This will always be my favourite Las Vegas Hotel. It is centred perfectly on the strip. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are nice and clean. The service provided at Planet Hollywood is first class. I was there for my 21st birthday and will never forget my overall experience. The poker games are great and the buy-ins are affordable. They offer a wide variety of fun table games and slots too. If you are looking for the perfect Las Vegas hotel then Planet Hollywood is for you.

I will never stay here again! Totally not what I expected. No room service, ice machine was broken down on my floor, bathroom tub was dirty, on my birthday the shower didnt work!!! No complimentary water or anything. The view was horrible. The casino and miracle mile shop was cool tho

The place is good, room hotel is clean and the staff right here is very accommodating but the reason why i gave 2 stars is that, our room is floor 16 and i know others smoking habit is none of my business but our neighbors are smoking inside their room even though there’s a clear sign of “NO SMOKING” “SMOKE FREE ROOM”. Our first night was okay, we sleep fine and breathe comfortably but the 3 remaining nights are hilarious, since i have a 5month old kid, i feel like we’re inhaling and suffocating ourselves in nicotine. The air is not safe specially with my infant. I will not recommend this place to our friends specially with kids under 1 year old to stay away from places like this because it suffocate their children from the smoke coming from their vents. They’re not consistent with the signs and warnings of their hotel room policies.

I understand that social distancing is necessary at this time. My issue with Planet Hollywood casino is that you cant even stand 6 feet away and watch the people you are with at the table playing. They want you to just walk away. Other casinos have the area roped off letting you know where you can stand. They have dealers tell you to go away you cant stand here. They need to put up signs at least

What a lovely casino. Very friendly staff, and room service. Rooms were very clean. Nice TV as well. I really like there pool, its always open, never closed. The jacuzzi was very bubbly. Such a wonderful, bubbly jacuzzi.

Rooms were clean and updated. Bathroom had a separate standing shower and bath tub. Towels are soft and there’s a long mirror in the closet. There was also a beautiful view of the Bellagio’s water show.Only con is that parking is far if you’re not paying for valet and if you do, the lines are super long. Pick your poison.Overall, would definitely stay at PH again.

I came here with my family in December of 2018, and absolutely loved it! The hotel is in a great spot on the strip, pretty central from everything. The hotel itself was also cool because it had a very large casino and had the Miracle Mile Shops (mall) attached to it. If you just wanted something to do, you could take a quick loop around the mall which was fun! The price of the room was also very fair and I believe we got a small upgrade in rooms upon arrival. This was my first time in Vegas but I did walk around all of the other hotels and Planet Hollywood seemed just as nice as any other excluding the super fancy ones! Would definitely recommend it!

Given covid the check in and check out for a diamond member was not great. The rooms were just reflavored from when they were built before. All the casinos are nice. This just wasnt above and atop other venues.

Love planet Hollywood. It’s hip, fun and in a great location on the strip. The plus side is the mall right downstairs. Need makeup, eyelashes or ur hair done? Everything you need is at the miracle mile shops.The pics below are of the panoramic suite at planet Hollywood

Well since its 9 minutes until 3pm and I have nothing to do except wait because the automated hotel check in system is insisting on charging me $15 dollars to check in early, I figured I would use this time wisely and share my disappointment with Planet Hollywood /Caesars for this poor use of automation. Not only has the person factor of the hospitality industry been removed, but also the human factor of simply giving a key to a customer standing in front of you 9 minutes prior to check in time... Tragically disappointing and not very reflective of a hotel that should be there to assist a patron. Do better PH /Caesars, do better. Very sad and poor start.

Lets just say that during a time like covid-19 youd think cleanliness would be of utmost importance. Its definitely NOT!!Beware I had a giant hairball that was found in my room and after bringing it to staff and management attention 3 out of 4 of my days I stayed it was NEVER dealt with.So to say the least if they cant clean a visible hairball who knows how clean, clean is?? So Im rather disappointed in the quality of my stay.

Nice casino overall with a good variety of games and tables. In the age of covid why is smoking still allowed?

We really love planet hollywood always get treated well. But was moved to paris hotel due to covid19 hopefully will be opened soon.

I appreciate the amount of parking space they have in their garage. Always my go to when we want to walk around and window shop, plus get our Fat Tuesday fix!

Kathy, The Front Desk Supervisor, was so helpful to my family. We moved from another Hotel from the previous night and she was so kind and made sure we had a beautiful view of the Las Vegas Strip.This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Planet Hollywood and customer service throughout the Resort was 5 stars.I will not stay anywhere but Planet Hollywood on the strip anytime I am in Vegas.

