The outside was beautiful, we had the executive suite, less then basic, said king size bed it was queen, had to ask for toilet paper, towels, and pillows, phone didnt work to call front desk, had to go all the way down across the parking lot twice to get to the desk, the bathroom look like it had puke or something on the wall theres better places to stay in vegas with better experiences. Dont let the outside fool you, I gave stars because of out side and the maid was nice.
I have to say I really enjoyed my stay here at Tuscany Suites Las Vegas. This was during the thick of the Covid 19 pandemic so at first I was a tad nervous but upon my arrival the staff greeted my family at the door and and the lobby staff were extremely helpful and quick to check us in. They were only at 25% occupancy so it truly felt like we had the place to our selves. The room I give a 7 due to just 1 issue... the pipes had that old funky smell. I did ask if they could do something out it and they came and sprayed the room which helped a tad but just had to get used to it. However, the room was very spacious and clean and they were able to bring me a microwave so that was great for warming leftovers. The location of the hotel was perfect. Near the strip and lots of good food choices near me including the excellent bars and restaurants at the hotel. The evening music was a hit and I we even played a bit and walked out winners!!This place has definitely earned my business and I look forward to future stays here at the Tuscany Suites.
I feel like this place is convenient and a balance for relaxation but also access to the strip. Its your trying to get away and not gamble much and want to swim this was the place to be with a bigger room for pretty good rates. The weather this weekend was extremely hot around 109 degrees. The air conditioner was extremely loud and barely kept out family cool in our suite. If you get a king room, youll get a pull out sofa bed but if you get a double, you just get a couch. The room has fridge but not microwave. They have a lap pool and a main pool. Their fitness center is fairly large and clean and had the best air conditioning. It was open surprisingly which is one of my favorite amenities besides a pool. You need green wristbands for adult pool access and orange ones for children. If you lose your wristbands you may be charged a $25 replacement fee. Security monitors pool check ins during the weekend due to high volume of guests. I highly recommend this place if youre with your family. I stayed here with just my fiancé last year and without the entire family we just had a LOT of space in our suite.
Dining at the Tuscany Garden is a treat like no other. Its glamorous, warm, classy, and affordable. You are greeted by the nicest people at every corner with beautiful smiles and eyes that exude an an honest and authentic appreciation that you are there. The general manager, Chad, sets a standard for hospitality, for they exude an earnestness that your stay there, your dining experience, your food, is a night to remember. The resident chef creates special dishes that are exciting and full of savory robustness that each dish mirrors his countenance. Whether you are there for a drink, a meal, or a dessert, or even all of it, you will be thankful that you came to the Tuscany.
Positive: They stole my speakers out the hotel
I love the atmosphere. The servers are amazing. Its clean friendly inviting place to enjoy. Only thing I have been disappointed about Tuscany is I dont win anything to even at least come out even. The restaurants are delicious. Customer service is awesome.I still love going to enjoy Marilyns cafe and to gamble a few dollars.Ive seen lots of others win nice jackpots. Who knows maybe one day soon will be my day to win one.
I had a wonderful experience while staying at the Tuscany Suites and Casino. It is only two blocks away from Las Vegas Blvd, or where the Strip is. There are so many places to eat nearby. The Tuscany has three very nice restaurants, a nice nightclub with a Happy hour and live music at night. The price at the Tuscany has a resort fee but it is the same price as the room rate. Very reasonable and clean. The staff and especially the security staff were so polite and professional. Best of all the rooms are huge and my King size bed was very comfortable.Lastly, I met a guy leaving the Casino who had a great attitude, considering the circumstances. The gentleman said he had just lost $2000.00 at the casino and they gave him 4 boxes of donuts.
We had a great time. It was just a one night stay. The staff was great at check in as well as all the others we encountered. All were polite, engaging and happy. The food and waiting staff at the Tuscany Gardens was fantastic. The pricing was very reasonable. Our room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very convenient, especially since the refrigerator was used for our leftovers. The only reason Im giving a 4 is that my wife and I felt that our Spa experience could have been better. Both of our massages were good but not great. We just kind of felt like they were rushed. The people giving the massage were very friendly and good at what they do for sure but we both just felt the we have had better at other spas. All and all we had a really good stay and will definitely go back and recommend this place to friends.
