Almost jokingly bad. Not the absolute worst but very close. I don’t know if it’s because of covid19 or not but the fact that we achieved the final puzzle and the device did not work as intended is a huge shame. Multiple things broke and fell apart during the challenge. Feels like a money grab, we are so unsatisfied. Host was nice, doctor was whack.

Great experience! Two super fun rooms that were challenging and scary without being over the top. The employees were very friendly and helpful especially Bailey, who was our game master. I would highly recommend this place to both enthusiasts in a smaller group (4) and novices in a larger group. Fun, spooky games that are well thought out with lots of twists and surprises!

It was amazing! We’re escape room enthusiasts and have done around 60 rooms. This one introduced things we haven’t seen before with the staff’s incredible acting chops and commitment to the Asylum room’s story. We loved chatting with the owner afterwards about his favorite rooms. I would love to come back when new rooms open here! I hope you can make it in time for Halloween because they change the room for it in a very fun way!

Wow! What an amazing experience we had at Lost Games! The experience starts the moment you walk in the door. I don’t want to give an spoilers. Wayne was AMAZING! He made the experience so much fun and interactive! We played both rooms, the puzzles were fun and unique! I think this place is now at the top of my almost 100 rooms!

Incredibly fun storyline and challenging puzzles that is definitely worth the visit. I tried only Part 1 because they were still building Part 2, but from my experience the puzzles were very ellaborate and flowed nicely from one to another.If you have never tried an escape room before, this one is for you!Be sure to check out both parts of the escape room series now that they recently finished Part 2.

Wayne made the entire experience come alive! He was epically awesome! This was our first Escape Room experience and it was honestly thee best experience we could have had. The creativity of each puzzle was quite impressive. We are hooked!

Excellent challenges and phenomenal acting. These people really get into their roles to make the experience more realistic. Its the right level of challenging and the right level of scary atmosphere to go with the themes.

Amazing experience! Our group of 4 did 2 escape rooms on 10/24/2020, The Asylum: a supernatural playdate & Doctors Secret. Both were challenging but alot of fun! Got a few good scares out of our group during Supernatural Playdate! Nick was an amazing Game Master! A very cool guy! Will definitely go back for more rooms.

This is BY FAR the best escape room weve done in Vegas. Wayne (I think thats how it spelled lol) was amazing and he had GREAT customer service. He even gave us so much info when it comes too escape rooms and haunted houses. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly!! The rooms were so well done! We did both chapter one and two, and we were blown away. Absolutely amazing. The themes, the acting, the rooms, the clues, the puzzles, the customer service, the entire experience was absolutely amazing. Thank you Wayne for all your time. This is definitely an escape room worth trying!

The gamemaster was in character wonderful throughout the whole time there. The escape rooms very interactive.

My wife and I spent a Sunday afternoon playing both chapters at Lost Games Escape Rooms and all I can say is if youre a fan of escape rooms or are looking for a creepy fun time in Vegas you MUST visit this place!!From what Ive seen the rooms themselves are above average as far as production value and originality of the puzzles goes. Chapter one is pretty straightforward and shouldnt pose too many problems for ER veterans, while chapter 2 was a bit trickier. My wife and I competed both chapters (with a little help on part 2), and even though the rooms are relatively large I probably wouldnt recommend a group of more than 3 for ER enthusiasts because the puzzles are relatively linear and some people might be standing around a lot while one or two other people are busy. But then again, this place is a lot of fun so even if you have a large group you might want to all head on over and check it out.What really made this place stand out for me was the immersive aspect of our visit. The owners and staff clearly care about creating a unique experience for customers. I wont ruin anything but you are basically patients in the asylum the entire time you are there. Even when we were using the restroom or taking a break between chapters we felt as though we were in another world. Our game master/nurse/fellow patient was awesome and we had a blast hanging out with her during our visit.Id also like to give a special shout out to Sally for playing so many fun games with us! I wish there were more chapters, I would return in a heartbeat!!

