I LOVED staying here so much! They gave me a complimentary mask and gift bag. The customer service is phenomenal the cleaning staff is amazing and respectful of my belongings, which to me is SO IMPORTANT!!! I want to stay here so many more nights because the views are amazing and reasonably priced. The cabana at the pool is a bit over priced but might be worth checking out. Idk yet. I wish they werent closing the establishment due to lack of people. This place is great. Highly recommend this resort for holiday/vacation or staycation. I had a staycation here. It was AMAZING!
Old hotel but I love the feel of it. Long hallways and chandeliers. They have redone it to be like an artsy vibe so I think its a gem. There are issues: Its the south end of the strip. Its non smoking everywhere even casino and late night there is nothing at all to eat or drink because of Covid and the walk to get something is pretty far. Like a half a mile and more. The Starbucks is not open yet in the lobby and the maids knock to clean sometimes at 7am. However the view from our room is absolutely beautiful. Since the price is good I would stay again but bring a mini fridge. No microwave or mini fridge in the room. Pool area is lovely and daytime Italian Market is lovely if you wake up in time.
This casino was really nice. None smoking, guest room was nice and roomy. Plus they had hand wash station, gloves, masks and hand sanitizer everywhere. Not like other casinos. Will definitely go back.
Played casino games and ate at one of the restaurants here today; truly love the smoke-free environment! Thanks Park MGM for looking out for those who desire a smoke-free experience, it truly was nice to play roulette without having to inhale ashtray dust from others. We ate at Primrose, but itll be nice to have more restaurant options in the near future as things open back up.
The rooms look better on the website than in person. The hotel used to be the Monte Carlo, and it feels like it was an inexpensive flip, as the decor feels a bit tired and the fit and finish seemed to be the cheapest possible updates. There was no mini bar or fridge, the phone didn’t work at all, there’s barely any drawer space, the bed was uncomfortable and the linens definitely not anywhere as luxe as described. The stores in the lobby closed early so if you needed something late you were out of luck. The worst issue for me was room service. When I vacation, I like to enjoy room service as a treat. What they don’t tell you is that it ends, for the entire day, at 2pm. No room service in a 4 star Vegas hotel past 2pm? That makes no sense. On the plus side, it felt clean, the bathroom was very nice (zero bathtub options) and the staff was friendly and good location on the strip. Not quite enough for me to stay here again when there are so many other reasonably priced options with better amenities.
Have to say this place was great! Employees were great, rooms and beds were great. Parking was easy! Love the parking terrace lights!Green=open, red=taken. No fans in bathrooms, whatsup???
Clean, now smoke free and spacious. Wide assortment of slots and table game. Hygiene stations located within the casino. The staff Ive interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Ample free parking available and quick access into the hotel.
I have been here when it was being worked on and I was impressed. Noting seeing it done, it is so clean and looks so nice. A lot of the amenities was still closed because of Covid which was sad. I am going g to have to come back just to try food at the market. As far as the rooms, I have no idea. I cam imagine that based off of the casino floor and the market place, they must be super nice. In fact I will probably be staying there next trip to Vegas.
Very nice casino. The casino is smoke free. Good for those who dont smoke, bad for those who do. The room was small but gorgeous. Views from the room was nice.
Very Clean, and in a very good spot. I didnt come for a Golden Knights game, but Park would be great for a game. Huge advantage that it was non-smoking. Not a Destination resort, but a very casual, very down to earth resort
It was awesome being smoke free and having the staff really watching to make sure everybody was doing their part. The drink service was not good, the food & bev prices were a little outrageous, and they took my play money way too quick. Hopefully I will get even with them someday!
Beautiful casino and really nice staff. We found $10 craps tables on Sunday and Monday night. The staff was attentive and we really enjoyed the ambiance. It was our favorite casino in Vegas.
Love that this casino is Non-Smoking. Even though I smoked for years it is Nice to get away from the smoke. Wish the other Casinos had more non-smoking sections
Park MGM is awesome! I am allergic to cigarette smoke being smoke free is so important for me. The staff is super helpful and always making sure Park MGM clean, safe and fun, we have walked and visited the others on the strip but nothing compares to Park MGM.