We had a 3night stay at planet hollywood for our 1yr wedding anniversary... Honestly I would recommend this place because it also has an indoor mall and you can stay mostly away from the heat or cold depending on the weather(if you stay indoors). As for the Casino we did some gambling and the waitresses were on point with drinks. The room was nice and clean. My only two issues are..... 1 the bed is hard to sleep on(a hard soft no give uncomfortable to sleep on for me) and 2 there was an old AC unit that was reading the room at 70 but we woke a few time sweating and had to lower it to 66 so we could sleep. Other then that we had no real issues... plenty of places to eat at and check out is super easy! You can check out through the TV! One last thing that I loved about our room was the deep bath tub... pure heaven. We will be back hopefully not all beds are the same lol

This place had a terrible checkin since they had no way to check in from your cellphone. They provided kiosk machines but almost 90% of everyone using them couldn’t checkin and instead everyone got in line to actually get checked in by a hotel rep. Aside from check in, checkout you can do on your phone which is nice. There were many areas closed off due to covid but for the most part everywhere you went they did their best to social distance.

Their housekeeping is kind and polite which makes me think wth? The big city has nice people? Cultural reset from St Louis. Lol. Keep it up, PH with hiring quality people!

Love vegas and planet Hollywood is great...parking for hotel not so great

Rooms were roomy and nice. Great stores and things were nice and clean. However as I smoked a cigarette the wanna be Police AkA Blart the security guard wanted me to put my mask up after I inhaled. So this hotel got me for 50. The Paris got me for 3000.

Had a great stay. Location is perfect. Near everything and a mall is attached. I’ll stay again for the right price!

We ate at Gordon Ramseys Burger which is always a treat. Friendly staff and way more food than one person can eat on their own, but perfect for sharing. I like that the staff doesnt hover either. Great beer menu and decent wine selection.

Spent most of my time in this casino when I was there for a buddies wedding had a blast there is plenty of places to eat and relax as well as gamble. Most of the tables were open and the electronic games were pretty much full.

Great hotel and casino. We loved the Mind freak show. Outstanding!!! We were so impressed with it that we will be coming back. The hotel had a Starbucks,Restaurants, nightclubs and, and a great environment for what we would see. Security to watch the show was good and it made us feel comfortable and safe. The only thing I can criticize is for the ushers to actually do a better job at making sure people are not talking or screaming during the show. We had a lady almost next to us talking so loud,we missed a couple of tricks every time she interrupted by talking outloud and not caring about the other people around her, the usher on the top row at the mezzanine was completely adamant of this even though a lot of people were complaining about this lady. Also, at the end of the show she rudely told us we had to leave, even though we were waiting for more people to clear the theater. We got up and moved by the door, were we had to wait for people to finish going downstairs because it was still really packed. So the ushers rude behavior was more worthless since there was no reason for her to hurry us up with so many people still waiting. Other than that we had a great time and loved every minute of the show.

This was such a beautiful place to play Black Jack! Never won much. pretty much broke even. But the experience was so much fun. The prices was all reasonable too. Cheers!

Comfortable beds, nice clean large/ roomy upscale hotel rooms, room was next to elevator shaft they moved us with no questions asked hours after checking in. Excellent location on the strip. Great customer service. Will stay at this hotel again without question. All under $100 including taxes and fees.

We went to the restaurant in planet Hollywood and it was so good!! The service was great and the food was delicious. It wasn’t too over priced either. Also the food came in cool serving containers. Wish I would’ve taken more photos. The gambling was excellent and so was the food.

Planet Hollywood Hotel was good. We went to a Christina Aguilera concert. We walked through the Lobby so conveniently located. Great choice

Room was awesome, we upgraded to a view suite and they delivered. We could hear and feel the pool music, but they shut the music and pool area down about 6pm. The room was clean and comfortably furnished. The fried egg lamp was a fun touch. We will definitely be back for other shows and will stay here again.

Positive: It was very fancy. The location was perfect on the strip. The rooms were nice but the bedding was nasty. So I have to take off points Negative: The bed & the sheets were not clean at all. The pillows had stains & the bedding had hair all over. It was obvious that the sheets werenâ€t changed.

Definitely an on-par resort for the area. Beware the odd check-in times.No big complaints at all. The room was nice, and so were the amenities. It can be a hassle getting the last of the land on the first visit.We stayed and used their convention hall for a conference, and the service and catering were exceptional.The hotel moved the check-in times from 1pm to 3pm a week before, which was a bit of an inconvenience to say the least. Outside of that everything was acceptable.

Rooms are nice and newly renovated. Some are better sized than others and some panoramic views of the strip. The service from everyone I interacted at this casino hotel has been excellent, much better than I had expected.

My room was comfy, my view was breath taking (see pics) and the building itself is really cool! The miracle mile shopping circle is a lot of fun to walk around (trying to get more steps on your fit bit?) And there is a huge selection of food, clothing and novelties.The casino is pretty cool. I didnt appreciate the smoking that was allowed but, whatever I just walked away from it.

