During this time of a pandemic, they handle the social distancing very well. It is a very family friendly place, and very fun for everyone. The prices for an hour are only 18$ per person. Which to me is very affordable, and this is also a great place to host birthday parties and other celebrations. Attending this establishment really is enjoyable, and I would definitely go again.

I had so much fun there. Me and my friend were hanging out at dodge ball and had so much fun and now thats our new hang out spot.

We liked the sky Ninja course. It stands out from the other trampoline parks. You can also bring your sticky socks from another trampoline park and trade them in for a sky zone brand. So you dont have to pay for a new pair.

I’m glad they are open! My teenagers enjoy coming. The price is good and staff is friendly and helpful.

Not sure what their current operations are but my daughter is constantly asking to go here. We’ve been going for years she used to love toddler time which made it super affordable for mom too. Now she bounces regular but it’s definitely worth the money. They have constantly updated the equipment and activities over the years so we never get bored.

The worst customer service. I called the morning before driving 40 min to the location asking if the ninja sky was open and if i need it to make a reservstion. The lady told me i didnt need one. When i arrived i got charged $15 for the special sock and to then tell me rhat the ninja sky was closed and only the tranpolings were open. What a waste of time and money. The manager offered a refund only after i told him o was going to report them to the cusumers affairs. If not he was going to let me go without the refund. I would never go to that place again

This place is absolutely amazing!!! Not only for children but adults too, which makes it that much better because not only can you bring your children to have fun in a safe enviroment rain or shine, but you can have fun as well all while spending quality time with your family. Only downsides I can think of would be the location as their business is kind of tucked away in the back. Also you have to purchase socks, but YOU CAN save them and bring them back so thats a plus, so with all that being said, I give them 5 stars no problem. Oh I also would like to mention their staff, they all seemed pretty friendly and courteous. Overall its a great place and to be honest a great business in general... Its fun and you get a good work out.If they could incorporate a workout regimen and classes they could probably double their revenue.

My kids are regulars there and always have fun but I have a few concerns about the management/employees, my kids always complain about a worker there named Nat the say she is always screaming/yelling at them for little things and she always yells at the kids without the full story this review will stay 2 stars until the management/employees improve.

Today we celebrated one of our Family friend 5th Birthday and it was amazing. The kids had an amazing time. Fun place for Family celebrations.

My daughters birthday party did not go smooth at all. We werent allowed into our party area until after our designated time. And no one was giving us updates or telling the parents anything. The kids were allowed to go play and their parents werent sure what to do. We had one party host for 40 people and she was absolutely overwhelmed. I asked her to bring our fruit and veggies trays up first so that we could put them out, and she was continuing to bring up present. Once the started serving drinks she would leave with a pitcher and it would be empty and she would have to immediately go back downstairs. Never brought up 2 pitchers instead. My husband and I both had to serve pizza and cake because she was just so overwhelmed. She wasnt putting out plates or utensils when it was time. Luckily my husband and I are excellent party hosts, or else that would have not gone over well at all.

Was bored today and sitting at home with my niece and nephew, so I went onto Groupon and found this place for a great deal. Read the reviews and all were positive. The building is tucked away but easy to find. Upon entry, I was impressed by the cleanliness. There was no odor, like other trampoline parks that I’ve been to. Check in was quick. There are waiver forms to fill out on tablets, which saves so much time. You have to buy socks from them if you haven’t been there before. Can’t just use ones from home. But if you return, you can bring them back again and not worry about getting charged. There’s tons of things to do. There’s basketball, dodgeball, a dive pit, rock climbing wall, ladder, strictly jumping area, a ropes course, as well as a course above the whole thing where you’re attached to something similar to a bungee cord. Foam pit was great. Didn’t have that odor. If you’ve been to trampoline parks, you know what I’m talking about.The staff was great. Working there was a group of teenage guys. All had wonderful customer service skills and knew how to talk to whoever was jumping based on their age. Instead of yelling rules, they walk over to you and ask nicely in a calm manner. Would definitely come back to this place

We had my son’s birthday party here and it was fantastic! Paige, our party coordinator at the front, was so nice and helpful. The place is clean and bright. There’s plenty for the kids to do and jump on. Our party hostess, Assata, was so nice and fun and really entertained the kids along with setting up all my party stuff I brought. I seriously didn’t have to do a thing. She was fantastic! I definitely recommend this place for a kid’s birthday party.