Great Hotel. I loved it when it was the Monte Carlo and the recent upgrade made it even better now as The Park MGM. I loved the quick check-in kiosks. The Spa is what we really enjoy. Its not as big and spacious as the Qua at Caesars Palace or Canyon Ranch at Venetian/Palazzo but its very comfortable and relaxing. The complimentary Perrier water is a great perk. Its the little touches that bring us back here year after year! I highly recommend a stay here and certainly a visit to the Spa. Splurge and get one of their massage services. Youll be happy you did.
What a great time! Everyone had fun, delicious food, slots so exciting, very busy and safety guidelines for Covid-19 were in place. I will be back soon.
The Park MGM complex is located on Las Vegas Boulevard across from its sister property, the MGM Grand (Basically center Strip). The hotel used self-service kiosks for its check-in process, which can be troublesome to some. I’m those cases there are hotel staff nearby that can help walk you through the process. The room had a fresh/trendy feel to it with bright red and orange accents. The art and decor is tastefully done. Everything is tied together pretty well. The bed was flanked by a nightstand, lamp and power outlets on both sides.
Staff was amazing! Very helpful and got checked in quickly. Beds were wonderful!!! Rooms were clean and sanitized. Great place to stay!
We stayed here in 2012, we loved it. Im sure its probably one of the best resorts even with the new renovations. We would definitely stay here again.
The only place I stay in Vegas now. Everything is here or close by. Great food, great tables great rooms.... Just a great hotel
Check in was a disaster. But luckily they were at capacity so they had to upgrade us to the Nomad Hotel which is the top 4 floors of Park MGM. All suites.Eatery is a major disappointment. Food was good but very small portions and very expensive. For example $8 for a small can of cola. $30 for a small portion of spaghetti. Loved my suite though!!Good location. As we were checking out, the check in line was wrapped around the hotel and casino. Felt very bad for those folks.
Very good hotel in an excellent location on the Strip. I recommend a Stay Well room overlooking the pools and City Center.
Such an underated hotel. Love the rooms and the clean smell of the casino. Also a quick walk from the parking
Everyone was absolutely wonderful. Missing places to hold luggage and store clothing (dresser). Otherwise room was Great!!
It was a good hotel but we didn’t have a microwave are icebox so we couldn’t warm our food are keep our drink cold I called the front desk and she said they done have a microwave at all in the hotel.
You really appreciate the fact that its a non-smoking casino once you leave to go visit other MGM properties/casinos and come back to your room.
Major upgrade from previous incarnation - MonteCarlo which I stayed at a decade prior. Rooms were very solid large tv clean large shower... recommend this updated experience.
I loved this hotel. The check in kiosk were very inventive and easy to use. The room was very well done and comfortable. So many awesome places such as Eataly and Mama Rabbit. I got to experience Primrose and On the Record and both experiences were five star down to the employees, ambiance and drinks. I can’t wait to return the the Park MGM. I used to live in Vegas. This is one of my new favorite hotels.
Of all the hotels Im that Ive stayed in on the strip this is by far my new favorite and Ill probably be back. My only complaint is the same one I have for all the hotels ib Vegas: The Resort Fee. Its a money grab. I do not use the amenities it claims to lay for, yet I have to pay it.
They did a great job on the pool and the surrounding areas. You can have a bite at the Primrose patio which is in the pool area. The rooms are updated and are nice size. I dont like their customer service. They had long wait times and were not very friendly. I had to call three times to have some billing mistakes resolved.
We love Park MGM and all it has to offer. My wife loves the Lady Gaga exhibit and I love the speakeasy and Eataly. We really like the laid back NYC vibe of this resort. Highly recommended.
Very modern nice clean and comfortable. And reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend
Loved it. Staying at another hotel, but the casino, restraunts, and decor here are very pleasing. A French, Italian sophisticated theme.
Much of an improvement from Monte Carlo. Room was clean and bright. Bed was a bit too soft for my liking. Like the shower. Check in was easy with mobile check in. Print my key in no time to get to my room. Room with a view. Over night it was quiet.
The rooms are average (generous) The location is good right nest to T Mobile Arena
Smell great and I smoke. Great atmosphere. Havent smoked since I been here
This was my first visit since The Monte Carlo was transformed in to The Park. The casino floor upgrades are beautiful, and I love all the new restaurants. There is so much to do here and the new Eately has so much to offer too. The rooms have been upgraded, and the fitness center is one of the biggest I have seen in a hotel. They even have a separate quiet yoga room. I took a tour of the meeting rooms too and the tech they offer in each room is state of the art.