I loved staying here. The rooms are big and comfortable as well as clean and the rates are compliant with my budget. Close to everything on the south Strip and front desk people polite and helpful
We cant wait to come back again. The size of the room was wonderful! The staff so friendly and professional. I loved the pool with tiki torches at night the water was warm and so relaxing. The Piazza lounge was a great way to end the night and the location is just a 15 min walk to the strip or a 2 minutes drive. Loved our stay and will definitely be retuning in a few months.
Best experience ever!I loved my double bed room. It was extremely spacious. And it was really easy to access my room. The staff members are very polite and friendly. The hotel is visually pleasing, smells really clean, and you must have a frozen capuccinno! The staff members are very friendly and have a very discrete COVID prevention protocol that made me feel safe, and well taken care of.Minor things were; no drinks in the vending machines in building C for the two days was there. And I forgot my charger before leaving the room and was not able to get it back.I wish there were more food places near by but like I said before, the coffee makes up for it.I cant wait to stay at Tuscany again. Thank you for a memorable weekend!
Always love coming to Tuscany. Great vibe and atmosphere, something different away from the strip, but never more than a few blocks away. Definitely an easy way to mix up my strip experience. Great for stay cations and vacations alike, the rooms are excellent, even topping some strip rooms. Casino has a nice feel to it, and the restaurants are some of the best, especially Pub 365.
Our staycation at Tuscany. We booked our reservation for a Friday stay this time. The hotel is located off of flamingo exit going east. The hotel checks your temperature upon walking in then you head down a hallway to check in. There was a bar which had a live band playing really good music. 1st fail for the hotel, we were greeted with did you just book your stay my husband replied no this morning. Then she requested his ID and credit card. We had booked the Tuscany through a 3rd party vendor expedia however the dates were reserved for sat instead of fri. Quick fix we called and the date was modified. 2nd fail-So then the reservation agent charged the room with our debit card but then advised we need a MAJOR cc for a $200 deposit. Now this irritated me to now believe we were being racially profiled. Ive stayed at Aria, Ceasars, Strat to name a few and deposit was always taken with a debit card. You want my MAJOR cc no problem we have those to. So she charged the deposit to my cc then says oh we can charge the debit card for the $39.68 resort fee..no problem. Im just over it and want to get to my room. We chose smoking which was in building I. There was lots of parking, the building was clean as we walked to the room. The room was just smothered in cigarettes smoke smell. Most major chains also have smoking rooms but it does not give you the impression of Aunt Ethel the chain smoker with 12 cats...anyway. Room was spacious came with a fridge. Windows open up which they should keep open to air out the rooms. The smoke smell was so bad my clothes carried the smell after we left. The bed was comfortable more so than most major chains that carry firm beds. I had an experience at the Tuscany, but most likely I will not return. Oh and the resort fee was charged to my husbands debit card and also my credit card. I had to call and have them reverse the charge.
For a hotel thats off the strip. Its close enough where you can walk two tons of fun. The rooms are huge. And are pretty modern., beds are comfortable and pillows. Are pretty good as well. Very large bathroom and separate room so that multiple people can get ready at a time. . With the sleeper sofa in the room you could easily has a bunch of people in this room. . Also comes with a small wet bar and fridge in the room. Check in with a breeze and theyre very polite, conference facilities Orwell caps end modern. The casino is small, but actually pretty nice. And their Pub has an amazing beer selection. . I will definitely return.
This is my go to place in Vegas. I started coming here years ago and it is the only place I want to stay at now. The rooms are huge. The service is great. Theres 4 places to enjoy meals. I especially love Marilyns cafe. It is open 24 hours and the food is good and affordable. Tuscany a 5 minute drive from the strip or 10 minute walk if you can brave the heat.
Positive: Easy check in. Negative: Nothing
I enjoyed my stay at Tuscany Suites was a good one. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, it was very big and comfortable. There was a fridge (dorm size), microwave and plenty of kitchen storage. There are not any dishes but we bought a few paper plates and plastic utensils and all was good. The room, the pool, the casino, and restaurants are all good quality but not the normal flash you see in Vegas. As many have mentioned there is a strong smell of marijuana around the property but that smell is everywhere in Vegas and not just the Tuscany. I liked the property in general and will stay again.
This is a great, off the strip by a couple of blocks, casino. My Honey and I stop here every time we go to Vegas, about 3 to 4 times a year. The food is great, the players club is very generous, and the gambling is decent. Some of our best jackpots were won here. Enjoy!