Its fun. You have games and trampolines.. What could be more fun than that? I will say if youre an adult, stay away from the pit... Youll drown lol

Great place to take your family and friends. It may seem like this is only for children, over it can also be adjust as much fun for 18+ people as well! I highly recommend if you love athleticism and just having plain fun. Theyre multiple things to do here not just jumping on trampolines, they have jousting rock climbing, multiple other things you can join with other people! I did however slightly got injured on the site, I had to ask if they had any Band-Aids to give, unfortunately they werent very prepared in the first aid kit section.

Fun place for kids of all ages. They have trampoline jumping, rock climbing, dodgeball and gliding. I used a groupon and got two 90 minute passes for $23. Very clean. Staff is attentive and friendly.

I took my young grandson here to try to burn off some of his energy! Haha, because I played with him, I ended up burning off my own! Great fun! I havent been on a trampoline in years, and it was fun to get out with my grandson and play along. The staff is really excellent and very helpful.

Oh WOW WHAT A WORKOUT! Me and my 5yr old son gag a blast. The only down part about the whole thing, was when its time to leave. My son goes crazy not wanting to go. Lol. Love the place do much to do. Bathrooms need to be fixed. Toilet water is overflowing into the other stalls. Vending machines out of order. Young lady at the register needs to be coached in customer service. I work for a Five Star Resort on the Las Vegas Strip as a Manager. Maybe I expect more since that is what I do for a living. Overall kids enjoy coming.

Very good Skyzone in comparison to others Ive been too, cleanliness wise and staff wise. I was recognized for my service and was very welcomed. I give them 3 stars though because its clearly show that certain flips are allowed in thier rule video but when my family tried to do said flips they were given warnings not too. The Ninja course was very fun for my daughter and my wife, despite both of them being afraid of heights!

If you have special needs children definitely DO NOT take your children here. The staff gives preferential treatment to regulars, according to the staff member I spoke with. They let them treat those with special needs horribly then only after speaking with a Manager your given a free jump pass for a future trip. The staff member tonight physically ripped off my twin Autistic childrens jump passes. She told them to leave because of what 2 regulars said. I believe them to be the owners children or someone who is friends with the owner based on how they could do whatever they wanted. Long story short how they treat special needs people is HORRIBLE. Stay away for your own good, trust me.

This place is a very nice place to have events. I found out that unfortunately I have vertigo and wasnt able to jump on the trampoline but I still was able to talk to my friends and still enjoy myself. The lockers are a bit strange because once you close the locker, you cant open it until you are completely done because theres a one time use charge which looking back was on me but just make sure that you read everything before you show up. It also helps if you complete your waiver before you get there because lines can form and it can get very busy very quickly .The staff are awesome and are always helping people out. Fun place

Sky Zone was a great place to take the kids. It was my grandsons Birthday and Everyone had a great time. The pizza we had was excellent and Sophia did a Fantastic job taking care of our group.

Attended a birthday party yesterday with my grandchildren. They had a blast!I would like to say that they have the best tasting pizza over any other indoor playland.

Definitely do not recommend bringing your Special Needs child here. Not only do the staff look like they dont care but also the lack of service ...one person handling check in for loads of family. Smh, if you have Neurotypical kids then yes this is the place to go.

Its a bit pricey, but its a ton of fun! From toddler to adult, theres something for everyone. Even a ninja warrior course for the bigger kids and adults. We paid for 5 of us, from 2 years old to 38 years old. Same price for everyone, we spent over $100 for 90 minutes of activity time. Is parents were so glad when our time was up, because we were exhausted! Lol the kids all passed out in the car within 5 minutes of leaving

Always a fun place to go. Check in process is a pain. Especially with multiple kids and if theyre computers arent working. Id reccomend getting there early so it doesnt interfere with the jump time. We went during glow time and there computers were having issues so it took about 15min out of the jump time. Other than that fun place for teens to burn off some energy.

