I hope the dine in food is better. Fries were cold. Tartar sauce was made with the wrong relish. And had to be the most bland version of blackened Ive ever had.

Tucked away and hidden, this park is fun for little kids. I have a lot of memories of being brought here 20+ years ago. Small natue trail, smaller boardwalk out to the water. I often time see manatee here, and on some occasion dolphins. You come out enough, youll even see some rays come near the boardwalk.

I like coming to this little gem. Its very relaxing to just sit down and hang out by the water. But coming here when its about to get dark is not a good idea, there are lots of that little flies ( I forgot the name) that bites.

Tucked away at the end of a residential neighborhood is the entrance to this nice picnic and playground. It has a turtle pond, trails and an overlook to the intercoastal waters, even saw a dolphin on this day!

One of my favorite parks in largo. Fair warning it is small but that means it isnt too much to take in briefly. The intercoastal views and wildlife are spectacular and always lively. The grounds are well kept and the people are not shady.

What a pleasant little corner of quiet in an area of hustle and bustle. There is a small kids playground, a good sized picnic shelter with grills. A small pond is present as well as an open field that was being used for kite flying. Two types of short trails are on the grounds, one set that goes through shrubs and trees and a second that follows elevated walkways through mangroves to a view of the Intercoastal waterway. Well worth a visit.

This place has been hiding in plain sight since we moved here to the area 3 months ago. We are so happy to have found it. There is a play area, a covered pavilion, bathrooms, nature trails, and a cool pier that you can walk out on and come to a covered dock that overlooks Indian rocks harbor. Super pretty! We were even lucky enough to see some fiddler crabs when we went.

This beautiful park is a hidden gem located on the intercoastal. I almost always see Dolphins when I visit this park and walk the boardwalk out to the water in the back of the park. So peaceful here!!! There are bathrooms, a covered pavilion and also picnic tables with barbeque grills. This is a great place for all: couples, families, kids birthday parties and walkers with the nature trail. This place has it all! :-)

What happened to the park?I recently visited Bonner Park, and was shocked at the condition of what once was a beautiful, well kept, park. There has clearly been no maintenance except maybe a little mowing. The trails are so over grown, and littered with fallen branches. There was standing water everywhere, full of mosquito larvae. Homeless people have been hanging out there.Feels unsafe!!!Whomever is in charge of this park should be ashamed!!!!!

I live directly adjacent to this lovely park. It is like living in the woods in the most densely populated county in Florida. The walking trails are so tranquil, and they remind you of what Pinellas County really looked like before development. The birding trail at the park entrance has a natural stream flowing up from underground to the Gulf. I have have found through research that the stream was used by the local Indians who inhabited the area in the 1500s. There is also a kayak launch and a boardwalk that leads to a quiet pavilion over the water. Come at low tide and you will see lots of birds roaming about the intracoastal waterway feeding. Nature abounds, especially at night. I often hear owls hooting...sometimes I hoot back! I have spotted bald eagles in the daytime among the taller trees, as well as a variety of birds in winter, as it is a migration spot. I am amazed about how many visitors find this local gem. I have talked to people from not only all over the US, but also Vancouver, Amsterdam, Gibraltar, Cape Town, and others. It is well worth the visit!

Nice Largo city park for picnics, hiking, playing sports. A nature boardwalk that goes into the bay with a shelter on the water. Playground that accommodates many children. Picnic shelters, grills, restrooms, turtle pond, woodland trails, and large grassy areas for sports. Dogs on a leash are welcome. There is a large fire ring for use by special permission. Off the main roads and not known by many.
