Let me start at the beginning....We show up in Vegas and start to find stuff to do with a kid, affordable and fun... not as easy as it soundsWe found a escape room and thought great idea! I book the room, find out nobody wants to go because we wouldn’t make it to the pool in time and we have been driving and thinking about going swimming the whole ride to Vegas. I call and ask if we can reschedule for tomorrow, NO PROBLEM!!! Absolutely amazed at how flexible they were... so I get a time for the next afternoon. I loose track of time as Vegas will do, call them and they say it not a big problem and they let me show up a day and 1/2 hour lateI’m very impressed, most Vegas places would have just taken the money and gave me some statement about how they cannot be accommodating for whatever reasonSo anyway... what I’m trying to say is they are very accommodating, it was a great way to do something adventurous with the kids, I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to go do something off the strip!!!GREAT PLACE FOR KIDS!!!

I highly recommend the Part 1 escape room. I found this place on groupon and Im so happy we went. Although we didnt escape on time, it was a blast. They did a very good job with the puzzles and brain teasers. I went with just my fiance but definitely recommend more than 4 for this one.

We ended up going through two escape rooms. The first room was awesome, the second room was pretty good. Coincidentally, the first host we had was chill, relaxed, and made sure we had a good time while the second one was oddly condescending and awkward. It wouldnt keep me from going back, but it was kind of funny to get the yeah, really nice try guys that stuff is pretty tough.. Lol!

The unknown was sooo good! Highly recommend. My only suggestion would be an additional flashlight in the second room. Other than that, amazing job! Friendly staff! We will be back :)

I consider me and the wife escape room veterans. Weve been to almost every escape room venue in Vegas. Saw a great deal on Groupon and decided to try Escapability with a good friend of ours.When we arrived we were greeted by Scott, our Game Master. Scott was accommodating, laid-back and we had a great reception with him! Answered all the questions we had after finishing the escape room and we left planning on coming back to try other rooms.As for the room, we usually run through escape rooms with 20-30 minutes remaining. Gotta say that The Unknown part 1 was one of the only rooms that we ran the timer to the last 10 minutes. It was definitely an enjoyable experience!Its a Gen 1 escape room with Gen 2 elements thrown in. The ambiance was great and we definitely enjoyed it.Also, we did use a couple hints and Scott was able to nudge us in the right direction without giving anything away. He was also really fast to reply when we asked for them. Some Game Masters arent very attentive and take some time to give hints, which can put a damper on the fun sometimes. Especially when the time is running! Luckily, that wasnt the case at Escapability. Shows that they really care about the player experience!TL;DRScott, our Game Master was great, the room was great, and overall we had a great time! Will definitely be back!

Friendly staff and clean place. The Unknown part One was definitely dark and spooky, but felt very low budget and the clues were a bit of a stretch. I’m sure the other rooms are better. But if you’re looking on Groupon to save money on a place a little bit out of town, don’t set super high expectations and it can be a good time.

I did the Escape from Mars room with my dad. The theming was well done, however we had to use a couple hints. Plus, we encountered a technical issue in the middle of the game. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful. We got out of the room with 12 minutes left.

We were fortunate to be able to walk in and get right into an escape room. They are in a schedule so it would be wise to call ahead and find out when rooms are available. With five current scenarios with varying difficulties they can keep you entertained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The escape rooms and available bathroom were in good shape.

Great experience!! Did the Mars escape room, the puzzles were very well balanced; challenging but reasonable. Needed to use clues, but beating the room was super satisfying. Highly recommend this place!!!

We liked it, had a some new twists. The expectation of the video, was higher then the experience. Needs set more work on the Mars rescape.

I can’t say that I escaped because there was a bit of a glitch in our reservation. What I can say is WOW they have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! In a day and age when customer service is almost non-existent, they excelled by far!

Kinda pricey but it was really fun. We did the Pompeii one with 4 of us and were able to get out. The staff is very friendly and were attentive while we played our game and was excited for us and there to greet us when we escaped. Id definitely recommend it.

The staff was attentive and able to quickly give us good hints when we needed. The puzzles were fun and, despite needing a few hints, not something too difficult to solve without assistance. Id highly recommend and will try to come back!

This place has some great themed rooms and they are really challenging! The staff is friendly and very helpful. We had such a great time we came back the same weekend for a different room!

This place was AWESOME. We went for a team building exercise on a work trip and Scott was great. The room concept, puzzles and clues were spot on and required thinking and team effort. We had a group of 9 and they were able to accommodate us in two separate rooms that fed to a larger room. Would absolutely recommend for small or large groups - work event or not, it was a ton of fun!

