Tons of cool street entertainers with awesome sounds and cool visuals, Fremont really speaks for itself. Anyone and everyone will tell you that Fremont is a must stop while visiting Vegas and theyre right. Ive been coming to Vegas so many times over the years and its always cool to visit Fremont. Now my daughter can enjoy it! Thats what makes this place so great! I had my younger years to have fun here and now its her turn
I give the Fremont Street Experience located at Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101 FIVE FLASHING STARS. Wow, Wow. Such a WOW!!!! The LED canopy that covers a HUGE part of Fremont Street is A MUST GO and see. FYI Always lots of visitors and keep a look out for sticky fingers as you are walking around. Overall, a great spot to enjoy. S
Old Vegas is sadly living up to its name. While its great to visit (or stay in my case) such an iconic location, you quickly find yourself ready to head down to the strip. Evenings are the best times to go if youre looking for the Vegas Experience.Couples beware of the No Obligation Resort Tours with Free gifts for attending. These are perfect examples of how nothing is free and the gifts are not worth the time youll spend trying to get them. You were warned.
The sky visuals above were great. Noise is over the top. Cant even talk to each other. Went on a Monday. Would NOT go on the weekend.People NOT respecting 6 ft distance much less wearing mask. Some had nothing. Some wore bandana-that does not work. Some wore neck gator- that does not work either. Go at your own risk right now.
Fremont Street is an excellent place to visit when you are in Las Vegas. This street has so many things on it ranging from dining, to entertainment, to casinos and much more. The best part is the people all through the street doing random performances. The street is pretty clean and it feels very safe. If you are looking for something to do in Las Vegas, then spend a little bit of time on this street.
First time here and what an experience. Some say its better than the strip but I dont think so. I still it a five star review because the entertainment, casinos, shops, and people really make this a Las Vegas Landmark.
We love fremont Street. The street performers, show girls, lights, music, and bars always means a good time. Drinks are expensive but there are tons of options. Tons of security everywhere. Felt safe. The security does tell you to put your mask on at all times; except when drinking. Nearly everyone was wearing one.
Amazing. Pure and simple. More like a festival than a downtown street. A couple drinks and have fun. Great food deals, if you come down early. Its more adult at night.
Had so much fun in masked and socially distant Vegas. I had never been to Freemont street WOW!!!! I danced and danced as I watched the awesome and beautiful graphics on the ceiling while the music played in the background...such a cool spot to visit...casinos, people, food and drinks what else do ya need in VEGAS anyway
We had a blast, pretty much everything was open. Very lively with plenty of entertainment. Suggest not getting drinks from the outside options, they are expensive. You can get cheaper drinks inside the casinos.
I always have a good time here. Its one of the places that I enjoy bringing my entire family to walk around at. I also enjoy the crazy street performers.
This is certainly an *experience* and a place you have to see for yourself to believe. You will find some very interesting characters hanging out around here soliciting, holding up massive signs with the F word, and breasts fully exposed so think carefully about bringing your children. It’s probably one of the least safe feeling places I was in Las Vegas but there’s lots of security. It’s definitely an interesting place and worth seeing. The attraction itself is nice, the music they play, the atmosphere, the zip lining, it’s just the solicitation and vulgarity that gives off bad vibes.
Always a lot of fun. Be careful, lots of people wandering around without masks while drinking. Easy to stay distanced and still enjoy the atmosphere.
The Dome-Screen looks impressive. Lots of old but well keep hotels and casinos. Also, the street artists are fun and amazing to watch. A Must walk around street.
Fremont street was refreshing, fun, and all inclusive. While the constant building and, I believe they call it, progress being made on the strip was not what we enjoy any longer. Fremont street gave us the experience of the strip from years back.Well worth the short, daytime, hike or an inexpensive uber.
Very cool. Lots of walking. Lots of performers. Just tons of smoke everywhere. You cant get a breath of fresh air at all. Not a family atmosphere even though we seen lots young ones. The weekends are pretty rough, totally different crowd then during the week. Be prepared to have your ids scanned and picture taken.