Very fun experience! We have done around 30 escape rooms. Lost games did not disappoint. Definitely recommend completing both rooms. The game master was energetic and made the experience memorable with the role they played in the rooms.

Fun experience! My sister in law bought us tickets as a family. Nephew, niece, friend and brother. We struggled to find our way through the first room and struggled even harder in the second room. Everything was decorated so fun and challenging. As smart as we were we couldn’t get out and we didn’t get the antidote. Our guide was very lively and stayed in character to give us a true experience of a mental hospital. Thank you for a great time.

I truly had the best time at this place. I went with a large group for my friend who had a surprise birthday party there. The environment was extremely fun and the staff were extremely friendly. They’re not limiting on hints, either, which I appreciated. Definitely plan to go back.

Located a small ways out of the main strip is a lovely little diamond of an escape room. The staff were amazing and the first chapter was so good we did the second one straight afterwards. The puzzles were quite tricky but with (quite) a few hints we managed to complete both of rooms. Definitely a higher than average quality of escape room.

Four players (two 60-somethings, two 30-somethings), which seemed exactly the right amount. Had a blast. Played two rooms in a row. Good sets, good puzzles, good time! This first time I went to an escape room (not this company) it looked like high school play sets - the props etc were cheap. I loved the concept of an escape room but it was so much better in my mind, so that was a disappointment. Not the case with this experience. It was all Id expect. Check it out, youll have a great time! Highly recommended!

Very immersive experience. The perfect amount of creepy. Puzzles were challenging but do-able. One of the best escape rooms I have done, very original and creative storyline. I love how they have 2 chapters (and are soon coming out with a 3rd one) so you can continue the amazing experience.

Fantastic time with myself and my old high school and college buddies. Between us all we are really smart and figured we would easily escape, I must say we were all challenged and this event was the highlight of our entire guys weekend. Highly recommended, you will not regret it.

Our group played both rooms. Both were unique and lots of fun! The staff was amazing and added something extra to the experience. We have done several escape rooms and this is one of our favorites. We would definitely recommend these room.

Totally turned our day around. We went as a family to Vegas with everyone choosing an outing. Our 13 year old chose escape room, the three of us went begrudgingly along to be fair. Lol. We did their two rooms back to back on a friend’s recommendation on a recent trip. Definitely two of the most immersive, atmospheric rooms we’ve been in! Puzzles were great too! Can’t go wrong with this company!

Some os had not been to an escape room before and did not know what to expect. We did Chapter 1 and 2. Staff was great! Stayed in character and gave great clues when needed. We had so much fun and highly recommend it for something to do with a small group! One bit of advice...bring reading glasses if you need them!!! It is dark and some print is small. Great night and can’t wait to do another one!

Honestly not only the atmosphere was pretty on point, but the staff are what made the day so much more enjoyable, it truly was a good time and Id recommend it to almost anyone.

Myself and two friends decided on a whim to do an escape room while we were in town and we just chose based on location and ratings. Everything was so well staged, the actors/staff were believable and so sweet. They gave us a quick rundown of the scenario and off we went. There was something in the first room that we could ask questions to see if we were on the right track which was a fantastic touch, and truly helpful. It was for sure super challenging and spooky but we never hit a point where we came to a dead stop in progress. Overall we had a blast and Id 100% recommend checking it out.

We completed both games as two enthusiasts with around 130 games done. Very well designed puzzle flow in the two rooms that doesnt leave the players confused with what to do next. The set design is on par with the theme and the way to give clues in the second chapter is quite unique. Well done.

Had no idea that escape rooms would be so much fun! This is our first escape room experience for us four. We are all glad we decided to check out Lost Games. A new and different activity from our other Vegas trips was a nice change!Their attention to very detail with their props, decor, creepy music and theatrical acts made the entire experience phenomenal. It would be hard for other escape rooms to compete with. Fairly close to the strip with amazing customer service.Cant wait for our next Vegas trip to complete more rooms.Thank you Lost Games for the unforgettable experience!

