This was an amazing experience. Probably the best escape room I’ve ever been to. Dina and Cello did an amazing job! They were definitely the highlight of my groups night! We will definitely comeback especially if they are working! (Thank you for everything if you see this!) I definitely suggest calling or going there or even going on the website to book it because the prices are definitely better!

It was awesome. We made it to the last part and it took us 15 minutes to realize we were doing it backwards. We didnt make it. But it was very very fun.

Very well put together escape room. Intuitive, comm sense tasks and clues make for a streamlined room, if periodically feeling maybe a tad too easy? Not the most creative escape room, we did the Bugsy nightmare room, and it was really just a procession of various locks, without a ton of tie in to the actual plot. That being said, great location close to the south end of the strip, and it was def a fun hour, would def recommend.

We had fun but paid $19 extra for a surprise for one of our guest and did not receive anything. The employee working was awesome.

We did the Curse of Mapuche room. It was so much fun, we really enjoyed it! Our 12 year old daughter really enjoyed it, we went as a family for her birthday. The staff was great and very helpful. Cant wait to go back and try another room!

What a Thrilling experience!!! I had bought a groupon for my husbands birthday and half of our group did code 13 and the other Casinos Dark 11. The gentleman in the front desk was awesome and friendly. We would definitely do it again and I recommend it to anyone!

I really enjoyed myself. I love the fact it had different rooms to solve . The staff was amazing from entering in and the young lady that helped us was great she cheered us on and didnt sound annoyed when we asked for clues. Will definitely do it again and it wasnt expensive at all

Yesterday my lady and I completed Bugsys Escape Room. I highly recommend anyone to try this one out! We had a blast! I do recommend going as a group though. For some of these rooms can be a bit challenging for just two people. If you are a party of two, I recommend the jail break one. In addition to these great rooms, the staff is amazing! I cant remember the girls name but hopefully you get the young Latina that helped us! Thank you for a great experience! Well be back with a group definitely!

This is a review for last year (Just kinda forgot to do it)This is a fun escape room place, I mean. They have a big variety of themed rooms, 8 actually.The rooms themselves are pretty good, and fun! Some of the puzzles were new that we havent tried before, so it was cool!

Though we were double booked on our original reservation, the staff made EVERY accommodation and attempt to rectify. Even went so far as to have us complete 2 rooms. Highly recommend!

Ive never been to a safe room for an escape room and I thought this was going to be in the dark and really scary much to my surprise it was not. We had a large group and they broke us into three groups of 9. The first known as you can come in small groups or large groups and they will handle this for you. next every room is themed they dont allow pictures in the room but it was quite interesting. You are allowed up to an hour to guess ask questions to figure out how to get out of the room. our theme was kind of like Raiders of the Lost Ark where we had to find Clues and unlock treasure chests and eventually go into another room and let the light come through and guess what... We saved the world. everyone enjoyed themselves I think this is something I would come back to. they have restrooms that are out in the courtyard that are very nice. they also have things like granola bars drinks like bottled water candy bars things like that for Munchies but there is no food this is definitely not a restaurant. if youre in town and you want to do something fun try this I think youll really enjoy it.

Havent actually gone there yet.. and already bad service. Called to book an appointment, was asked if they could call me back. I asked why.. she said I need to get my system up.. l will call you back..click. hung up the phone on me.. never did get a call back. Not sure Id want one either.

This place seems a bit sketchy from the outside and might be a bit of a hike if you are walking but we were pleasantly surprised. We did The Great Escape and enjoyed all of it. It got kind of dicey right at the end with what to do next but the attendant is always ready with a hint if needed. Definitely recommend if you enjoy escape rooms or especially if you have never done them before. Just call to see what rooms they have available as each is scheduled for an hour.

We have gone to several escape rooms and most have been amazing. We arrived and there was no one to wait on us. Finally someone came and it appeared he was running the place by himself. We finally got in the game and when we asked for a clue would have to wait as there was no one on the other side to assist us. The room wasnt clean and well done props or puzzles so we will not be returning to this one.