Fremont Street is a must visit. It still is expensive but way more reasonable than on main strip. They actually have 99 cent stores there. This was a pizzeria place that was great down there right next door to White Castle.
The people are nice. The streets are always safe. Rules are being upheld. The splash was large tonight, just the correct amount of dinning. Some people were living and just normal. Each new view was like starting all over again, this felt like a pre New Years bash. You cant beat it. Forty four stars . Walk up and down and drink a few beers. If youre not walking there are plenty of seats inside any one Casino. Plus there is a Zipline for above normal entertainment, bring a guide with you to make the experience.
Interesting experience. It was completely dead on a Monday night. Not many people or street performers. If it was busier, Im sure it would have been more fun.
The Worlds largest big screen covers the entire stretch of pedestrian section of Fremont Street. It is about 4 blocks long and the light show is definitely a must see for the area. There are also iconic casinos like the Golden Nugget. Restaurants and gifts shops are a plenty along the strip. Also if you are a little more daring and have $50 to spend on some fun I highly suggest the Zipline. Flying down Fremont with the light show above is an amazing experience.
I had a wonderful time. My first time in Las Vegas. People told me Fremont Street is a must visit place so I did. Not a disappointment at all! It was super exciting and so much to see. Music was great and lights were amazing. I will definitely come back....
It was very interesting with the street performers and the characters (I mean people) waking around. We mainly went to zipline, which was fun.
This is such a fun place to people watch, grab a drink or yummy snack. If the bands or DJs are there dancing is is must. We visit often and always have a great time. The light show is amazing! It is a must see in Vegas!
Better than the strip right now. Fun, and energetic. Only thing I didnt like is cost of food and drinks. Seems like they tripped the prices to make up for Covid
Too many super drunk people walking around WITHOUT MASKS, NOBODY TRYING TO SOCIAL DISTANCE!! Magnolias was great! Fantastic service and delicious Prime Rib!!
Great place to people watch always something going on here. Fun time
Come on who doesnt love Vegas and the wild times on Freemont! Stayed at the Golden nugget on Labor Day weekend, wow it was packed. Still always a pleasure visiting. If in Vegas and your looking for a sweet swimming spot or some nice views, Zibby Peak check it out!
Party feel. Lots of police presence so felt safe to me. Lots of casino play everywhere and open bars everywhere too. Music is great and the lights and sounds are fun to see. I really enjoyed it.
Very cool videos, the zip line looked fun but didnt like the crowds. There were very good precautions in the casinos but not so much on the street. Go early, leave early is my recommendation .
Staff was very friendly, hotel scenery couldve been better considering the price we paid! Didnt really utilize resort amenities, not sure what that were. And not having a fridge or microwave was very inconvenient, especially since you are kind force to buy food there in the hotel and cant reheat!! Free parking was a plus!!!
Pretty cool experience, great shows along the way. Zipline was cool. The ceiling and music was fantastic.
Best place for nightlife in the city! This was the highlight of my entire trip had a blast! Very interesting people, great music, overall fantastic atmosphere cannot wait to return!
What a wonderful, fun, and exciting time a day on Fremont Street is! I highly recommend getting there earlier in the day as you can take in the lay of the land so to speak without a large amount of people and then kick back with a late breakfast or early lunch to plot your day or you can just sit back and go for the ride. Also, it must be said that in the time we are collectively living in, every person/business on Fremont Street was incredibly respectful of each others personal space and following all safety orders put in place. People coming together to have an awesome time while taking care of each other was an absolutely wonderful thing to experience.Enjoy your trip .
FREMONT STREET IS FUN LOTS TO SEE LITTLE BIT MORE CALM THAN THE LAS VEGAS STRIP
Its so pretty at night. Really liked it.It was kinda tough to find a bar opened due to covid. And almost everyone wasnt wearing a mask so be careful or avoid the area if you are being careful. But its Vegas. And it was still pretty cool to visit.
I have been to Vegas a few times but this trip was the best. I liked having the Fremont Street Experience right out of our hotel The Golden Nugget.Really enjoyed my birthday throwing Axes at The Axe Hole.
