Lovely museum. Attached to a functioning courthouse. Looks small from the outside but theres plenty to see on the interior. Small but interesting gift shop section. Admission is free but donations are appreciated. Inside contains the history of the area, as well as a large portion dedicated to Teddy Roosevelt, particularly during his Rough Riders era. Worth the visit! There are also cute downtown areas and other historical locations in town.

Small, free museum. Not just a messy collection of random items. This one is rather well laid out. Friendly staff. Plan on about a half hour.

Friendly staff, a great way to spend an hour or two learning about Las Vegas and the surrounding areas history. They even had coloring books and crafts for the kids. Free admission but make sure and leave a donation to keep this place cool.

No to big on this museum they could do better but nobody supports it in town so maybe one day theyll get something to create a crowd

It has always been friendly and confident in the past. The immediate previous director was, in a word, officious. I look forward to Future interactions.

Very interesting, some of the placards are very small to read but because it is not busy you can get up close to read them. A place to visit when going to the very unique city, Las Vegas, New Mexico.

Nice rock building. I went but it was closed at the time. A municipal courtroom is at the same location.
