What an amazing experience! We stopped in just to look after renting an RV for a week and ended up buying a 31ft class C and driving it back to WI! I looked at several dealerships and felt like the customer service was by far the best at Johnnie Walker RV. It is family owned and all of the staff made us feel like family during the entire buying process. Tommy D was our sales persons and he was great. He genuinely had our best interest at heart. He even recommended a sales person at a rival dealership when we mentioned that we were going to look at the other dealership as well. The sales person was very friendly and seemed to love his job. Had no issue until they ran our bank card for the down payment with out letting us know like they promised they would. Because they failed to inform us they were going to process payment we were unable to transfer funds to avoid overdraft. It took us a week and two trips to the bank to fix the problem. The day we took delivery we had a different sales person per our request. The walk through went well. The service technician however acted like he really didnt want to be there. And was not very through at explaining the hitch system. 3stars is because of the failure in notifying us before processing payment and the lack of explaining hitch system by technician.

We bought a 2021 Jayco 16rk in July 2020. Every Johnnie Walker staff member from start to finish was friendly, professional, helpful and patient with us. Our salesman, Craig, did a great job helping us choose just the right trailer. Brian did a super job explaining everything during our orientation training, it was 113° that day but he patiently answered all our questions and solved any little problems that came up. And I love the aquarium trailer they have in the show room!

A much better experience for getting repairs on my toy hauler than the previous place I used to go to. Drop off and pick up were super quick and easy. About a week to do all the repairs as opposed to 1.5 to 2 months that I was used to with Camping World. This place will be my go-to for service from now on!

Service area overwhelmed! This is a direct quote from Ryan, my service representative. Other than increasing my blood pressure, he was of no assistance indicating JWRV is only supportIng warranty and repair work for RV’s purchased from Johnnie Walker refusing to schedule an appointment 6 weeks out in advance. This was after 4 weeks of sending him requested pictures of repair work waiting for replies and finally talking to him. Why would any manufacturers use JWRV as a qualified dealer, service approach is beyond me. Purchasing my next RV from Blue Dog where service is run like a business not a favor.

Called today for warranty work on an RV I purchased in another state at an RV show which walker doesnt even sell so I couldnt of purchased through them anyway. I was told that theyre booked up until the end of February and wont take appointments from anyone who didnt buy from them but if I dont get my problem fixed to give them a call at the end of February (5 weeks away) and they will make an appointment for me. I would of been more than happy to make an appointment today for then but basically that was their way to tell me they really didnt want to help me. I dont care if they are the last place on earth that has a part that I need I will not spend one penny here and I will be sure to go online to all the RV/camping groups Im a member with and share my story. The sad thing is that they were the first place I called, Ive used them before to fix my fifth wheel and had great service.

.We recently purchased a new motorhome and were very happy we chose to deal with Craig Crevling at Johnnie Walker. We started looking in November and didnt purchase until February but Craig stuck with us and offered a bottom-line deal we felt was fair and honest. We had been offered a lower price in Ogden but then found out (after driving there from Hurricane) their deal was only good if we financed through them. Since their price quote to us was for a cash deal we felt we couldnt trust that dealership. Essentially, they did a bait and switch. Craig and all the staff at Johnnie Walker were not only completely transparent about the final price, they were patient, polite, thorough, and a lot of fun too! Everything went well except the ordeal with uhaul where we wasted 3 hours while the folks tried to hook up hitch and wiring, charged us 351.00 and did a botched job which Walker mechanics will straighten out at your dealership Monday June 22nd ! Other than that episode we are very pleased with Johnny Walker RV, Walker was very helpful and I predict will run the whole operation when the time comes, in my humble opinion he is made for the RV business!
