repairs are done how service and repair department is in comparison to the rest of our experience. I must also mention Leann while closing on our paperwork very sweet and Rod from the parts department.

This was my second time purchasing a travel trailer from Johnny Walker....the first was in 2008 and both experiences were top notch! Jared was my sales person and he found exactly what I wanted in order for me to move up to a bigger trailer with a great kitchen! When we picked up the RV, the check out process was informative, complete and friendly. We feel we got a good deal and got what we wanted in an RV.