One of my favorite spots. Weve always had very clean rooms and registering for our room at the kiosk was a breeze. Of course we always hit the black Jack tables and slot machines but this last time it seems like I was only waited on 1 time our whole time gambling at the casinos in PH. Its a nice central location to many other casino/hotel/shopping centers. Ramsey burger was excellent in the casino too. Planet Hollywood and MGM will always be my top 2 favorites in Vegas. Great experience overall.

Great hotel! I stayed here for 4 nights and the experience was amazing! The room was very clean and beautiful,the hotel is right in the middle of everything,the casino is just awesome (won $300),the mall is on the casino floor so you don’t have to walk too far to get/see stuff and the bathroom in the room was just spectacular. Planet Hollywood gave me a true Vegas experience. I’m only giving 4 stars because of the awful view I had in my room. ️

Neat Place. We toured it with all its vintage guitars, photos, suits, and other collectible paraphernalia that is sure to please. We were here a couple Christmas Holiday Seasons ago and there was literally nobody else around so we had complete free reign of the place. Pretty neat!

Avoid room 2481. We were in the north towers. View of the fountains was excellent! The room was clean and modern. Lost two stars because of the noise. We could hear the elevators constantly going up and down and the noise from the hallway was very loud. We could hear housekeeping vacuuming and knocking at 915 am. Great location on the strip. Also be aware that all casinos charge a daily resort fee, we paid an extra 43$ a night that was not included in the price of the hotel it was billed during check out.

So many good places to eat, drink, shop, get tatted up, and of course gambling. If youre young and wanna have fun (old people can have fun too), this is a great place to chill. Lots to do nearby as well if ya wanna venture out. See the Robot bartender in the miracle Mile shops as ya wont see one but in a handful of places around the world. Be beware, robots are slowly taking over. But as a bartender, I can out hustle and better multitask than this thing. Hands down, Id win the speed competition. And flair too.

This has been the best experience! This hotel has all that you come to Vegas for and more. The staff was amazing from front desk check in to housekeeping!! We frequented Cafe Hollywood and our food was delicious! If you are looking for one stop shop, this is it!!

Planet Holly wood is a marvelous place to be. Its very busy most of the time and thats partly due to its location and that its still free to park at Miracle mile shops! Planet Hollywood is in a great position on the strip, just across the road from City Centre including the Cosmopolitan and Aria and Belligio fountains and next door to Paris. The shows around this part are fantastic. The rooms are fab and lots of places to eat or snack. Complete with its own mall.

Nice rooms with art. Really nice bathroom, view not that great and they need better restaurants. Pools are nice but they lack seating close to pool unless you want to pay.

Aloha! Next to our HGV resort vacation club Elara. We have the perfect mall to have all the amenities we need. Lots of stores and restaurants. This place works for us.

I Actually went to Ocean One inside of the Miracle Mile shops for Mothers Day. Planet Hollywood is a beautiful place. I must say it was very nice. All lunches are 499 and the drinks are no higher than $7 each. This is a great place to shop and also a wonderful place to catch a great meal.

The themed rooms are the greatest, I stayed in the basic instinct room. All I can say is GREATNESS!!!!!!!

Nice units with full kitchens. The location, a block from the Strip, but restful and quiet. The parking garage for the Venician is close by and very easy to get to. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The pools are nicely located close to the units. For me its all about relaxing by the pool and soaking up the desert sun. One draw back, no elevators. If you cant do stairs, be sure to let them know. We enjoyed our visit here.

We stayed at the planet Hollywood during a road trip through the western United States and this was by far one of the best highlights of the trip. Our room was fantastic and the price could not be beat. We ordered room service multiple time and every time we were surprised by the fantastic quality of both the food and service.We walked the strip to check out the casinos and found that after each one we were always drawn back to the Planet Hollywood. It just feels so much more laid back and friendly. Their delayed are all so friendly and personable and the drinks were fantastic!10/10 would recommend staying here!!!

High priced rooms with zero amenities. The room has no coffee maker or anything. I also suggest bringing some toilet paper because they dont have any... They give you sandpaper instead. The hotel is nice but it feels like everything is designed to nickel and dime you. It really feels like a rip-off and I wouldnt come back or recommend this hotel to anyone. I have stayed in a cheap motel and had a better experience.

Very clean and friendly folks! Great location to everything and easy to find and get back to! Also easy tuber pick up andDrop off! The hertz rental car was not a responsive as should have been said would call with car and did not had to go back by the next morning

My experience here was great. I had a WONDERFUL time. The rooms are very nice and theneeds are comfortable. The restrooms are nice and a great size. The casino is great and the staff members are prompt. There are many places to eat inside of this casino/resort as well and stores to shop at. This is the perfect place to stayin Vegas when visiting. Located right in the center of the Vegas strip.

