Its a great place to star gaze if your into star gazing. If your looking for a safe park to enjoy both in the day and at night. This is the place to go. The trails are well lit at night. The park is very clean and well maintained. Im sure if you enjoy sledding in the winter this would be the best place around. There are many hidden things that may not have been found by others at this park. Its a must see all around year around. Take your mind off the Covid and take your kids for a walk or your significant other or as a family. Something to do for everyone. Facilities are also very clean and well maintained. 5 stars all around I recommend to everyone. Of all ages!! God Bless

Ideal newly paved walking trail, well maintained beautiful park between Lansing & Dewitt that offers a basketball court, small playground, picnic area with grills & canopy, a sledding hill in the winter and an ice hockey rink. Really a beautiful park away from the city madness.

Really nice paved walking trails, three pavilions with picnic tables, bathrooms, basketball courts, softball/baseball field, playground and plenty of parking. Also cool to see the planes so close overhead landing at the airport!

One of our favorite place to hang out as a family. We love the soccer field, its kept clean and well maintained. The trails are just perfect to jog or walk, really a great way to connect with nature. The hill just gives a wonderful view at night. Cant wait to be here again in winter!

Clean, shaded trails, simple but fun play area with a public bathroom and drinking fountain. Theres a covered picnic area, lots of great hills...shade is a bit of an issue outside of the picnic spot, but the park is rather new, and trees are working hard on that, I hear. ;)

Great place, quiet, lots of paved paths and unpaved walking trails. My 2 yo and 4 yo love it!

Lovely area but bees were very problemic. Lots flying around and being pesky. I was stung severely. Affects lasted 3 days. Never have experienced a bee sting that severely.. does Granger spray the park area?

Large open spaces, clean, well maintained. Good pavilions with solid tables. Even in heat, its open enough for breezes.

Very nice trail, its completely paved and is very spacious. There is a very large hill for snow sledding and two playgrounds that i saw for children.P.S. no dogs allowed and watch out for karens that might want to report your for no reason.

2 parking Lots. Pro s Lots of options basketball, skating, pond (no swimming). Wooded walk, rolling grass walk, sledding hill in winter. Bathrooms, pavilions. Paved walk ways. Cons Limited dog options, across the street and it is a grassy trail.

Beautiful, well-groomed trails with a great hike up a tall sledding hill. Nice views off the hill.

Park is easy to get to. Very pretty, and usually quiet. Decent parking lot, handicap accessible.

Great, paved winding path that weaves in and out of pretty secluded shaded woods. Some of the path is lit up by lamp posts which gives it a really cool effect at dusk. The curves make it very difficult to see if someone is around the corner, so you need to go slow on a bike. The path takes you to another park with a playground, wooded disc golf course, and baseball field. Good park for a workout. Theres a spot for sprinting up and down a long set of wooden steps, a roller hockey rink, basketball hoops, and a pavillion. Gave it four stars because both times we went there were some very rowdy groups of people. The noise from the pavillion echoes really loud.

This is my second time here really enjoy it peace and quiet sitting underneath a nice shade tree relaxing taking it all in listening to the birds...But I do smell a little trash when the wind blows from the Granger dump not far from here..

Nice park. Love the trails. Theres a lot to do here. They have playgrounds with some really nice equipment. There are soccer fields, baseball diamonds, basketball courts, a roller hockey thing, nature trails, pavilions, bathrooms that are open year round, and trails for walking, running, and biking.

Great place to walk, trails are paved and well maintained, amenities include a soft ball field, soccer field, basketball court, picnic tables and restrooms as well as a hockey field, you may see deer and other wildlife such as geese, ducks etc. Nice place to getaway for a quiet and serene experience.

My favorite place to take the kids for a walk because of the stairs.

This is a nice Green Park with wide open spaces but sadly there is a slight odor there. The owner isnt too bad but thats the only reason it didnt get five stars

Really i love this place-its a great place for a jog or an uphill challenge trot. Its just that the garbage+recycle place is next door and that speads an unpleasant odor this time of year.