This is my go-to hotel/casino when visiting. I enjoy my pool side suite that I always request. It is enjoyable to sit on my patio at night to enjoy the ambiance of the sparkly pool water and tiki torches. The rooms are nice and large. Eating at the Tuscany Gardens restaurant is a formal meal is a must on my to-do list. The staff is very accommodating and the casino is very clean.
They keep very clean and they check every one at the door for covid and make sure all wear a mask friendly stuff great food
Hotel and rooms very clean. Location was ideal. Great food and prices. You must give the hotel a stay.
I have four notes to relay:1)The AC unit in the room I stayed in is crazy loud. Not a pleasant white noise loud, like a yell at each other to be heard loud.2)There was no soap provided in the bathroom. Thankfully I always bring my own, but for others this could be an issue.3)The hotel buildings are not marked well at all. If I hadnt been given a map, I wouldve been entirely lost. My partner, whom drove separately from me, was endlessly circling the property trying to find the J building, which she finally did once I came out into the parking lot and flagged her down.4)Only three pillows on the massive bed? That seems a bit low.Other than these three issues, which are small, our stay was lovely. The room was very clean and well-appointed, though the sofa was absurdly hard, and so much so that the two of us made a running joke out of it.
Great experience during covid; aside from housekeeping taking my daughters babydoll. I will book again. Clean facilities & room.
Slightly off the strip but close enough to drunkenly stumble back after a long night to an awesomely well furnished room. Hell, even if I wanted to just nail some quick gambling with a beer, their 365 Pub had well enough choices in the drinking department to justify losing some money at their tables. Easily one of the better off-strip hotels of the lot and for sure a revisit choice for the future.
Smaller casino . Short car trip from strip. But Great selections of slots, that seemed quite loose on my latest #STEPventure.GreT cocktail service at machines, not often found at smaller casinos. Also great bar and food selections. If you enjoy a ice cold beer Definitely stop by Pub 365 for one of the biggest selection of beers in Vegas.
Best hotel by price/value ratio! Walkable distance from the Strip. Great big rooms with good aircon. Very gentle staff. Nice swimming pool and casino. Pub365 is just my favorite pub in Vegas with amazing selection of beers and great burgers. Stayed there several times and definitely will stay again!
We love Tuscany, and it’s the only place we like to stay at when we go to Vegas, but our last trip was disappointing. Tip: Make sure you have a major credit card to check in, not a debit card with the visa symbol on it. We were not informed of this change when booking the room. Marilyn’s Cafe food quality went downhill.
Decent hotel & Casino. I wish their Roulette tables have statistic board. Excellent selection of slot machines. Marilyns Cafe offers delicious meal with good value! I will come back again!
The Tuscany is a very nice place. I have not stayed at hotel but I have gambled here plenty of times. They are lacking a bit in game quantity and selection.
Not in the middle of the strip, so its easy to access. We always go to Piazza Lounge to enjoy live music for grown and sexy for free!
Beautiful resort. Very large rooms that were super clean. Staff was helpful in switching rooms when we needed two beds not one. Security was unnecessarily rude at the door. Pool was open and clean.
Cozy hotel casino just a few blocks east of the Strip. Typical table games and slots readily available. Coffee shop, convenience store and restaurants to satisfy any hunger pangs. But for me, what keeps me coming back, is their crown jewel, Pub 365. Brew pub with a vast array of beer, and excellent food. Numerous TV screens to view the latest en vogue sports season. Did I mention the beer? Grab a local Golden Knight from Hop Nuts and enjoy.
Room was large, clean, comfortable and cool. Air was on when we arrived so that was nice since it was 104° out. Staff was friendly. Will Definitely stay again. The restaurant only good for breakfast though. Dont waste your money on their expensive dinner when you can get much better quality food for better prices elsewhere on the strip.
We stayed at Tuscany Suites in late November, 2020. We fully enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. We would certainly try to stay at the Tuscany again, should we be traveling to Las Vegas again.
Positive: Itâ€s was nice and peaceful.
Positive: Family Hotel Negative: No
I arrived, having booked over the phone in advance and paid upfront, and was informed I couldnt check in because I didnt have a credit card. I offered to pay the entire security deposit with my debit and have it returned later. Spoke to the manager. Nothing we can do I was concerned no one would take me but the first place I called after, the Sahara, was completely reasonable and took deposit via debit. I saved 25% on the cost of a room as well ($77 vs $97) and its great.
The rooms were very clean and very spacious we had a room with a kitchenette. The restaurants were incredible if you have food allergies they will take care of you. The casino could have more table games, that’s all they’re missing. We enjoyed ourselves and we will be back.