Great escape room experience! Weve played over 30 escape rooms in cities all over the country and this was definitely one of the best! We played with just two, but it would be fun for up to 4 experienced players or more for newer players.

THIS IS IT! I have played around 110 escape games and can say with certainty that Chapter One and Chapter two at Lost Games are the two best escape games I have played. Everything was polished. Everything made sense. Everything made me feel as though I was in the location and the time they had established. I was no longer in Las Vegas, for two hours, I was somewhere else.There is no need to dive into a lengthy review, just know, that once you play the rooms at this location, you will hold all other escape games to a certain standard, a standard that only a few will achieve. If you decide to play here. You must book chapter one and two (back to back). They have figured out a way to seamlessly integrate them, I have never seen this done before and I doubt I will see it again. This was one of the many amazing highlights of this company.My only regret is that they are planning to open a third chapter and I don’t know when I will be able to play it. As soon as I hear about it, my next trip to Vegas will be planned. IF YOU DO ONE THING IN LAS VEGAS, PLAY THE CHAPTERS AT LOST GAMES!!

Lost Games was an outstanding experience with just the right level of creepy, according to one person in our group (not the one writing this review). The one who said that has a mild doll phobia, but I had no issues with Sally, personally. She and I bonded, you might say.The clues are fairly tough to solve, even if you ask for hints — all the more fun! No spoilers; you have to do the work yourself. We heartily recommend!

Ive done many escape rooms, and Lost Games ranks up there with the best! They have actors in the rooms which really made this a new experience for me and was such fun!! I highly recommend them.

I had so much fun here. It was creepy but not too scary. It was my first time at an escape room, so it took me a while to put things together. I didnt escape in time, so I will definitely be going back to try again. Well worth the money!

My first escape room and I had a blast. Several of the people in my group had lots of escape room experience, and even run their own, and they said this was one of the best they had experienced.

I have been to a lot of Escape rooms and this one was amazing Great job- a good balance of scary and tough puzzles to solve! We finished Chapter 2 with 18 minutes left.

I came for a back to back of chapter 1 and 2 for my birthday with two of my friends. We’ve done maybe a dozen escape rooms around Vegas and this is our favorite one so far. When you do both chapters, you can have two hours for both rooms, so when we got out of chapter 1 with extra time that was added on to our time in chapter 2. They’re seamlessly integrated and the entire experience was very immersive and all the workers were super friendly and fun. All of the puzzles and steps in the rooms made sense, although we did need help from time to time since it was only the three of us. We definitely will want to come back at some point!!

My wife and I have done 50+ escape rooms. We did chapter 2 without doing chapter 1. This was a very well thought out room with puzzles we have never seen before. We have done red giant and lab rats in Los Angeles which are the highest rated rooms and this room was just as well thought out. The production quality is definitely above average. It was the perfect blend of challenging / fun. Great job with this room!

Ive played 40+ rooms and the second chapter room is one of my favorites. I loved everything about the entire experience. I would highly recommend. we were a group of 4 ( I wouldnt want any more) and we we played chapter 1 then chapter 2 back-to-back.

My husband and I did room #1 together, and both of us had previously done a couple of escape rooms. The added storyline and acting, put this one over the top for us! The workers were amazing, friendly, helpful and entertaining. The room/s were set up with great detail and although they were tough puzzles we did manage to find the antidote! So cool! We will come back for room #2!

My 10 year old found this location on a YouTube video and begged for us to go. We were NOT disappointed! It was a great way for our family to learn to collaborate w each other, trust one another, and get scared together! We look forward to making this happen again next time we visit Las Vegas.

Our seasoned escape room crew hit chapter 1&2 of LOST today and we loved it!! We’ve done over 30 rooms across the country and these rooms fall in my top 5%! Great puzzles, great sets, great experience. First chapter is a bit more suited for those who may be new to escape rooms. Second chapter is great for more experienced groups!!! The staff was so friendly and have put lots of hard work and ingenuity into this place! Rooms run by those who’ve put their heart into their creations are the best! Much better than those big box puzzle groups! Head over to LOST and have a great time! Staff was AWESOME!!

