This was our first time to visit Rex Center. Our family had a great time. We will be back because the staff was great, the restrooms were very clean, the food was good, and the whole atmosphere was happy.

Was supposed to go to seaquest with my son, stopped by to get information, and ended up staying.The staff was amazing, so friendly, and helpful. The attractions were a lot of fun, the theme is well covered and full of entertainment.My son and I had a blast!!!Really recommend this place

A good place to take your kids is really fun, unafortunately there is not enough stuff, like the cashier attending is just one person and takes too long, at the go-karts 2 people but not really organized there was only 2 2-people karts so we wait more than 50 minutes on line to get in, there was one person only attending the climbing game and the lazer tag at the same time she was really nice and kind but it was too much work for her

Me and my family are in town from California and so thankful we came across this awesome place. $20 for each kid to just bounce around and just have fun. The staff was so accommodating and friendly from beginning to end. Kaitlin, who I think was the manager, did above and beyond. And the rest of the staff was just as friendly and welcoming. Some of their names were Austin, who was brand new but nevertheless did awesome. And Sandy and Erin were some of the others worth mentioning. I fully recommend this place if you have kids and are looking for something for them to do in Vegas that is cheap and well worth it! Thank you everybody at Rex Center!!!

So fun!!! Loved the Laser Tag. Tempted to do it again but was too worn out. Shout out to Ari, she was super helpful and very fun! Made our time here a really good time!

This place has some real potential for return customers but management doesnt pay as much attention as they should. My son and I rode the go-karts and were told to depart after every ride even though a current employee and her boyfriend stayed on for over 45 minutes and were given faster karts. They were continously bumping into people while trying to pass and were not warned once. It was a fun place but I doubt we will return until management steps up and does their job.

I thought it was a very low-key cool place to bring the family for everyone to be able to good little miniature golf cart laser tag and wall climbing I thought it was pretty awesome and not bad for price

We paid $120 total for 2 of the Family of 4 pass, which covers 4 hours of fun with the go karts, laser tag, mini neon golf, and wall climbing. The food was okay, unlimited drinks was the best. There was a white lady that one of the employees called boss, I saw her constantly clearing and cleaning tables, wiping them down/sanitizing them, spraying down the golf clubs and golf balls, engaging with customers. She made the mistake of clearing and cleaning up a table of which the guests had gone off to play, but left their food and drinks to return to and when the guests asked her about it, she immediately grabbed a pen and pad and retook their order (most likely comp’d), that was nice I thought. The bathrooms were very clean and their were hand sanitizer stations on every wall corner. The entire place was clean! All the employees, except 1, were friendly, especially the black man that helped us in the laser tag place and initially took our order, he interacted with us and wasn’t faking it, but was sincere. The white man with the blonde long hair in a pony tail at the go kart area was rude and not friendly. I think he should take a customer service skills course or learn from the black man. Overall, Rex Center was an awesome first time experience for my family and I. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the go-cart racing. We had a Pogo Pass so we only used it for this feature but the whole place looked like a lot of fun. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to try the restaurant and other activities next time. Climbing wall, miniature golf, and laser tag.

Went back today and had a great time. There are 4 true attractions here, so it isnt overwhelming and the simple play package is just right. Ate lunch here and my daughter had a blast. Employees are friendly and helpful.We will consider holding her next birthday party here. Thank you.

Laser Tag is so fun and a great exercise

The staff made my kids feel special and were always there to help out. Laser tag was super fun. The climbing walls are exciting and challenging. And best of all the pizza and hot wings were some of the best Ive had. I definitely recommend a fun day at the rex center.

This place is a great time, and the staff was fun and friendly. I would definitely go back again.We showed up late for our friends birthday celebration and werent sure if we were going to join in the activities. It wasnt crowded at all when we got there (after 7pm on a Thursday). After seeing our friends having a blast racing around the track, we decided to join in. Wristbands were less than $10/person through Groupon with a discount code.We raced around the track and played two different games of laser tag. It was about 5 minutes until closing when we finished, and the staff let us and another small group after us race around the track one more time.The only thing we didnt get around to trying to was the mini golf course and climbing wall, but we felt like we got more than our money worth.