My daughter found this place on groupon. When we first arrived we were greeted right away. We were given our consent forms right away and and were able to use an extra room for our Birthday set up. The costumer service was great! This young girl was so nice to us and helped us in anyway she could! They even let us start a little late. There was no time limit on the room. We will definitely visit again. If you are having a birthday make sure you bring everything you will need. There was a small fridge we were able to use to store soda. Thanks again!

Best escape room in town!!! I’ve came here a few times with different groups and they all loved it!! The staff is great and they went above and beyond on the rooms! I especially loved the casino room. It’s really neat you can go into this room and compete against your friends. You start in different rooms and then end up in the same room in the end, it’s a race to the finish!!! I’ve never seen this at any other escape room! I will definitely be going back to do the rest of the rooms!! Thanks escapeability for such a great time!!!

This was our first escape room experience and Sheina made it amazing. We tryed the Pompeii room it was very challenging, creative, and called for outside the box thinking. I brought a pen and paper to write down clues which proved to be very helpful to remember details. We ran out of time in the last room, but thought we did well for our first attempt. Escapeability, had a friendly staff, great customer service, very helpful and a place I plan on visiting again with my family.

I went with 5 friends and did the Pompeii room escape. We had a great time! It was the right level of challenge for us. Even those of us who were more skeptical at the start contributed and were into it by the end. We finished with nearly 16 minutes left, using the 3 lifelines... see if you can beat our time!4 stars: for the $35/person price, we thought it could have been a bit more immersive and polished, but overall Id definitely recommend it!

Dont pick the hardest, but a great time

This was the most unique escape room Ive ever been to! My cousins and I signed up to do the Casino Takeover room...it took me forever to find us a room that fit 10 people, but whats cool about this room is that it actually allows you to play 10 people in a room, or split up and play teams! In the first room, its split in half with a window between the rooms, so you can actually spy on each others progress (apparently it could be a blessing or a curse lol). Once you unlock that door, youll end up in the same room (no spoilers here, the guide tells you all of that upfront). Not the most high tech room Ive ever been to, but I feel like it had a variety of different puzzles and locks (I hate rooms that rely solely on a million locks everywhere!).We ended up splitting up guys vs girls - we were neck and neck the whole time and both teams did end up making it out (girls with 4 seconds to spare haha)! Apparently this room has a 15% success rate, so its challenging for sure! You get 3 clues each, but if both teams use all 3, both teams get a 4th clue. Strategize properly!Before you leave, dont forget to sign the walls with some chalk markers :). If youre ever in vegas and have some free time in the afternoon, its definitely a worthy trek off the strip!!!

It was fun there was never a dull moment great for older kids and adults definetly worth the money. It was well constructed the puzzlss were great and difficult to figure out.

Such a great experience for me and my friends. The employees were all so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend it for those who want a good time

Super super fun! Our group had a great time! Harder then you expect! Staff was super amazing! Sam made it extra room, even showed us at the end what we missed and offered to take pictures! Highly recommended! Beware time ticks fast...

They had amazing customer service. The puzzles were very thought out and made since, we didnt end up getting out in time but they were very nice to tell us everything we missed. We loved it so much that we scheduled to come back next week to do casino and we cant wait.

I am giving them two stars because the staff was nice but the games were very basic and I felt overpriced. The gameplay itself was very simple and I was expecting more from all the reviews. There are other escape rooms that are much better. I am not blaming the staff because they only have the so so rooms to work with and I feel that they are doing their best.

One of the best experiences my wife and I have ever had. 60 minutes of pure exhilaration. The owners did a great job of making the rooms entertaining. They are not easy at all, but if you work together they are definitely possible to figure it out. Will be back very soon, cant wait to try the next challenge.

A great escape experience. As a moderately experienced escape room enjoyer, who has gotten to try most rooms at 4-5 other escape rooms here in Vegas, I was pleasantly surprised with this locations dedication to their craft.

What a cool place!!!! I took my entire real estate team and we did the Vegas room that you can compete with against each other. We had an absolute blast!!! It was very easy to get scheduled for the escape room and it was a ton of fun to figure out the clues. Go see Escapability and you wont be disappointed.

Very cool experience. This is the 2nd escape room Ive done but with a different company and I have to say this one was VERY difficult. They really keep you guessing. Id definitely come back to try another one! And the staff was very friendly and seemed like they enjoyed the entire process.