Top of the line facilities at the Park MGM. Was empty the day I went due to being Christmas holidays. The heated chairs are amazing. Both the steam and sauna rooms were excellent quality. Plentiful shower and hygiene supplies. I would go again. Could spend the whole day there.
Ok this is our new go to place in Vegas especially now that it is all smoke free!! The Eataly is different with lots of delicious drinks and so lunch good food. We recently spent 4 nights here and even though we visited other hotels these machines paid us the most which is always a good thing. The cleanliness of our rooms made us feel safe to stay. There were lots of people cleaning the machines, I dont know how they kept up but they sure did!! I was very hesitant to visit Vegas but Park MGM made me feel like while we needed to follow precautions, we could still have fun and be safe. We even watched our Steelers in the bar (social distancing) and even though we forgot to take our goodies home, goodies were provided at our table. Cant wait to visit again!!
I stayed here in a suite back in 2018 when it was still the Monte Carlo to attend UFC 222 Cyborg versus Kunitskaya. I enjoyed my time there and it was in a good location because it was behind the T Mobile Arena. One of my friends also saw Frankie Edgar on the same floor as our suite which was pretty cool. Too bad he lost the fight against Ortega, because I placed some money on him to win.
Hideous couch. Great service no fridge. Awesome view 22nd floor!
Love it here. Very Clean. Doesnt smell like cigarettes which is a very big plus. Nice rooms. Friendly people.
Quite possibly the most amazing hotel/casino in Vegas. The perfect mix of luxury, exclusivity, nightlife, food of all kinds, big casino vibe, music, culture and amazing rooms all nestled right in the heart of the strip, its great. Ive never had a bad experience here and Park MGM is definatly tied with the Venetian for my favorite hotel/ Casino. Now with the smoke free environment, I love it even more. The staff if of the highest caliber in the business. From the waitresses, to the bartenders to the housekeepers to the Cage Cashiers. The food from Bavettes Steak House, to Nomad, to Eataly allow for a lot of options and a great time. Outstanding cocktails too.
Mr O has stayed at the Park MGM (and previously the Monte Carlo) many times during his trips to Las Vegas. The upgrade from Monte Carlo to Park MGM was spot on and, as you can see from Mr Os supplied photos, the makeover, or re-imagineering, was spot on and completed in a lovely manner. The rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly (for Sin City standards) and the establishment is easy to navigate.Another easy 5 stars for Mr O who thinks he may be getting soft in his old age?
Great renovation on this casino! I do miss the Monte Carlo... But they did a great job. The rooms are clean! And the new eataly is freaking awesome! Amazing food, wine, and other stuff you can buy!
Positive: Pillows Negative: All the Extra Fees and Taxes
Saw Lady Gaga here. What an incredible show. We were impressed with the theatre. Acoustics were great. Not a bad seat in the house. Restrooms were the cleanest ever, especially during a large concert. Kudos to housekeeping!!Only wish the bar tending was faster. Came out for a cocktail kid way and all bartenders were cleaning. Only one serving. Line was long and slow. Missed two songs. That was a a bummer. Everything else was superb. Thanks!
Very nice hotel everything is minutes away. The rooms are small but they are clean and comfortable.Awesome pools with music food and bar.
This hotel is one of my favorites. Its located right on the Strip, close to everything, as you can imagine the surrounding area is beautiful and very alive at nights. The rooms are very unique with accent walls in red, very clean and nicely furnished. The views from the rooms are beautiful. There is a casino on the first floor among many stores and restaurants. There are 3 pools which is amazing. Personnel is very professional and kind. Really nice hotel to stay in while you are in Las Vegas. I definitely recommended.
Nice middle sized hotel and casino. Nice upgrade from the Monte Carlo...
Super clean, nice staff, And over all entire property is smoke clean
Clean and fresh and its a smoke free casino... I smoke only when I gamble but I dont mind staying here.
Really loved this place. Lobby is stunning. Bathrooms are nice. Beds are super soft and love the long window seats to watch the lights on the strip. Juniper lounge is stellar as well!
Positive: free upgrade Negative: NO COFFEE POT IN THE ROOM!!! :(
Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy!! Check-in and Check out are rather so easy and automated!! Over all enjoyed the stay!!