My wife I have the pleasure of enjoying our 2nd visit to Tuscany and we love even more than the 1st. The staff is amazing and Diva the pool waitress was a blessing. So much better than a busy tall hotel. This is now the place that we be coming moving forward.
Stopped to have breakfast at one of their restaurants with some friends.Service was very attentive from beginning to the end of our meal. The omelets were very good.Their day dinner specials look very intriguing.Pricing is very moderate.
Great Italian restaurant Tuscany Garden and Rat Pack show. Was great food and entertainment.
Great Casino, food, service is tops...Thank you my wife and I always love visiting here.
My check in at the Tuscany Suites & Casino, Las Vegas Nevada was AMAZING!!!!! STAFF (ALL) attended to my every need took the TIME to Listen to my STORY and Appreciate my Desire to Make My Beautiful Brides stay Amazing....They WERE KiND. I was confident all would be done as agreed and I was confident and sure that I would have a safe happy Very Special and Exotictly Unique Stay. Awesome!!!!!without a doubt This Property respected me (A recently retired 20 plus year army Special Forces officer. #THEREDHEADANDTHEGREENBERET [email protected] Thank you Tuscany Suites & Casino..... Thank YOU .... Las Vegas....You ALL Are Amazing !!!!!
Overall, it was a relaxing stay. Hit a few bumps. Some of the clientele were questionable. Too many people smoking weed in the pool area around the kids.Had some guest service issues. For a quick weekend away it served its purpose. I used to like this hotel so much more! The large rooms with small apartment feel are definitely an attraction.
I love the Liver and Onions at Marilyns, which is my Favorite name. The service and price is great. I won back the money I spent plus $50.00, at the Casino.
Best place to stay. Cozy, great staff. Feel comfortable, not overwhelmed by enormous spaces, like in the other hotel/casinos. The decor and ambiance are great. Always my goto when in Vegas!
I always stayed on Strip but this time I decided to try something different. And Im happy with this choice. Great hotel, friendly staff, tasty food. My children liked the heated pool and the hotel area.
Awesome hotel!! If you’ve been to Vegas before you might not be aware of this hidden gem. It’s a few blocks behind the Bally hotel, so not that far off the strip. Tuscany is in a fairly quiet location so you won’t hear much of anything when you sleep. The check in and check out process was very quick and painless and their lobby isn’t overcrowded with other guests. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are so nice and such a great quality for the price you pay. I stayed in a suite with my friend and it was the nicest place we’ve stayed at so far. The rooms are extremely clean and well taken care of, there’s plenty of room. The pool is nice and relaxing, it’s a little smaller than some other pools you’ll find but it’s very enjoyable. The resort fees aren’t outrageous here like they are at some of the other hotels. If you’re looking to not spend a lot on a hotel I would highly recommend Tuscany!!
Wonderful room. Very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The only issue while we were there was when the toilet flooded the entire bathroom floor. We called for maintenance, was left on hold 30 minutes and no one ever picked up. I had to call the front desk as a new reservation in order to get someone to pick up. When someone finally came, he was very nice and replaced the towels we used to clean up the water. After checking out we realized we were charged an additional $80 which should have been refunded as part of the deposit. Please pay attention as they will steal your money from you. The room we booked was smoking so there was no need for any additional charges. I will not book here again and I will make sure everyone knows booking with them is not a good idea.
I would recommend this place to anyone. We had excellent customer service and it was very clean. The food in the bar and restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. This was my first trip to Las Vegas and I will definitely be returning and staying here.
This was the absolute best stay Ive ever had in a hotel. The people are very polite, they have gone above and beyond in their service. I will most definitely come back and stay again here.
Fun place.. friendly staff. social distancing with the chairs, and masks. From 3 am to 9 pm the Bodega is open with great food.
Tuscany Suites & Casinos is our new favorite place to stay. Been coming to Vegas since 1981 and this is the best. We love it.
So its actually way better than you would expect. Rooms are in separate buildings from the casino and restaurant area. Rooms are good size with a nice bathroom. The Tuscany is pretty close to the strip and there are other casinos and restaurants within walking distance.
Positive: Good value at quality property Negative: Covid related restrictions
Great quiet place to stay with very friendly staff. AC went out first night in room. It was fixed within minutes. No complaints what so ever. Would definitely refer to friends and stay here again.