Would have gotten 5 years if the people working there were paying attention... They give you a phone for hints and they were so deep in conversation you can hear it threw the wall as your trying to think and find clues we had to bang on wall to get thier attention. Thank goodness there wasnt a fire and we r trapped. But other than that it was fun some of the clues are tough at the end but overall had a good time...***tried this place a second time not a great experience. Props in room were damaged or broken in the unknown part 2. We were greeted this time upon entering building. This places charges a lot of quality of props and experience :(

This place is awesome. The tech in this place is on a different level and you have to think outside the box. I came here with my girlfriend and we did both Pompeii and Mars and had a great time. Clues were challenging but not impossible which kept it fun throughout the game. My girlfriend couldnt wait to come back for the scary room. Highly recommend this place!

This was the most amazing experience ever. We have never laughed so much. The couple that runs it are sweet and so funny. Would recommend highly!! Good for any occasion.

Two of us did Escape from Mars - we didnt escape in the time, but we were not far off.The rooms are interesting and the puzzles OK.Good fun was had and definitely doable with two people. If there are more people then it would be easier, however larger groups may find that he room(s) are a little bit too sequential to keep everyone happy.The room does need a little bit of a service/refresh, its getting old and bashed about a bit - some things had become un-stuck.

Walk in and are greeted with a nice lobby and plush couches to sit on if you have to wait. The workers were really nice and helpful throughout the experience. Which is what this was! Great TIME and definitely recommend this place for families and groups of 3 or more.

We scheduled a large birthday outing here, and the owner really took care of us. We booked two rooms and were able to compete not only against the room, but against the other group on time. We had so much fun, we booked a third room on the spot. Great afternoon!

Great unique fun. We went when it first opened so still needed a little work, but owners are awesome. I did the Mars room and it was really tough and interactive. Fun for kids too! We had a group of 6 from ages 9-32.

Went with a Groupon. Really helped the affordability, if they offer it.Found customer service superb, and a number of puzzles to be clever and unique. Most puzzles were very intuitive as well.What really struck me was how accommodating the place was. The room we chose had a crawling section, which my mobility-challenged parents cant do. In many prior escape rooms, my group would have to bring back or relay puzzles for them to solve. Instead, this room not only escorted my parents to a walkway, but went as far as to stop the timer. Since scheduling is so important for the business strategy of these places, its a pleasant surprise to see an escape room jeopardize their timing for the comfort of their client.Overall, extremely solid puzzle elements. The puzzles we encountered are lower tech than the highest grade magnetic mechanisms, but are used in imaginative ways that gave some fun surprises. Especially good for those who have never done escape rooms before, as they have a policy of never reusing puzzles, which made the experience much more streamlined and relaxed compared to other escape rooms.I will likely be back - especially if it comes around on Groupon again.

I played the Mars and Casino themed rooms. They were my 151st and 152nd room respectively. The Casino room’s game play was really unique and perfect for large or small groups to play against each other, yet can still be easily played by one group alone. I had never seen that style of game play anywhere else, so it’s definitely worth checking out for the unique aspects of the game.The Mars game was really fun as well. All the puzzles in both rooms were hard enough to be a challenge but still totally solvable without an advanced degree in puzzle solving! What I loved is that this company seems to be against red herrings which I truly appreciate! I hate those things! Haha!I highly recommend this place and I can’t wait to come back and play the rest of their rooms.

Me and my girlfriend have gone back twice now for more of their rooms. Theyre not perfect, but they have a good spread of puzzles, they have rock solid themes, and customer service to match. I recommend.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The rooms are full of puzzles and story making the hour we had fly by. We actually didnt make it all the way to the end but that didnt take anything away from the experience. What really brought it home was the customer service. Instead of shuffling us out or being a stickler for rules they discussed what we had missed and just turned it into a fun ending. None of the puzzles felt unfair and they provide a couple hints that will help you along if needed. We will certainly be back for more.

First time at a escape room. Went brain dead they first fifteen minutes but once you get settled its interesting. We got out with two seconds left on the clock. Very fun.

The casino room was one of the best and most unique escape rooms Ive done. It was a fun challenge, and the team vs team aspect was very unique and greatly added to the experience.

My wife and I had a blast. Lol we are going bk for sure. (Key) listening and communication are important.

Had such a great time in Pompeii... we decided to go back and take a trip to Mars! They were both nights of fun, laughter, and at times frustration that turned into ahhhhh moments!!! We are anxiously awaiting the other three rooms to open and will definitely go!!!