We had an amazing experience here. This is what happens when you have enthusiasts running an escape room who value the experience over the profit. The rooms are private and they have an option for you to do their two rooms back to back, which I recommend. Very immersive, in fact the most immersive experience I have had. They make you feel like you are their only customer. These are must do rooms. Ive done just over 50 and these are at the top of my list. Good for experience and first time players.

I did the two chapters back to back and it was amazing! They are both super in-depth rooms with lots of fun and unique puzzles that I have not seen before. Would highly recommend doing them in a back to back experience (if you call, they have a see less experience they can setup for you).

Lost Games did a great job combing immersion with great puzzles. Most rooms give you the rules outside your first room (no immersion) or inside your first room where you can stop from starting to look for clues. Lost Games gets it right. Once of the best immersive games we have done. The puzzles were also great. This was a challenging yet doable experience for our group who has done about 15 rooms.

This was a super cool experience. My besties and I chose this escape room for a birthday celebration and it exceeded our expectations for sure. We had such a great time. It wasnt cheesy or too easy - it was challenging and creative. We loved loved loved the Lost Games Escape Room and will be back to try chapter 2!

We played both of their games for Mother’s Day and had a fantastic time. I always give escape rooms a letter grade after I do them and taking both rooms into consideration I give this company an A! Do both back to back, it’s flawless.

Probably one of the best experiences Ive had in a while in an escape room. Theres a cool surprise in it for you at the beginning. Recommend booking both parts of their room back to back for added story effect. Owners are so nice too!

We did chapter one and loved it. Ended up staying and doing chapter 2 as well. It was one of the best escape rooms I have ever done. Creepy, well thought out, hard but not impossible. We got out with 3 minutes to spare. It was fantastic!!! You have to do these two rooms!!!

I went here for my birthday with a couple of friends who were skeptical about the escape room experience. Ive been to a few escape rooms and this place was fantastic. The puzzles were unique and the actors did a great job setting the stage. They were very friendly and I was very happy with the customer service we received. Thankfully my skeptical friends had a great time and cant wait to do another one.

My friends and I have latched onto the escape room train and Lost Games was our 3rd one. We decided to check them out during our recent stay in Vegas and were not disappointed at all. We would honestly love if they made a sister place up here in Reno! By far, they were our favorite place. The puzzles were just hard enough and the best part was the acting in the beginning. We will definitely be back for chapter two on our next trip south of Nevada! If you have an hour to spare, definitely check out chapter one!

This was truly an amazing escape room to experience. We completed the doctors secret and enjoyed it so much we came back the same day to try out the play room. The doctors secret would be enjoyable for both beginners and advanced players. The playroom was much more challenging but incredibly fun. Puzzles were all well thought out, creative, and tied together in the overall theme of the rooms. I was immensely impressed. I also enjoyed that we were not placed with other random players like some other escape rooms (lets be honest, that is just greedy and it is difficult to work well with people you do not know). Cant wait to come back to Vegas to experience more escape rooms from this amazingly talented business!

My family and I have done a lot of escape rooms, so believe me when I say this is one of the best. I don’t like scary rooms very much, but the amount of effort put into these rooms was amazing. The tech was great, and the puzzles were well thought out and creative. On top of all that, the staff were amazing. We didn’t escape the first room, and were disappointed, of course. We went onto the next room since we did booked the rooms back to back, and solved the second room. Right after we completed the second room, they asked if we wanted to go back to the first room and continue where we left off. We gladly accepted, and finished it. Even though I’m not a huge fan of scary, if they open another room I would go back to this place in a heartbeat. The quality of their rooms and outstanding customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced.

The entire staff at Lost Games is the most friendly you will find. From the moment you walk in, you are immersed into the theme of the game. I took my two bosses and they both felt the same way. The tech inside the room is high quality, the puzzle are unique, and the decor is amazing. I have done escape rooms at every possible location in Las Vegas and Lost Games is the best in town.