Xterious is an okay escape room experience. Weve done over 100 rooms now in total and did the mapuche themed room here. It was a mediocre experience but its quite close to the strip.This brand is a little unusual for Vegas since rooms arent private by default so you might end up doing a room with strangers.The scenery is average and the puzzles rely heavily on tying puzzles back to standard locks. Our room didnt have any second generation escape technology. Puzzles ranged from easy to difficult but there were a couple puzzles that had small to major gaps in logic which can be frustrating so dont hesitate to ask for clues. Dont be surprised if you arent helped right away. Our game master was managing multiple games at once. Overall, if proximity to the strip is important, this is a good option, but you can get higher quality games if you move further off the strip. An escape room is still fun any time though.

So much fun and very well laid out!!! Im sad I cant remember the name of the man who was present during our experience and helped us - but he was great! Would DEFINITELY do again.

Refreshments are available with opportunities for souvenirs and pictures. Will definitely visit here again. Booked this experience on the New York strip and got it at a real discount.

This company is great! We did Casinos Dark 11 as our 25th escape room across the country and it ranked in our too favorites! The puzzles were crafty and correlated well. The staff was also incredibly helpful! We will definitely be back next time we are in Vegas!

We had so much fun! We did a competition between boys and girls in the two matching rooms. It was exciting to know they were doing the same thing. The clues were so clever and well done! We had to use our clues but we were sure we were winning. Alas, the boys beat us on the last step. We will definitely be back for a rematch. The staff was great and the room was creative and made us think hard. Great experience!!

Had fun at this escape room. Weve done a few Escape rooms in the past and this was up there at the top. The puzzles we had to solve or challenging, but not impossible. We were a larger group, there were eight of us, but there was still plenty to do for all to be able to participate. Definitely would recommend, be back next time were in Las Vegas

I love their games beyond escape room limits. The staff is very nice and friendly (Don). We also let our children play the Kids Escape Game and they had a blast.

A fun place to spend time in Vegas too. A little different from all the other Vegas experience but a must try. We tried the Prison break experience, well thought of escape room.

We took our son there for his Birthday and had a lot more fun then I thought we would. Fun place will be returning for another escape.

We did a men vs women competition with the Jail break head to head escape rooms. It was SO fun! It had a good mix of easy and hard puzzles to solve. (both teams needed all 3 clues). Everyone had a blast! We want to go try out their other head to head room now! Highly recommend!

Absolutely great time, very unassuming at first in the lobby and when you first walk into the room. We did the Code 13 room, and when you first enter the room you didn’t expect much from a very empty looking room. Then quickly we began to find clues and open traps, boy did it get interesting. Right when we thought it was over, we realized we had only made half way. Never would I have expected so much from such an experience. I would definitely recommend it, it wasn’t easy but still wasn’t soul crushingly hard.

Most in our group had never tried an escape room before but the room masters, Rob and Marlo, were friendly and helpful setting up our teams. Would definitely use again!

What a fun experience!! Had a great “date night “ with my husband. We love these escape room scenarios because it really makes us think and work together as a team to solve the clues. Would highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for an hour or so of fun!! Employees are very friendly and if you get stuck they are there to help you out. Was a ton of fun. The puzzles for the rooms were challenging, but not impossible. The staff is very helpful with useful hints that dont give it all away. Well definitely go back again and try a different room.

These games are absolutely amazing! Better than all the others in Las Vegas that I have played! We went over our time and they were nice enough to let us finish and help us through the last few puzzles. No other place I have been to has done that. Absolutely amazing experience!

I walked in with a group of family members and had ZERO idea what i was there for our what i was supposed to do. Within 5 minutes i realized how things work and what i was expected to accomplish. I HAD THE BEST TIME! The guy running it made it even better, he was a great host!

Very nice employees, really fun but I recommend taking advantage of the hints. You get a lot if you ask for them. If you want to be on the leaderboard, dont ask for more than 3 hints. I did the groupon for a private room for 4 people (bugsys room) at $80. You get one hour to escape, so its important to work together. Never done escape rooms before, so I recommend trying a beginners escape room before jumping headfirst into whatever. If youre visiting Vegas, Xterious is a good place to go for something challenging!

I have done a couple of escape rooms and this is the best one yet! Axe raiders is an awesome adventure into the tomb of Tutankhamen, while Dr Guts is a more macabre thriller trying to run away from a evil experimenter. Both are super fun, but axe raiders is the one I recommend the most!

Did with 6 people. Ages 7-61. We all had a blast.