The Circa has the biggest sports book Ive ever seen, might even be the biggest in the world, but it was absolutely beautiful inside. Never seen so many TVs on in one place. Cmon down when you got a chance.
Super cool ceiling with animations and music all around. Food, drinks and fun at every corner. Great for any souvenir shopping and law enforcement is on top of everyone following the mandatory mask wear. Had lots of fun.
I just want to say one word.....Amazing.....! The experience, food, and entertainment all blended to make a long walk feel like nothing! I will definitely be returning back to see the new and old! I had a great time.
Old Vegas is beautiful. I spend more time here than I do in any other part of Vegas. The souvenir stores are super cheap, full of good stuff. People there also dress up and you can take pictures with them, other go and show their talent, sometimes theres live music and not to mention the casinos!
It was fun but I imagine it would be a lot more fun when there are more people it was pretty empty because of covid.
Neat place to spend some time. Preferably with your friends or significant other. Not your under age kids. Mine were bored to tears. Reminds me of Hollywood or Fisherman’s Wharf, but without the smell of piss. Much cleaner. Not as many hookers as I thought there would be. I figured they grew on trees in Vegas...
Fremont Street Experience is pretty cool though it still cant compete to the new strip. Lots of bright lights at night.
Fun casinos, shops, and various attractions. I do not like the amount of beggers/homeless/cracks out people wandering about cat calling at everyone just to get a dollar. It doesnt feel as safe nowadays.
Amazing fun radical experience! Great atmosphere. Street show performers were brilliant. Ill definitely be back! Hopefully to perform
Light crowds probably due to the covid but still exciting and fun plenty of activities to do!! Always fun to be at this place
If you dont mind the smell of marijuana being smoked youll like it. I dont mind people who smoke just not in a crowed area. I understand that its legal in NV, but couldnt you find a place where they could smoke it.
DO NOT COME HERE WITH YOUR KIDS!!!! Vegas is named Sin City for a reason and walking thru Old Vegas will remind you why it has that name. That being said: its an experience!! You have to go to see it for yourself. I wont spoil it for you. A small tip: If you plan to ride Slotzilla? Get tickets ahead of time or do it on a Thursday. Lines get pretty long on the weekend.
I enjoy Fremonts diversity. If your looking for a reasonable gift, to take home..... Youll surely find one here. I enjoy Fremont St. More than the strip.
During quarantine, at night there really isnt that much action going around. Few people out but its especially great if your trying to take pictures without strangers in the background which I enjoyed.
Love what they did to the downtown area! The street experience is awesome. The effects are amazing. The vibe here is better than in most areas of the strip. Theres a lot of other attractions here as well definitely recommend checking it out if you havent done so.
I love the lights!! The entertainment, bars and little stores right on the strip is a cool atmosphere especially at night! If you go to Vegas, Freemont Street is a must see!
Casinos around it are older but still well worth the visit. The new Circa hotel looks phenomenal. Lots to see and various street performers.
First time experiencing the Fremont St Experience and I enjoyed every minute. My husband and I people watched as there was so much to look at. Dancers, magicians, the works. I even took photos with the Chipendales. Unfortunately we didnt get to ride the zip line but we did go cart race. Awesome time!
The old strip is fun and I love all the entertainment around! I tried the zipline & it was a blast! the strip is awesome
Its not how I remember due to covid not many things to be able to do .
Walking Freemont street is always fun. They have the zip likes running again. Lots of music and people watching. Protected from weather. It was nice 2 months ago when it was 101 in the daytime, and nice this weekend when it was chilly and windy.
It’s an experience. All different kinds of people. Sad to see quite a few people so wasted on drug. The canopy of lights is the best.
Awesome area, it did not have bands there, due to Covid. Everyone wore masks and stayed safe.
We stayed at the Fremont hotel and casino. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. When you enter you have to have a mask and they check your temperature every time you enter. Fremont Street was a trip. There you had to go thru metal detectors. And boy when they say the Greeks come out at night they were not kidding. All in all a really good time.
