The kids love this place! The staff are super nice! And they are good at making sure everything is sanitized and as clean as possible with kids running around! Reason for 4 star is just because it, in my opinion, is a little pricey!

Came here an hour before they closed. Practically no one was there which was awesome. Lots to do and so much fun. Makes you feel like a kid again. Must have grip socks but you can buy a pair for $3.25 and keep them forever

Poor customer service, cheap tasting food, needs to be painted and cleaned. Way overpriced for a birthday party! You have 2 hours for a party room with includes getting your wristbands, signing waivers, getting socks, waiting on food, jumping, doing gifts and cake then bam they tell you your time is up after jumping for 40 mins.

Went for the first time today to celebrate my little brother birthday and it was AMAZING! Prices for snacks & drinks is totally acceptable and worth it! Staff was very accommodating and friendly! Thank you so much !! ️

Myself and friends with our kids came here on Halloween and this place is horrible. No Covid 19 guidelines. Their rules are to wear masks unless youre jumping. Thats dumb. Either you follow guidelines or not. Kids can get sick too. Other than that, this place is dirty and the people that visit there are trifling. Never again. Smh.

We had a lot of fun @ XPLOZONE TRAMPOLINE PARK. 75% of their floor is trampolines. They have 2 different foam pits, an obstacle course, dodgeball, a good size food stand.The price you cant beat it. 2 hours of continuous play for less than $20. If you go at night 2 hours before they close, its even cheaper. This spot is great place for the whole family fun. All 3 of my teenagers had an awesome time. We had so much fun, were coming back the next day to enjoy more fun. This time Moms getting in on the action.Dont worry if you have little ones, there are designated areas for little ones 6 & under.

Love bringing my kids here. They always have a blast and we usually can find a sweet Groupon deal. We bought a pair of socks years ago and wash them and bring them back every time. The bathrooms are always clean and the referees on the jump floor are very alert and enforce the rules.

This place is fun but only for a bit because after a while you get bored.

I dont know how much they charge, but the trampolines are pretty fun. Definitely a decent place to take your family for a party

So this was the first time my husband and kids came here and I can honestly say it’s pretty ok. If you never been to a trampoline park before then you should try this one out. However looking at pictures online made the park looked waaayyy bigger than what I seen in person. Kids had fun and I believe any kids will have fun because it’s a trampoline park, what kid doesn’t want to jump on a trampoline lol

Enjoyed my child’s birthday vacation and while we were in Vegas we found a cool place on Groupon! Affordable and safe fun for the entire family! Kids had a blast! While the big boys were playing, They also had a safe place for my 11month old daughter to play as well! Friendly staff and great snacks! Time well spent!!! Mom and dad enjoyed the massage chair while we watched the kids enjoy themselves!!

I like this place because of the setup. I have little kids, I want to be able to have them in my sight at all times even if they both take off in different directions. There are not that many attractions, like you would see in other trampoline parks, but do you really need all of that in one place. Im happy with the service, Im impressed how clean it is, and I really liked that the staff are not too overprotective. Yes, when there are too many kids, the rules come in handy and are helpful, but in some other places when they are not busy they get way too uptight. Thanks for the experience and please keep up the good work.

My children had a blast today here. I picked the two hour deal for $54, it was definitely worth it. I must say that the place was very clean, good for all ages, the staff was very friendly as well as welcoming. They have an area for ages 6 and under which is pretty cool as well as a few games, and a food area.

Great deal, 30 day pass only $64, son has a blast for hours several days a week.

We are visiting from Maryland. The kids had a ball!! I love the different trampolines and the swings were cool! The best part for the adults are the massage chairs. Great way to spend my time while waiting on my kids. Clean, cool staff...We will definitely come back here!!

Well the both times I went it was a Thursday around 4 and I had the whole place to myself!!I give it a thumbs up.. except for that petri dish foam pit those kids jump in. I did jump in it and then regretted it. Really. (yikes) But nice place!.

Took my daughter and 10 of her friends here for her birthday.... I would NOT recommend this place!!! So we had to pay 18 dollars per person, and then buy everyone socks at 3.25 per pair. Then the worst part was how uncomfortably hot in there it was. But if you have 2 dollars to shove into the wind tunnel every 5 minutes, then u shouldnt worry. Then we tried to order some food for the kids and the kid at the counter said he had other orders before us then he had to go clean the bay and THEN he could come back and put a hot dog in a bun for us. This place sucks BIG TIME!!!

We had the most amazing time. Xplozone is our favorite trampoline park. The location isn’t “preferred” but we’ve been here 3x and never encountered any issues. The facility is clean and well monitored. The staff is friendly and helpful. My kids love Xpolozone. Check Groupon for a great deal$$$

This place is great! There are some problems here and there, but overall I recommend it totally, staff is nice to me and my buddies, most kids are respectful, they know when to help, and they have great food. I recommend it 9/10

Kids will like it, parents maybe not. Play structures are in good shape with plenty of foam pits and trampolines. WiFi good. Ok parent seating and parents can keep shoes on to watch. The bathroom had seen better days, mens room was one stall and one urinal. Sink missing an aerator. The party room was too small for an average size party with old linoleum dirty.

Its fun but some of the attractions look dangerous and theres no where for the parents to comfortably sit and supervise unless you pay for the massage chair. They have these metal benches that should be illegal. This is a better place for teens and people looking to exercise and learn some trampoline tricks than it is for the younger set.