Positive: Very roomy Negative: microwave would be nice
We enjoyed dinner at Marilyns Cafe. The food was good and great, 5 stars. Will go back again. The casino was great. It was clean and kept sanitary. The machines were friendly. Great time!!!!
Positive: Spacious room Negative: Not as secure as I hoped.
Great spot just off the Strip. Its a nice, clean and boutique casino with an awesome brew pub, Pub 365. Not too smokey, cute gift shop and spa is lovely.
Positive: Friendly courteous and very nice place to stay Negative: No
Marilyns cafe - thanks Anthony for being polite and professional!! Great service and pizza to go; I am staying at the hotel. The gentleman who took the payment was awesome too!
Great place and better value! We always stay here as its close enough to the strip for the crazy Vegas experience but far enough away to relax afterwards. Great staff, huge rooms, awesome value!
Its a real nice hotel, but the casino is small mostly slot machines just a few tables, and theres only about 3 restaurants to try. I recommend PUB 365
I also forgot to mention there heaters don’t work great at all in both rooms we had! Upon turning on the heater the entire room smelled like it was on fire for the rest of that day. It really messed with all of my family’s breathing especially with us having asthma! The office told me they would be fine just let it warm up but we ultimately couldn’t use it due to the smell. This was not ideal considering it was about 20-30 outside throughout our trip! The Pub restaurant has great food only plus from staying there. On top of all of that my parters phone was stolen from the casino within 2 mins of leaving it at a machine. Security was not helpful at all & refused to check the cameras to see how it could of possibly left so quickly. Overall was not a good stay and the hotel should really make things right!
The Tuscany suite was a nice place to have a getaway for a couple of days. We opted to get the king suite, and ended up with two queen beds, but that was fine. It was a pretty big room still, with a dining table in the kitchenette, a living room area with a sofa and love seat, a desk with computer chair, a television, and a huge bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub and the water closet with the toilet. I was a bit surprised that even though there was a refrigerator and coffee maker in the kitchenette, there was no microwave.Overall, the room was clean but not spotless. I would have to say that I spent about an hour tidying up everything before I was comfortable enough to settle, which isnt bad for such a huge room. Id definitely stay here again but the thing that really keeps me from booking is how busy it got by nightfall. Too many people staying made us have to park our truck really far from the room, which made us feel concerned. And for good reason because by the third day, there was a small crack in our windshield we believe that happened as a result from a rock being flung from somewhere in those parking lots.So yes, 4 star overall.
Positive: Great customer service. Negative: Its more of a family hotel.
Great room size....great location....great dining.....Very clean and friendly staff. Will be staying here again.
Woman at the check in counter was excellent. I made a mistake on my reservation and she was very patient and helpful. I live in Las Vegas and this is my staycation spot. Nice rooms and reasonable price.
Excellent food! Outstanding service! Very clean! Highly recommend! You will return after your 1st time.
Pleasantly surprised by the live music at Piazza lounge. I was under the impression there was no live music anywhere cuz of the virus. Spectacular! And they had decent beer. And youre allowed to bring beer from Pub 365 too.Found my new spot.
One of the best bangs for the buck. Though not right on the strip, the property was larger than it appears from the street. Landscaping was well maintained and the staff was really friendly. I recommend this hotel if you want to save some money and spend it on gaming, food, and entertainment. Its not a luxury hotel but the rooms were very large and comfortable. Great family value.
Positive: The rooms are big and spacious.
Price & Location. This Hotel & Suites is within walking distance too the strip. The rooms are a lot bigger than most on the strip. Awesome family vacation. Will be back sooner than later.
Positive: Great location, lots of room on the inside, very clean, price was excellent Negative: Nope
We attended a show here on Oct 2018, and ate at the restaurant, which was a lovely place. For this current visit, on August 1 2020, we had dinner again, and the meals were top notch with large helpings My husband and I are on weight loss programs, so we focused on the proteins, and saved the pasta to take home. The restaurant resembled that of a fine dining and more expensive venue like some of the places in the better-known hotels on the Strip that have the Italian theme. As for gsmbling, I fared well, but my hubby didnt win as much Casinos are hit and miss, so if Lady Luck is on your side youll win!
Very quiet, clean, and spacious. Excellent place to stay while visiting.
Positive: Everything! Cleanliness, staff, rooms, food. Negative: No
Great place, wanted to up date this review. Spent 18 days here and found the Tuscany to be an exceptional find. Great service, friendly. helpful staff and an all around fantastic place to stay. Definitly coming back, and recommending to all my friends. My family stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels up and down the strip, all agreed I got the best deal.Thank you!!