Service here is horrible, stay away! I brought my family here for snacks and go-karts. After I placed my order and opened my Gatorade, one of the staff members came to my table to tell me there was a problem with my order. It seems I had gotten an extra Gatorade without being upcharged for it. We only received 2 Gatorades and there clearly 2 on the receipt. I refusing to pay for the extra Gatorade and instead requested a refund. They refused the refund and offered to put our food in a to-go box. That may have been fine, except we also paid for the go-kart activity. I asked to see the manager and they still refused to refund our money. We ended up walking away and I called my bank to refuse the charge. Stay away from this establishment!!Edit:While it may be true the cashier was new, the rest of your response is BS.Lying will not help your cause. There was nothing offered at the time except to put our food in to-go containers insinuating my family and I are not welcome. Message received and we will never return.

This place is a lot of fun for kids and adults. The staff is super polite and helpful. The party rooms are clean and they decorate them for birthday parties.

New owner would not accept free go cart ride tickets that our kids earned through the Clark County Schools reading reward program. He said that due to being under new ownership, they no longer accepted them. I explained the when a business is sold to a new owner, both the assets and liabilities on the balance sheet are transferred (including coupons that are already out in the community). He didnt seem to know anything about business, nor did he care to exhibit any kind of customer service. After a healthy debate on keeping customers happy, he finally let the kids have a ride on the go carts. By then the damage was done. We left very upset and frustrated. We wont be going back.

Not having any restroom and telling people to walk to the other end of the mall is inexcusable.. would be more understanding if it hadn’t been twice in a row.. one was my sons birthday party

We came with a large group of kids today and the Rex Center employees were very kind and generous to our group. We really appreciate all they did for us! The kids made lasting memories today. They had so much fun.

Just absolutely terrible. This place may have been fun at one point, but the owner, managers, workers — whoever is responsible — are more interested in texting than carrying out simple maintenance. Bathrooms were “closed for cleaning” and never opened the entire time I was there. There’s a pneumatic cannon to shoot a ball at one of the holes. I had to walk around and hunt for somebody to make it work — they hadn’t even turned the pump on after taking my money. No water in the water hazards. They had gruesome scenes from walking dead on one of the screens (in the middle of a week day), which scared my little boy. Little thought was given to making the mini golf course functional. I paid $21 for my wife, my two-year-old, and myself to play. I feel like it should have cost five dollars for all of us together – that’s how poor it is. One star for appealing pictures on Google clever exterior decoration, and having hand sanitizer to wash the HIV off our hands.

The Rex center is re opened and under new owners. 10/5/18 We came and they were doing a soft opening. The grand opening is next week. The new owners are super customer service savvy. Theyll be doing an after school program for kids too with homework help. Brilliant! We had a marvelous time. The new staff are so kind and courteous that the teenagers are kind back. The pizza was thick crust and had huge pepperoni on it. Very competitive price for it. I would choose this place over Johns incredible pizza, which is next door.

Went on groupon or you can show them the deal and they will honor it.Staff is SUPER GREAT WITH KIDS. nice lady was working the go carts and I was to big to ride with my son so she road with him in steady. Clean friendly environment will definitely come back58 two kids unlimited play.

This place was way better when it was new. The race cars kept breaking down when we tried to ride, at least three times. They didnt have the kitchen open either. I like the unlimited wristbands, more bang for your buck. It would be nice if you didnt blast music with swearing and sex, as young kids play here.

Place is awesome. Highly recommend to get the family out and try it. Food is delicious. Try the colliflower bites, pizza fries and man those lemon pepper wings are fire. And the service is great everyone was great.

This place was absolutely great, the employees were very kind! I have four kids, all of them are to small to go kart by themselves but it was just me and my wife, so they allowed employees who werent busy to drive my other two so everyone got to ride together. They honestly gave fantastic customer service and were great with all the kids! Thanks so much for a great day guys!

Its 11:20am and the place is closed? The hours posted are to be open at 11:00am. Is this supposed to be a joke? Definitely wouldnt recommend going there if youre on a schedule. How unreliable. Horrible way to run a business as big as theirs. Watched at least 3 family’s walk away.

Great place for kids

Delicious pizza, delicious funnel cakes, and great decoration!! They even give you homemade ranch and fresh parmesan. Soo good!

My boys enjoyed this place a lot. Well worth money, definitely a must to take the kid. We didn’t get a chance to try the food, but it smelled good. We will be back for sure!