No doubt for the young and wild this is a great spot to check out. These places really depend on the mood and types of people you currently have present to determine the sort of time your gonna have. Street performers and bars. Its good a for an hour or two visit at least once. Your mileage will definitely vary depending on time of year, day, etc...
Its spectacular and a welcome oasis away from the strip.A little too much Marijuana smoking for my liking........ but the shopping and eating choices are good
We went during Covid. The experience at Fremont was orders if magnitude better than what we experienced on the Strip. On the Strip the employees acted like we were bothering them just by being there. We never felt welcome. However, on Fremont, especially Binions, we always felt welcome and taken care of. It was a night and day difference. I wish I had stayed downtown instead of the Strip. I was always disappointed to have to go back to the strip.
Alot of ppl very entertaining........keep yo mask on yo face watch out for police cuz they take u to jail if ur drunk.....
I didnt really get why this was such a popular place. Its kind of run-down and overwhelmingly crowded. There was a very cool zipline though. I would visit maybe just to do that and then check out the mob museum; otherwise, just stay at the strip.
Eclectic shops and fun street performances. A lot to take in. Fun overall.
Rode the bus $8.00 a day, crowded to many people wasnt safe for the Pandemic might as well walked my back was killing me. Long waite for a bus to go back to my room at MGM only because walking, the bus was horrible for visiting & site seeing also food, events, shopping not to mention gambling to high, too stressful for the less enjoyment.
Awesome new ceiling light show thing! You gotta come at night. The whole atmosphere is different and its better. Place does get a little bit crowded but not too bad. They also have cool performers there. Along with bars and restaurants and stands that sell interesting things. The zip line is expensive. They do not do any discount for the zipline whatsoever. They do not ask how you want to ride it either, So if you want to ride it laying down on your stomach then you have to ask. It definitely is a bit sketch because there are homeless people wondering around also.
So pretty!! Crazy people doing/selling random things in the walkway for cash donations. Most memorable experience for a 1st trip to Vegas. Nothing like it.
From Atlanta met some real interesting ppl enjoyed good foods. And was able to see some real creative ppl with unique talents
If you havent been to Fremont Street Experience before, its worth traveling to the northern end of the Las Vegas strip to what many call Old Vegas. Its an atmosphere and vibe of its own. Some will say that it is dirty down here, and yes I do agree that is true. Id also say watch out for the homeless, but its no where near as bad as San Francisco. If youre in town, its worth the $10-$15 Uber ride from the strip to check this off your Las Vegas bucket list.
My brother and I enjoyed ourselves a great deal. Had it not been for the weather, we wouldve gotten out more! Cant wait to come back.
If you want crazy entertainment this is your place. It was interesting and Im glad I went however you could tell there were Shady people everywhere. And I definitely would not bring my children there like so many other people did. That is something I definitely would not want my kids to see it.
Wanna get an eye full? Come here. Pompous and Stuffy? Dont bother! Every kind of person, from every walk of life. A lot of fun and talented street performers. Strong cannabis smell the entire stretch. Our clothes and face masks still smelled like the cannabis smoke from Fremont, when we got back to the hotel.
Almost better than the Strip, but a little pricey. Great entertainment and food. Picked up this 3D Butterfly Mask there. Yes it moves in the wind.
Freemont street is a sight to see and its a different vibe. Ive been to Vegas a few times but this was my first time to Freemont Street. I enjoyed being down there. I will definitely go back the next time I go to Vegas.
Looks of cool sidewalk entertainment. But not all of it is appropriate for kids. Just watch where you park because some of the areas seemed a bit questionable. Definitely be try to walk with someone. But once you get to Fremont you are good. And be prepared for the smell of weed! Its almost every where there and on the strip! But the cigar and cigarette smoking inside the casinos bothered me more.
Wild down here. Felt like it was covid breeding ground. Wont be going back till its over.
A wonderful remake of the old strip. Vegas in lights is well worth staying there or at least visiting. We will be back.
Cool place for adults. Do not bring your kids here. Very hot and load. LOTS of walking but fun.