This park is great. The path around it is perfect for walking/running and has climbs and descents. The basketball courts and jungle gym offer hours of fun. The area would be ideal for celebrations too! I look forward to going back again very soon!

I went to this park in the summer because I heard it has a really nice sledding hill to watch the sunset. It was a bit of a walk to get there because we parked on the wrong side of the park. We had to walk through a trail that was well embedded within trees. While it was fun to walk it when the sun was still out, walking back after dark was somewhat unnerving even though it was well lit. You can just sense more sounds and presence of animals around you.The actual view was on top of the hill was absolutely priceless. However because there is a lot of tall grass on top of the hill, it was less ideal for my friend who had shorts on to be up there. Bugs like tall grass. So I’d recommend wearing clothes that cover most of the skin especially if you have little ones who will be closer to the tall grass. Every once in a while I would hear movement in the tall grass which again was a little unnerving even if it may have been a harmless creature of the park.It was a memorable experience that is worth doing again and again.

Great place! Went for the basketball court by th fire department but wasnt shoveled. Still had fun!

The kids had fun on the playground. Just wish it was a little bigger for them to run around and have fun (the playground that is).The sledding hill is awesome though

There is so much to do so this hidden gem of a park. My wife and I love to go here on date nights and walk the trails, but there is also a if family friendly options available too!

Park is clean and well maintained, facilities are kept clean. Overall a great park. Police patrol regularly so no rift raft

Its a good park, with trails and play equipment, pavilions for parties and gatherings. My kids love coming here.

The dog walking restriction is unreasonable.

Took the hoops down park sucks now. Take my kids somewhere else now.

Good place to run up and down the steps to the top of the hill. I enjoyed going across the street and walking the dogs through the woods. They do have a trail that goes east and west

I try to get my steps in at Granger Meadows. The place has different paths which allows for a variety of walks. The millage is well marked. The tree lined path is pretty. A great place for a walk. Bring bug spray though. The misquitos can be heavy.

Nice facilities for reunions, large outdoor gatherings. Covered area, electric outlets, tables & benches and well kept restroom facilities.

To me, its more for the fishing and small boating, it has picnic tables, just thought theres be a swimming side and play area.Its great for tanning and hanging out, so far as I have seen, yet its still developing

Hung out with the best girl ever. Its got a nice trail to walk or jog on. Pavilions and a kids play area.

Been running here for the Huntingtons 5k for a few years now. The park and pavillions are always clean and the park is well taken care of.

Very clean, well kept. Lots of places to explore and fairly quiet away from the playground. Will come again

Beautiful park. I took my kids there to play and run around for a bit and they had a blast. The landscaping is really well taken care of and its just a pretty place. I like that it sits out aways because it seems to be less busy. Would definitely take my kids back there.

Its a childrens park and has a basketball court where you can find high school kids playing. No charging points, restrooms present. Nice place to just sit, dont expect a lot.

Neat park. Doesnt even smell, which given how close it is to raw trash is amazing. Lots of things you can do, parks walking trails, open fields, and lots of areas to picnic and gather.

Bathrooms closed, and it was stinky, but according to them and the literature they send out there is no smell coming from the landfill.....figure that out. Basketball hoops need help, climbing rock very much cracked, all over.swings are on life support.......

Very beautiful view and great for sleding in the winter ... granger does do nice work to there old dumps. And surrounding areas .

Its great for gatherings of people, but the family dog has to sit this one out. There is a dog friendly trail, but its often a muddy mess and its shorter than the nice, paved people- only trail across the street. My family only plans outings where we can take the whole family.

We love this park! Never too busy, and perfect spot for a romantic walk or picnic atop the sledding hill. Many memories made here

This is a well maintained park with a very good paved path that runs the length of it, as well as a short dirt pathway through the woods. There is a skating rink and sledding hill and a nice kids playground. Great place for a walk or jog.