The resort is simply outstanding in every way from casino floor, rooms, shows, restaurant, and shops.
The hotel is beautiful..... only downfall that you have to wear a mask in the pool area OUTSIDE!!! its ridiculous trying to tan with a mask on....yes you can take it off while in the pool, but have to put it back on when u get out. Ridiculous!!!
Would of been great if rooms were not moved to MGM Grand
I really like the smoke free casino. Durring these Covid times, it seems like a great idea. I would rather not inhale somebodys Covid-19 laced smoke.
It was our first time at the Park. We loved all the restaurants. The only one we didnt get into was Best Friend. The casino floor is a nice size...not too big. Checking in and out was a breeze. The room was spacious and relaxing (we got a king). Really enjoyed the hotel. Next time Ill have to check out the spa. I reccomend this hotel to everyone but if you have an event at the T-mobile arena, this is the place to stay. We just walked across the street to the venue and getting back to our room was just as easy. Didnt have to battle parking or traffic. Loved it!
It was supposed to be updated and new...THATS A LIE! We quickly checked out and moved to the Aria.
The remodel is nice and the casino actually was a little friendly as far as pay out. The restaurants that we visited were ok also. The location is great and youre put in the right spot. I was wanting a fridge in the room but I guess that depends on what room you get. The room service was good! And I did like the check-in kiosk, that was neat, sorry I didnt take a picture but its pretty much a large tablet that checks you in.
Okay so Park MGM is hella cool because they give you $20nin free play for your birthday even if youve already signed up for a card. The other 2 places you can get that at is Luxor and Excalibur fyi so taken advantage. It can even be up to 7 days after your birthday.
Beautiful, clean, everything looks new And in joy very much the non smoking atmosphere.
Positive: LOcation Negative: Its an older hotel that was just re branded.
We ate at the Italian food court. So much food from all styles. Each type of food has its own little kitchen and seating was easy on a Saturday night. We first bought a bottle of wine from the store downstairs first ($15 cooking fee). Great selection too. I will return.
Excellent Hotel with everything you would want! Nice class of staff and rooms are very nice to look at and super clean! Close to concert venues! The MGM Park concert hall is wonderful! We had an awesome Experience!!!
Completely adequate hotel. Nothing inherently wrong. It appears to be an older hotel that had been cleaned up and renovated. If you’re looking for a ‘new’ hotel (as in newly constructed) this is not one. Again, it was a great experience and clean and fresh, but I somehow that we were going to be staying in a newly constructed hotel.
As a Las Vegas local I love to check out the new places. Park MGM exceeded my expectations. I e eaten at nearly all the restaurants, stayed the night, and went to the pools. Everything was top level and great service.
4 starts simply because Park MGM is now 100% smoke free!!
Interesting take on a Vegas hotel. Self check in and no real front desk staff. There is a concierge but cant help with room check in. The hotel and rooms are minimalistic with little to no few frills. But the room cost are comparable to other Vegas hotels that might be dated but have many frills to them. Definitely a self serve, younger crowd that appreciates limited engagement by staff and amenities. Room view is nice and the bathroom is basic and clean.
We visit Vegas annually and try and stay at several different hotels to get a feel for their accommodations. Park MGM was overall nice. What we liked about it was its location on the strip along with its proximity to the strip. Getting in and out of the hotel was easy. We did not have to walk through a vast casino and lobby before getting outside. You essentially walk out of the food court doors and you are right on the strip. We liked that. We also liked the size of the casino itself. It wasnt too small and it wasnt so big that you get lost. The Primrose restaurant had good food. I especially liked the Mediterranean breakfast. Though it was light and healthy, it was completely filling. They also made a delicious Bloody Mary. What we didnt care for in the casino are the overall dining and entertainment options. They are somewhat scarce. There definitely isnt enough to do inside of this casino to hold your attention for very long. The room itself was decent. Because the position of the hotel doesnt offer a great strip view, we opted for a mountain view. By comparison to say Mandalay Bay the room was small and lacking. In fairness to this hotel though, not many regular rooms on the strip can compare to the size of Mandalay Bay. I would say this is overall a good choice if youre looking for moderate accommodations in a good location.
Love that Park MGM will be smoke free, its about time casinos start to ban smoking. We will be going to Park MGM more often than before.