Will king putt ever be back? Ive been going since the lake Mead location first opened and it was always nice as a local to get to do. Sad to see this place closing the doors for good. I hope king putt eventually comes back because they have the best golf courses and its indoors.

People always complain when something goes wrong. Things happen in life that you just have to deal with. To say that nothing works, is ridiculous. This place is fun. Great family place in a non family friendly City.

Loved it great family activities indoors.

The facility was clean and appealing. The staff was very friendly. We went during a weekday afternoon, so there was no one else there but us. This was great and not so great. Great when playing mini-golf and rock climbing... no so great for laser tag. We had a good but were disappointed the Go-Karts were not available. Overall, it was a good experience and I would go again but I will definately call ahead to make sure all attractions are up and running.

My husband and I took two of our grandchildren, ages 5 and 7, on a Saturday and had a wonderful time! All the employees were very courteous and helpful, all the attractions were fun! We will definitely go again with other grandchildren!

Last week I was given four passes that stated they were for two hours unlimited mini golf, go carts, laser tag, climbing and a slice pizza and drink. As yesterday was my daughters fourth birthday and it was my sons 7th birthday the week before I thought this would be a great activity to celebrate. We drove all the way to Boulevard Mall to the Rex center. The woman at the front desk informed me they are not honoring the passes anymore since they have new owners. There was no expiration, no statement that they were limited use. The woman at the desk first said they just wouldnt give is the food, fine whatever the we could still enjoy the activities with the kids and then way at home later. NOPE the woman then informed me the kids could ride the go carts once (with us) and golf once, and we would not be allowed to golf with them. Also they would not be allowed any of the other activities even though we had four passes. I said thats ridiculous as we have four passes that guarantee two hours unlimited. The front desk woman got an attitude like she was doing me a favor by letting them play one time. Due to her attitude we left without even playing. Thank You Rex for ruining both my kids birthdays because you wont honor your own passes. Do not give this business and new owners your business as they obviously dont care about their customers.Response to your response: How are they not your passes? They had the name of your business, your logo, your address? Yes I did not want to pay for my husband and myself because we had passes that were supposed to get us in. Also how is letting our children do thinks once the equivalent of two hours of unlimited use, which we were promised with the passes. Ive been to other places were the business was sold or there was new management and they always honor whatever coupons, groupon or deals that were sold before they purchased it. That is part of what you buy when you purchase a business, you need to honor what they have put out for deals.

Its a good deal if you have the groupon but we went late on a Wednesday afternoon and even with it not being busy the lines moved slowly. The kids got bored since it took so long in line. They needed more staff and more options. It was also pretty dirty in the front by the machines to pay. For a new place I expected more options, faster service, and a cleaner environment. I wouldnt come back and pay full price.

My family of 5 had a blast. Our favorites were the mini golf and go carts. My husband and son said the laser tag was also fun. Pizza was good and my kids enjoyed the Dippin dots. All the staff that we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable . We will be back soon.

Climbing walls and go karts were really fun. Mini golf was okay but no one was really monitoring that area. So younger kids were wandering the course and throwing balls into the wrong area. Didnt try laser tag. Had a fun time and was a really good value.

We went with the pogo pass since this is the last weekend they are opened. We were only allowed one attraction per person. We choose the electric Go kart. My 9 year old son had difficulties steering. So he crashed twice. Therefore they took him out of the race even though it was only my family of racing. Not cool.

Kids had a blast here visiting their younger cousins. The team lazer tag is a must. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Just threw a party for my son there. Wasn’t bad but they made it seem like they had a party room. They don’t... also the gentleman handling our party for 30 people was very nice but this place is severely understaffed. Not only was this poor guy helping our party but it seemed like he was also running 4 other parties at the same time. I hate to say it but they need to take a hint from other party places and assign 1 party host per party. I was constantly having to go to the counter to ask for plates and napkins. Also only having 1 soda fountain meanwhile having close to 80 people in the space makes absolutely no sense. You wait just as long to get a glass of water or soda as you do to go on the go carts. Not bad but definite could benefit from more structure and staff.

I went to Rex Center early yesterday and they were closed. I was so surprise that they would be closed on a Friday night. I got my tickets from Groupon and will ask for a refund.