Had a hard time setting up appointment due to language barrier. They were accommodating however put us in the second to had st room and weve never done an escape room before. They did give us another complementary challenge. Very nice.

We had such a great time! This was one of the best escape rooms we’ve ever been to, and we try them every city we visit! My Puche was so challenging, and so well thought out! We went back the very next day for another room because we loved it so much!

This was my husband & mines 1st time doing an escape room. Our son and his girlfriend have done many. The host was very friendly, welcoming and explained the process well. The only issue we had was when we had to call him on the two-way radio for a clue. He was not coming through clearly at all. We had to ask him to repeat everything he said, sometimes twice. Overall was a fun time & would definitely go again.

This escape room company is conveniently located just behind the Tropicana which is a major plus if you’re looking to knock out as many activities as possible.Unfortunately, my experience was unfulfilling. The staff was super nice but the game master didn’t really set us up. We were simply led to a room and locked in it. There was a clue missing!!! So we had to use a hint. No cameras to follow our status, so when we asked for hints they didn’t know which ones we solved. Ultimately, we solved it but the win felt empty.This isn’t my first escape room nor am I an aficionado, but this felt sloppy.Definitely not going back. Would prefer to spend a few more $$ on a quality experience.

First time doing an escape room and Bugsy’s nightmare was such a great choice. Staff are super friendly and helpful! Had a little issue finding our reservation cause we used a third party website and they kept telling us everything will be fine that we will get to do the game. After making a call they located us and got us all situated to play. Definitely do recommend them. Next time we are in town plan to visit again to other room

I had called ahead of time to reserve a room for 20 teenage girls. I was given all of the information and two days before our reserved time I received a confirmation email from them.We were running a little late due to a scheduled dinner, so I called to see if there was any way to push back the time. I was informed that they never had us down for a reservation, even though I received the confirmation email.Two hours later at 8:00 p.m one of the workers called me to tell me she could fit me in at 7:00 pm that night. I said, what time does your clock say? Mine says 8:00 p.m. how can I be there at 7:00? And she repeated it again that they could fit us in at 7:00. I was in shock that they would have someone like that working here.I would not recommend this company due to the inexperienced, apparently and poor service. How can you send out a confirmation email when you then tell the customer there is no reservation.

Absolutely horrible experience... We arrived to the place and there was a big bald guy who was really rude to us and we could barely understand his english. He made us to wait a very long time and even put the wrong video at first. The room couldve been ok but a few things were broken and they didnt even try to help. I am sure were never going to go back and we dont recommend this place to anyone.

If youd like an escape room where you are greeted by low energy staff, a room plastered in DO NOT TOUCH stickers that break immersion and basically give away the answer as to what to look for, with very simple puzzles with a low energy climax, then this is the place for you. In Vegas, there are so many better places you can go to for the same price. I would take your money elsewhere.

Took my family (4) there for first time escaperoom experience. It was a blast. Not to easy and not to hard. Makes you feel good when you figure out a puzzle and everyone participated.

The room was fun that we did but they were super understaffed. Many mistakes were made prior with small things like the beginning video and such. When we would ask for a hint, no one would answer and we had to exit the room in order to get a clue which ran our time down. Id also appreciate if they made it more clear that there is another group with you when there is. My party wasnt aware that we had to go with another group until we got there. Other then all that, the room was fun and we met some cool people.

Bought a groupon to this place and fine print stated on dual room not eligible. So you assume every other room is fair game. Apparently not. Only 3 rooms are Groupon eligible which they do not mention. I tried at 8am to book a room my kids wanted to do at 2pm which was open to book, I couldnt because it wouldnt take my groupon. So I had to wait till they opened at 12 to book but that was when I was told the groupon was only for certain rooms. This is what the groupon saysPromotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires.Not Valid for the Dual Escape Room Challenge.So now the room we wanted for my kids level was booked up till 6pm so instead of losing our money completely they said try bugsy the only room we have at 3. So reluctantly we did and that was a mistake. We get there, only one guy is working all the rooms which I felt bad for him cause he was doing his best but we are then told bugsy is one of the hardest rooms. None of us had fun..my kids felt defeated that we could barely get past 3 things. We felt like this groupon baited you in and wasnt truthful. Be careful..the company didnt seem to care that we had an issue with this

Just called for rates and themes. Associate was unwilling to help and kept referring me to the website. I told her multiple times I needed help and she was unwilling to do so.