Me and my girlfriend came here on our day off with a Groupon and we had a blast they have good performance walls and pretty good regular trampoline would recommend coming here for a short fun time

Absolutely loved it! Perfect for my 5 yo and 1 yo they had a blast... There was enough activity even for myself. The snack bar is awesome and very reasonable. Cant forget the massage chairs. This is a great spot to chill and let loose. Great music playing and the staff is super nice and friendly.....Ill be back. My hubby had a great time #dodgeball too, especially the massage chair.

Brought the kids here to blow off some steam and it was so much fun. They loved the foam pits and dodge ball. This is one place Ill bring the kids back to. I will recommend to all.

The staff is unprofessional and untrained. The space is new but very small, They have cheap wire benches and no lockers to put valuables.The cashier had a hard time figuring out Groupon, she took about 10 min to get 3 kids and made the kids say their name out loud to get the wrist band, even made the 4 year old repeat his name and said he wasnt on there... absolutely no common sense or customer service.The employee at the ramp made an issue about my 4 year old not understanding the rules and complained about having to remind him not to run or walk on a trampoline while someone else is on it.We came in at 9:12pm it took this young man 5 min to explain the rules to a 4 year old and a 6 year old and wanted to wait until our entire party was there to let the kids play so finally started at 9:22pm and come 10pm got kicked off loosing out on the 22 min.Very untrained staff pretty much just a bunch of kids and one middle aged Asian guy running around running around yelling at kids they make it impossible for the kids to have fun.I had to end up paying to watch my 4 year old since one of the employees said I couldnt go help him up on the trampoline.SAFETY the carabiners were loose and not tightened, their jungle gym structure in the back has bolts without a stamped head showing the grade.Residential grade gym rings.Usually take the kids 2-3 times a month to place similar to this after this experience Ill never bring my kids back even if it were free.There are a few other places in town that are much better set up and beat this new company in customer service square footage and the kids can have fun.The best thing about this place was one employee, a young black man who played with the kids, encouraged them and made the visit worth while.

I arrived with a 11 and 14 year old thinking it was along the lines of Gravady or Flippin Out - except with food, which was a bonus in my eyes. We arrived and was immediately disappointed. None of the staff looked like they enjoyed being there, and there were about 150-175 kids all under the age of 8. My kids were explained the rules of no dual jumping, only one person on a jump square at a time, no running etc.Within minutes there were toddlers jumping on my kids “squares”, and running all over. When my kids went to run, staff yelled at them and told them it was against the rules.Our visit lasted about 10 minutes and 5 of that was taking off and putting shoes back on. I approached the staff at the counter to explain why we were leaving and all they said was “sorry about that”. Offered no refund seeing as we were there for 10 minutes and she cut the bands off knowing we were done... huge disappointment for older kids and staff was lacking in customer service. Will not be returning

Friendly staff. Came in for the 8-close special . $12 a person for two hours, cant complain about that! Foam pits, trampolines, rock climbing, and its its basically a huge jungle gym... Definitely coming back when im in the area.

We have been here multiple times to celebrate a kids birthday. It is a great venue to have a party. The kids have fun and are able to play hard and get their energy out. They have space for adults to relax and mingle while the kiddos play. It is a clean environment. They have sections for the party to meet and sing Happy birthday, etc. There is also a snack bar. It would be an ideal place to bring the kids in the summer too, so they can safely play when it it too hot outside.

We came here for a birthday party last year and it was a lot of fun! Love the rock wall, dodge ball and foam pits! We will continue to come back! Thanks to a Groupon we found that lead us here.

Food pretty good i leave the cheesestick deal. My kids loved the Trampolines and foam pit. 2 downfalls though. They didnt give me my full time i payed for and me and 3 different familes came in like 5 minutes apart but we were all called by wristband color. They round your time up which is what were paying for ? Dont make sense. And all 3 teenage girls were ok but seem to dislike their job or lack compassion to help a customer in need . get some happy faces in here of people that will enjoy the work and working with kids not hire kids that dislike younger kids. Maybe im wrong but i know what the energy feels like.

Very fun, clean and a lowkey hidden gem to take your kids to during the week to burn off some energy lol. On Mondays, you can jump all day for $14 and this includes in and out. Its a steal!

We had my son’s ninth birthday here today and everything was smooth sailing. The party area was large enough for over 20 people and the price was great. We paid 150 for 10 jumpers and use of the party area for two hours. I highly recommend your next birthday. Thanks for everything!

Its a fun place to take the kids, but be very careful theres a reason why they have you sign a waiver because you or your kids can have an accident, anything can happen. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a snack bar. Tables to sit and chill for thur kids are jumping around or you can watch them jump around close up just ask the staff how. Over all its fun just be careful.

I had an extremly poor experience. I came to celevrate my sons birthday. After i finished paying, my friend asked if the cubies were watched. The manager Jenny Cid said they were. I left my phone in the cubie because i was told it would be monitored. There were no.signs posted saying they werent responsible if items were lost. After speaking with the manager she first said she didnt know the people hanging by the stairs and layer find out she talks to them very often. As she was rebiewj g the tapes, she said there was no one by the cuibes but two custkmers said they saw them in the area. She refused to allow me to see the footage as well as give me any contact numbers for the owner or district manager.