Walked in and we had to pay for four shirts be because our shirts didn’t glow. Then they checked our socks and because OUR socks weren’t theirs we had to exchange our socks but they said they would give them back at the end. Once we finished TERRIBLE jumping, they said we couldn’t get our socks back after we PAID for them. My friends mother had to argue for 30 minutes just to pay for OUR socks. Terrible place would rate -1 star.

Since the removal the staff kindness went way down. A lot of attitude, and unnecessary micromanaging. Lastly it’s very overpriced.

Great facility! Ok prices. Staff is not helpful unless theyre taking your money or reciting policies that theyve memorized, and this includes managers. Just be aware that you CANNOT bring your own socks to the facility even if they are from another trampoline park.I highly recommend checking out the other trampoline parks in the city.

I had a family members birthday here and the staff was so polite and helpful. The kids had a great time and the Birthday Girl was very happy. The only thing I did not like was the line when you get in. There should be at least 2 people in the front who are checking in those who are having their special event. In all, the family was happy and had a blast.

Its a great place to bring your kids to. However, parents beware.... If you think youll be ok after doing a somersault to impress your kids since you THOUGHT you were GREAT back in the day...... you wont!! Trust me, every muscle in my body hurts. I didnt even know I had muscles there....

I witnessed a child in need of help in the foam pits and the staff just stood there without doing anything to help the small child. A parent had to jump in the foam pits to help while the employee just watched the child scream for help. The staff have absolutely no concern for the safety of the people. Their rude, disrespectful, and it’s honestly disturbing. I will never be going place again.

CLEAN! Super Fun place with a fantastic staff. Stopped by to let the kids burn some energy (ages 8,5,3,1) while we traveled from TX to Disney Land & it was a blast for all of us. Thank you for the fun!

Had a blast. $20 for 2 hours, and loved every minute. The jousting platform was especially fun if you have someone you want to beat up. I entered a dodgeball game with an expectation of destroying, ended up getting pummeled by some little kids who I imagine play baseball. 10/10.

The lady working at the drink and food counter had no idea how to do her job. I literally waited 10 minutes to her to give me a slice of pizza because she kept going to the back and talking to her supervisor or coworker. It smelled like weed in the place and all the kids were yelling on how it smells like someone is smoking weed.... so now my three and four year old are asking what weed is. Besides those two things my kids had a blast at their cousins birthday party.

Amazing birthday party for my 7 year old. All we brought was a cake and party favors and they took care of the rest. They entertained the kids as they were coming in before their jump time. They rounded them up after jump time for pizza and cake. They even did all the serving and clean up for me so I could visit with the parents and enjoy the party with my child. All of this for a reasonable price.

Worst trampoline park so small and the staff was horrible, and we came on a Saturday and they are understaffed and slow on all of the attractions. We wasted over $200 dollars for only 7 of us worst experience go to another another trampoline park in the city this place.

Sky Zone was very fun. Its right off the freeway. $16 get you 60 minutes of fun time. The max is 120 minutes for more $. You have to pirchase the socks for $4 but theure yours to keep and can be reused during another visit, also they offer military discount. My kids were beat after 30 minutes. They had a blast. Also they have a mommy/daddy and me rate which is $9 for toddlers. So basically the kiddo can jump and youre allowed with him without going crazy since youre not paying in full. The areas are slightly separated. Theres a free for all, basketball area, jumping in blocks area, and dodgeball area as well as a rock climbing wall and lose tightrope with soft blocks underneath. Friendly staff, and all areas were monitored at all times. So, I felt safe that my little guy and I would not get hurt by the bigger kids. They also offer snacks and drinks for a fee. And they have birthday party event rooms available. It was a great time.