This was my first escape room and it did not disappoint! We did the casino 11 dark and it was a really great time. They honored our reservation time and were very friendly and helpful. Plus it is within walking distance from the south side of the strip!

Preface: I have never been to an escape room before. This place is really intricate. The puzzle was complex enough to stump us a few times. We went at 7:30 and there wasn’t a reservation or anyone in line behind us so the game master let us continue playing until we solved the room. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.P.s. Hands down, this place provides some of the best Escape Room experiences weve ever had. Games are challenging, fun, exciting - very well thought out. Never a dull moment with these Rooms - Xterious will definitely keep you on our toes, racing against the clock! Took 17 friends and wedis the head to head rooms and competed. None of us had done this. Ages was 26-60++. We did women against men making it really fun when we (the women won).I would Highly recommend you do this!!! Only hint I’ll give is everything in all rooms is relevant and can be relevant throughout the escape.We did many activities during this visit to Vegas and everyone agreed this was at the top.

Be ready and lock yourself in a room full of challenges. This place is awesome for group and it is a great way to get your brain rolling. Definitely fun to throw a party here.

We purchased the 2 day Vegas pass and this was one of the included attractions. Were a family of four with an 11yr old and a 4 yr old son funding things that will keep the kids entertained is limited. I have to say this attraction is amazingly fun! Both kids were able to help with clues to get through the room! The staff is amazing and super fun. We enjoyed the first room so much we are doing another room tonight. If youre looking for an attraction to keep you busy this is the place to go!

This place is amazing! We played the Xtrain room with a party of 14 people. We still could have used a few extra hands. There was so much to do! This is hands down the best game we have ever played!

We went there as a group of fourteen people who wanted to be in the same game all together. It was our first experience of escaping the room which did not turn out as a good one.My main complain is about the room design. It was so simple without any efforts to make it as a game room by using the sounds, lights, furniture, steps, stairs, anything!! They got our signature in case we were terrified of dark places. Oh man! The small room was as simple as my office, normal light, a desk, a suitcase, an old cabinet, and thats all we had! There was really more room for design creativity!Also, the puzzles logic was missing something! So many questions to decipher but they were not matched very well! I mean not enjoyable enough to solve them, and at a pointit got boring!Our team believes it was a disappointing experience, was not worth the money and time. Hope they redesign the whole thing, make it more exciting and logically challenging !

We did a head to head race in the great escape room! It was the parents versus the kids and i am sad to admit it but the kids won. Even with that we all had an amazing time and the kids are super excited to go back!

Rooms were awesome. Sales person was super nice. Did two rooms and unfortunately there were missing items or unworking equipment in each, but overall really fun (we do tons of rooms). Plus they gave us a dicaount for doing multiple rooms!

We did the Casinos dark 11 game with 4 people and had a really great time. The game was challenging enough but not too much so that it wasnt fun. I have done many escape rooms in lots of different places and this was up there as one of the better ones!The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I communicated to them through their chat on their website they asked me to leave my email address but didnt get back to me.

Xterious Escape was very fun. They have 3 different levels of difficulty. We did the escape out of jail which was medium level difficulty. You get 3 free clues and 60 minutes to get free. Definitely a group outing activity. Something fun to do close to Las Vegas strip.

Our family has been here 3 different times (different room each time). The staff is friendly and accommodating. They will help if needed but they will not interfere if you do not want them too. Newbies should start with the Casino 11 room, it was a little easier than the others. Another great feature here is they have dual rooms. Exact same room setups so you can race against a group of your friends!!!

Xterious Escape was an exciting adventure with our family! Thrilling and heart pounding as we slowly (franticly) solved each clue, as the clock was ticking! What a rush!

It was our first escape room. We used the power pass. They told us that to bring a baby with us we needed a private room. Which I can kind of understand that. I enjoyed the beginning of the experience. The staff started giving us hints we didnt ask for yet. Then when we did ask for a hint, they told us to go under the desk and put in a code. When my husband went to do this, they said you better not be doing anything else down there on the walkie. My hands being full I didnt answer. But he even opened the door to check. That was just the beginning of him being rude. I was quite put off by the attitude I was getting. Especially as someone who had to pay for a private room. I feel like it could have been fun. But I also feel like the staff ruined the whole experience.