Super fun. Perfect for people watching and street entertainment! Not to mention the awesome drinks!
Most beautiful street ever. Must visit when at Vegas!
THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME IN FREMONT STREET. IS NICE AND DIFFERENT, I LIKE THE SEALING FULL OF COLORS AND PICTURES.
Fremont street was a neat spot to visit. There were street performers, ladies you could take pictures with, guys doing paintings with spray paint. It was fun.
Enjoyed strolling along on Fremont Street, got some souvenirs and seen a few ppl doing odd stuff, lols. Actually very calm, the zipline looked cool. Honestly, vegas is turnt down, felt moody out there. Cool pics I took tho.
Definitely worth seeing, but be prepared to smell weed everywhere. Lots of sideshow stuff going on. Lots of young adults handing in packs and passing joints outside. But people watching is certainly fascinating and abundant.Table gaming was disappointing. Either 3 or 4 to a table depending on whether they have the phone booths set up at the tables or not. Double deck blackjack under $25/hand is as hard to find as Bigfoot. Most places are dealing out out 6 deck shoes. Its obvious that the casinos are trying to make money back from covid shutdown.
The light show is brilliantly amazing! The music is just right. If seeing creepy people degrade themselves for money floats your boat, this is for you. If not, Its a sight to see. It doesnt look safe, but rest at ease, there are numerous police and security all over and they know the freaks and entertainers. The Slotzilla zipline is absolutely awesome. The price is reasonable as well. Many, many places, restaurants, casinos, and hotels to check out while you are there. From old school former mob run casinos to hotels with their pool used in movies (Golden Nugget). There is a brand new casino called Circa open to adults and its beautiful! The D, is the D! Even in a pandemic, the staff goes out of their way to treat people well. Finally, please do not forget to tip. As its apparent guest counts are down, and the workers can use all the help tourists can give. If you are wondering if you should go here the answer is YES its a special sight to see for yourself. While some do bring their kids, i would never do that. Good inexpensive food is still found here, as well as a great restaurant called Saltgrass inside the Golden Nugget! Enjoy your trip!
Amazing experience lots exciting things going on all at once. Light shows and bright lights from the casinos. The feel being right there in that movie you love staged where you are standing! People zip lining above you and the feeling that its part of a circus . Step right up ladies and gentlemen the show is about to begin! Great places to eat and drink all around you and gaming wherever you look. Music blasting like youre at a concert! Oh I almost forgot to tell you ITS FREE AT FREMONT STREET. Whats not to like about it! You should go on down and take the whole family, theyll all find something cool to do.
Definitely way too many people and not enough social distancing. Great for a quick photo but I wouldn’t spend too much time here right now.
Excellent experience! The surrounding area is a bit run down, but still a great place to visit.
Actually this is a must do when in vegas cool experience light show was awesome.
Its an awesome place to go at night time, good music and you can ride on the zipline, but to many people together for this time with the Corona Virus happening.
Nice times in Vegas. Very festive and fun. Women everywhere, drinks and I can smoke weed in peace. Thank you Fremont! Definitely will spread the word and will be back!
Not good for abiding by covid regulations, but a blast otherwise! Beautiful constantly changing ceiling and party vibe, just know what you are getting into.
Crowded, loud, and not kid friendly after dark. The lights are cool, street performers are entertaining, and there are lots of food and drink options. Recommended if you want to see a dirtier side of Vegas.
This place is very entertaining. I saw people dressed up and posing, not knowing thats how they make their money. If you want to take pictures of them, you have to pay them first, otherwise they cover their faces.
Awesome experience!! except we all went to this place called triple Georges steak house on 3rd street. service was slow, food was mediocre and extremely over priced!!spoke with management after the dinner... Richard the manager was very rude and could have cared less!! So very insulting!! I work in fine dinning and that is NOT how situations are handled!! avoid this place at all costs!!!
Well, to many homeless around area but the police do a very good job of moving them along. Very well lit, its a adult entertainment area. Its not for kids. Love the free live band music.