We had a great time! the new owners are doing a great job with the place... we will be returning customers for sure! no b.s. great staff and great management.

My family and in-laws only came here for lunch about 2pm. Was advised the 2 slices of pizza offer was what was out on the counter, I went over to see what they had and the pizzas looked like they had been there for a bit so I said to my husband lets order a fresh one, they guy came out with our pizza and said they put extra parmesan cheese on it ( we didnt ask for extra...)The people that ate the pizza are the only ones that got sick that evening... no other food was eaten the rest of the day.

I had a lot of fun, really good prices for everything including the food. They really need an arcade though. When youre tired of being physical but you want to stay that would be a nice addition

Fun place to kill time!

We came in from DFW which has like 4 of these kinds of places that I frequented growing up and the Rex Center is the best by far. Mini golf where each hole is inspired and clever with cool mechanical gimmicks spread out. Laser tag with a cool set and powerups and objectives. Go karts were great staff was very friendly, dedicated, And engaged with customers. The dinosaur theme and glow in the dark EVERYTHING really grabbed the late 90s feel I grew up in. To be honest this has been my favorite attraction after a week of Vegas.

First visit was from a deal off Groupon. Saw actual prices and thought the $20 unlimited attractions, pizza and drink was great and came back the next week. The Play Pass is now $17 for 4 total activities. Just opened and and already making bad business moves. Was $20 for unlimited to now $20 for just 4. Sorry, dont make sense.

Had my granddaughters b-day party there today and could not have been more disappointed. We were excited to go and she couldnt wait. Upon arrival it took them 20 minutes to start handing out the cards for rides. Took 1 hour to get on the go carts as they were so disorganized, they kept shifting the line from one side to another, thus giving people at the end of the line now were in front. The cards started shutting down an hour later and most only got to do 1 thing. The pizza came out late and guests were almost done eating before an invited guest asked if they needed to purchase their own drinks to an employee, then cups were handed out. I asked for plates and forks for the cake which took another 15 minutes. The b-day hostess was so busy she didnt have time to be attentive. I would expect that after paying $550 it would have been an organized event but it wasnt. Many of our guests said how they would not attempt at taking a party there. To say the least I would never take my granddaughter there again. The fact of the matter is she is 6 and was just glad to have her friends there. To top things off kids were throwing balls in the golf area which was not supervised and a ball bounced off a wall hitting and bruising my nieces cheek. Unbelievable.Not happy at all about this party

Prices online are wonderful!Everything here is perfect for a family. Long wait on the karts though but still fun!

It definitely is a fun place for kids but I was disappointed. I took my granddaughters to play Miniature Golf and there were young unsupervised kids running around and running through our game. A few times I had to stop them and reprimand them.

The pizza isnt cook either and I when there twice and the pizza gave me food poisoning twice HELLO REXI havent been here since November

Possibly one of the worst run go kart racing of all time. If one of the karts hits a wall the whole thing stops... Until one of the employees walks out and manually unstucks the kart. This happened about 5 times per 3 minute race.Waited 30 for our turn and then employee said my 2 year old was too short. He was above the line. Then employee pushed his head down and said he was too short. Everybody in line was like, come on dude.Absolutely terrible management to create this system. Kids in front of me and behind me were literally crying from waiting in line so long.

Im very sad i was planning to take my 4 younger siblings here and i looked up to see the hours and it said open, unfortunately the facility was closed. I was not aware of any hour changes because they were not shown. Drove here to find it closed was a huge disappointment. I dont live in nevada but i hope when i come back for a visit i can take them here! We were all so excited. I left the one star to write this although im sure it will change when we are able to come back!

Dont waste your money. We bought the 2 hour pass (unlimited) and spent 1 hour at the mini carts because every cart kept breaking down. The staff is so unorganized and will stand in line for an hour with only 3 kids in front of you. Cant even enjoy the place because nothing works.

The Go Carts were a big disappointment. Waiting in line for over half an hour to go around the track 3 or 4 times if youre lucky. Laser tag line another long wait. And all this on a day when it was not crowded. We will not be back.

My kids love go cart so I was really excited to take them there..I spend money here for food and rides and it was not what I was expected. Pizza was cold and the kids didn’t really enjoy the go carts because something was always wrong. Overall it was a disappointment for our first time there.