Very enjoyable of stay. Exceptionally clean rooms very comfortable Had a great downtown strip view from my Room it was amazing
Went to see Jason Aldean in concert. 1st time since. The Vegas Strong
I hit sum good money but there is no smoking there
I been to this casino twice since it opened great staff and service is good, early check in was on time .
Very trendy and modern! I love what theyve done with the place! Check in was very easy with the MGM app and having a digital key is awesome! The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall I was very happy with what I got for the price with the exception of paying a little extra for a strip view. You cant really see anything too flashy from their location. Still very happy and will definitely stay again!
Updated suites and great pools to hang out in during the hot days! Pool food was awesome! Half price frozen drinks til noon! Casino was small and could use some sort of excitement!
Clean rooms, nice gym (spacious and well equipped), friendly staff. Las Vegas strip just few meters away (you can go use Park MGM Casino as the shortcut). Also great connection with the Aria hotel is a plus.
The rooms were recently renovated so the space was very neat and clean. The paintings and photographs on the wall were a bit odd...I found them mismatched but maybe that is how art works. From our room, we had a direct view of the Tmobile arena and were able to watch a Golden Knights game from our room. That was fun.The casino area is smaller than most casinos, but overall, not a bad stay.
Nice but not enough substance more of a botique feel
The newly renovated Park MGM was quite nice. The rooms were gorgeous and well laid out, and the bedding was top notch. The only lack was a real check in / check out desk. They want you to use the self service kiosks, so they are sacrificing personal interaction. Food was good and service quick at Primrose. Having Eataly right out front was handy for grab and go food and snacks. The casino was lively and fun. I do miss the old Monte Carlo though...
Decent selection of games with a nice Italian themed food area.
View was fair, the room was comfy and restroom large and clean.
BeautifulLots of choices. You can satisfy everyone. This spot is s must if you enjoy the wonderful food and drink of Italy. You can also ride the tram for free from the Aria to the Belagio.
It was the Monte Carlo when we were in Las Vegas but with a revamp now the Park MGM. Good hotel and resort similar to all of the others along the strip for size and facilities. Its location is great as it occupies a slot right in the centre of the strip making easy to get to all of the other attractions in Las Vegas. There are loads of dining places to choose from all varying in price depending on what you fancy to eat. Spend some time browsing the shops then relax by the pool with a refreshing drink. Great hotel and resort.
Its beautiful and we had an amazing tyme.
Concierge Andrea was an absolute doll and gave us tons of help with our trip. 100% recommend
Lobby seems to have gotten most of the attention in the remodel. Guest rooms are down dimly lit hallways that smell like we dog. Rooms are utilitarian and have an armoire instead of a closet. TV in my room isnt even hung straight on the wall. Ive stayed in nicer Hampton Inns.
The Park MGM was a good stay. We brought our dog and was treated very well when I walked him. They have a nice small dog area for potty time. The check in and out process wasnt that great. The rooms are large with good views. The room was very warm and wouldnt cool down very much. The casino was nice but the machines were very tight and did not pay well. Overall I would stay here again, but Id probably stay some place else first.
The floor wasnt as big as I thought it was going to be. Which is fine because it got me in front of the stage. If you decided to come early, it can be no earlier than 5pm. Although they will have a place for you to line up but you wont be able to line up in front of the door where they let you in until 5pm.If youre attending event here be and looking somewhere inexpensive thats near the arena I suggest Excalibur. Theres also New York New York but their a little more expensive than Excalibur. The staff are nice and check in went smooth. I had blast seeing Lady Gaga as I always do.
New remodeled ( old Monte Carlo) the Park MGM and The Nomad. Im in the Nomad . Really nice rooms . Still need to explore the rest of the hotel. Just got here today.
We had dinner at Eataly, one of my favorite places to eat authentic Italian food. While my meal was delicious, it deemed like a really small portion (see photo) so much so that I ate part of my friends meal too. Thats the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Dont order the gnocchi. Other than that, the gelato was delicious, so creamy and full. Definitely worth the wait. This is a good alternative to eat in Las Vegas if youre looking for quality yet affordable meals.
Positive: The location Negative: Bath towels were of low quality.
Positive: Attached to the venue, great staff, great room Negative: No
Terrible customer service, very rude and condescending, hit you with random extra fees for no reasson. Be careful!! Would not recommend.