Nothing much about hotel its like any other hotel on strips. Most of the time played casino on Baileys they have more winning ratio. Room service was great at this hotel and their prices are competitive. I hade a great view from my room though.

The room here is much better than Rio from my experience.. Very convenient location

I had stayed in this hotel 3 times so far 2 out of 3 were great experience. The hotel is in a good location, it has its own shopping center, there are plenty restaurants. Checking in or out is always a big line. There are self registration stations, but never seems to find you. Make sure you get a non-smoking room if you dont smoke.

A girlfriend and I decided to stay a night in Vegas last minute on a road trip to LA and found a room at Planet Hollywood. Best idea ever! The price, the service, the rooms were unbelievable. Very spacious bathroom and suite. And CLEAN! Can not believe we lucked out like we did. I won’t hesitate to check out PH first next time I make my way thru Vegas.

So I coordinated a trip between friends and my husband to book at your hotel for our trips. We all landed at different times of the day flying in on different locations. I was excited since we are always go to planet hollywood when we book several other Vegas trip and always stayed at a different hotel, but always ended up gambling and hanging out and planet hollywood. What did such for us was when we got our room the couch was dirty and when I lifted the pillows to thr couch it had all Lind of crumbs. In between the pillows. Also the carpet was dry and rough. When I went go my.other fiends room they were super nice and clean and had different theme. I was a bit disappointed we were place in an older uglier room. But yet we made the same price for our room, I feel since our room were lower grade and outdated we should have paid a lesser amount. Other then that the people were nice and I love the check in and check out kiosk and housekeeping was nice. Thanks!

Nice spacious rooms with great views. Was surprised how nice the tubs are with them being so deep and relaxing. The hotel location is perfect too with it being in the middle of a ton of shopping. The staff is very helpful and I cant wait to come back.

We stayed here in November and it was a great stay! I have stayed at quite a few of the hotels on the strip, and Planet Hollywood was my favorite! The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Huge bathrooms with soaking tub and separate walk in shower. The entire casino was great. Enjoyed the gambling here as well. The best part was the view from our room! Absolutely amazing. We got to watch the Bellagio fountains go off everyday! The best part is how affordable this place is!

I attended a concert at Zappos theater in Planet Hollywood. It was a Great experience. I am mobility impaired and the staff were quick to offer assistance before I even had to ask.Im not a gambler but I walked through the casino and through the shops on the miracle mile. Everything was clean, organized and inviting.My only complaint is that smoking is allowed indoors. Being asthmatic, its difficult for me to be around cigarette smoke. Plus its just nasty.Overall though 10/10 would visit again.

Great location and pricing for mid-week large group conferences. Good food services (however, if youre a Coca Cola fan - bring your own- this location is Pepsi products only). Free parking is available- just know that youll be walking about 1.5km from the parking garage to the hotel check-in lobby which is BELOW the casino level. The iconic Miracle Mile shopping mall does not disappoint! Located on the legendary Las Vegas Strip, you will have access to all the major strip casinos and entertainment venues. Enjoy you stay!!!

Incredibly swanky hotel, clean linens, modern decore, friendly staff. There for the accommodations, could not have been more pleased. Suite had living room, wet bar,bath and a half, hot tub that opened to both the living room and bathroom and an amazing panoramic view. Highly recommend it.

Incredible hotel with views. Each floor has decor different from each other. Has an attached casino. Located in the middle of the strip. We loved the stay. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Brand new renovated room with nice pop art style, which even with view on the back, was very nice. The bathroom is huge with both shower and bathtub. Also one sink on each side. We went for double queen beds and the beds were very confortable. The room is big with a canapé too. TV has a pretty big screen. The whole heating /cooling system is pretty quiet and very efficient. There is a safe and enough storage for your clothes. The casino floor is great, music a bit loud in the evening but that makes for a great atmosphere.

Pretty good Hotel and Casino. Centrally located on Las Vegas Strip. Right next to Paris and Bellagio. Rooms were good. Several restaurant options too. Overall we had a good time here.

Stayed here for a week! Absolutely WILL stay here again in the future. Rooms seem upgraded. Amazing view of the Paris hotel and Bellagio fountains. Attached directly to a mall, theater, and 2 24/7 hotels. Felt very centralized and had an amazing pool that we didnt have time to go to.

Went to spice market buffet located inside planet Hollywood, horrible food...food was so dry, left under the lamp for hours...workers have such attitude...just horrible. Please look at the food closely and see how dry it is..who eats that...not fresh at all...22.95 per person for dinner.

Stayed here in February. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and everything was within walking distance. There were plenty of games in the casino and shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great stay! Loved the central location on the strip and access to miracle miles. Comfy bed with a huge bathroom; great tub and shower! Fountain view was awesome and staff was helpful. Will totally stay here again!