Positive: I was taken aback by the luxury upon arrival, Im def coming here again Negative: No
I really enjoyed playing the slot machines here. Won some money. I ate at Marilyns. Steak & eggs. Good service, food & the price was great. Next visit to Vegas Ill probably book my room here.
Great room. Comfortable and spacious. Cant beat the price. The only problem was no craps in the casino. I know its a covid thing but you gotta figure it out.
Positive: This room was amazing. Definitely will come again.
Good customer service, staff wnforce social distancing and hotel seems organized. Will be returning.
If I was to use one word. It is cozy... the Rooms are spacious. The staff was wonderful. The grounds are well keep. The bartenders take care of the customers. Had a wonderful time. Cant wait for next visit there..
Great place to say if you want a bigger room than usual and do not mind being off the strip. Casino is small but that means better payouts on tables and crowds are never too crazy. I’ve stayed here about 3 times and every stay has been chill. I like how the parking lot is close to your room compared to places on the strip. Beds are comfortable, good water pressure, great choices to eat nearby. Ayce sushi, steak special @ Ellis island nearby, and if you walk quick, you can get to the strip in 15-20 minutes. Price is pretty fair as well. I don’t like how they don’t show the price of resort fees until you pay. I don’t mind the fees since I know they’ll be there but I’d like to book knowing how much it’ll be. Though that was annoying, it was nothing too much to knock off a star.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurants in the casino had good food and tons of beer selections, and the slot machines were paying. The employees we encountered were friendly and helpful, so we will be back again.
I really had a good time at Tuscany Suites. It was very cost there. I would recommend it to family & friends.
Pretty good spacious room. Non smoking room but I think people previously smoked in it....they used some spray which ALMOST masked it but Im pretty sensitive....overall Id say good value....nice bathroom, showers, felt fairly upscale.....Id say like a Hyatt or Marriott but that smoke marred it slightly...might be cause many gamblers smoke (?) and its a casino. Ill go back though, so I still recommend it.
Positive: Spacious room
Its a nice hotel close 2the strip, an its a spectacular sushi place across the street.. omg the best sushi ever... our room was great but the pool is very small..
Price wise. Very reasonable. Nice rooms. Beds very comfortable. Overall the Tuscany is the place to stay when you go to Las Vegas
Its was a nice hotel an with a lots of space in the room first time staying there enjoy it will go back there
Nice hotel in a ok location not so far from the strip, my wife and I love the 10 min. Walk -from- to- the strip especially after a heavy dinner. Our experience below. It feels secured.Spacious, in and out. There is always parking.I like the fact that the rooms are big and it feels that you get value for your money.Comfortable bed.Clean.There was one negative thing that I noticed both times we visit the place and that was the noise from the room above, like an old wooden building you can hear people walking and the squeaking noise gave me on my nerves the last couple of nights. We will probably visit the place again as we have been very happy about it but next time I will make sure to get a room on the third floor.
The rooms are super clean and modern. The staff is super friendly and amazing. The pool area is also nicely well kept clean. The server/ hostess always ontop of drinks & food. I loved that it has everything nearby from store to restaurants.
Due to the virus, I wasnt able to stay at the normal places I stay (Cosmo or Palazzo). I thought that would be a bummer. However, I am so pleasantly surprised that I actually like this place a lot more than the high end ritzy places. The rooms are immaculate and more spacious than I would have envisioned. They are all suites with enough space for work or laying on the couch or whatever floats your boat. Additionally, they have a fridge in the room unlike many standard hotel rooms. As for the resort itself, while the gaming venue was not operational during my stay, many of the other amenities were open. The pools were clean, All of the bars and restaurants had the friendliest staff members that really did try to exceed every expectation one would have. They had a genuine sincerity about making the dining experience pleasurable. The band they had last night was one of the best I had seen in some time. So, to summarize, I am going to stay here instead of the 5 star resorts next time. Here, Im a person and not revenue. Big difference.
Great bargain off the strip. Would go again. The kitchenette made life easier with kids.
Honestly they did a pretty good job with upgrades, but the reason i went in was a host called (they are activly trying to get people in) he offered me comps and free play to come in, but when i got there i had no free play, such a little step to keep customers happy, doing what you promised
Very nice rooms for the price. The staff was very friendly and they were conscientious about pandemic protocols. Id be happy to go there again.
