First time here, the tiki bar was awesome for a cocktail and a nice burger. Honestly its great to have this place within 15 minutes from home. Im not a big drinker but if I were to have 3 or 4 drinks I would not break the bank by taking uber home. DONT DRIVE AFTER DRINKING!

Absolutely my favorite bar. Every bartender Ive ever been a customer to has been more than courteous. Krystal, Bridget and Kristen are the sweetest most friendliest bartenders weve had. They make the best drinks and almost know exactly what you want without even knowing yourself. Regular customer only because of how great their service is.

Nice looking place view of golf course. Wait staff was good but they kitchen took 40 minutes to get food out not what I ordered. A groupe said the same thing while I was waiting. 3 of 4 in my party received what ordered. I had to wait 15 min for the correct order. I ordered a burger no cheese, with yellow mustard, lettuce, tomato and a slice of red onion, no mayonnaise, ketchup. I got cheese, mayonnaise and ketchup and no tomato. The waitress couldnt of been nicer. The manager never came. Everyone else had finished. I got mine doggie bag. We left.

The new owners are by far the best that has graced Maggies. They know how to make sure patrons are safe without effecting their service and fine food.A++++++

My wife and I were fortunate enough to visit Maggies while visiting from Seattle. A friend knew of the place...What a great spot! We had a few small plates and everything was delicious! The bacon wrapped prawns were fantastic! Did I mention we are from Seattle? The staff was awesome (our server Nicole is a rockstar)! Its obvious the owner takes a lot of pride in the quality of food and service. We will no doubt make this a staple stop next time we are in town!

Have been going there after playing golf on Friday nights. Service is excellent and so is the food. Would recommend to anyone.

I have frequented Maggis for a few months now and the service is always excellent. The food is excellent as well from the Buffalo wings & Burgers to their seafood, I have never had a bad meal. Their wings are some of the best around. I like the $5 Yueng and Wings (5 wings and a pint of Yuengling for $5). The servers are above avg most of the time. Come hungry leave satisfied.

We go here probably 5 out of the 7 days of the week and are never disappointed. They staff and bartenders are always ready to serve you, no matter what time you arrive. The drinks are more than what you pay for and the food is actually really great for just bar food.

The small dining area in the back behind the bar, is just a little too dark for our liking. However, The service was excellent. The food was excellent and priced very fair for being located in Lakewood. We will definitely come again Lord Willing.

A friend of mine and I went last summer as the weather got nicer. However we had to go to the bathroom, so we asked the closest employer where the bathroom was. A young man then led us through the basement I guess where the stock room was to the bathroom, witch seemed super weird. However we didnt even think about it .All we knew was that we had to use the bathroom so baldy. As soon as we got to the bathroom a middle aged woman came busting through the door asking my friend and I if we were stealing from the stock room. She then proceeded to tell us that another employee had told her that they had seen 2 African American ladies going through the stock room. When we were simply lead to the bathroom through the stock room by an employee. It came off extremely stereotypical, I would Never visit Maggies again. Not a nice feeling to be publicly humiliated and profiled in a public restroom for all to see. We didnt even recieve an apology for the false accusations, That is never okay.

Was there today food is good kitchen on point but the service terrible I left hungry we were going to order more food but couldn’t we were upstairs sitting at a table 1 bartender doing everything needless to say we left instead of ordering more food if you weren’t at the bar you were basically ignored not the first time. Great food and atmosphere. Parking can be difficult especially on the weekend. Downstairs has nice games but is a bit dark, it is in the basement though.

An oasis in the middle of Lakewood, Maggies Bar & Grill has an outdoor tiki bar that is dog friendly. Major credit to their bartender, Chelsea, for encouraging the new owners to make the space dog friendly. She was also super nice and gave Brie a rum bucket of water! You may sit at the bar or the patio area with your pup

Everytime I go here, it’s usually in a big group. And they can always accommodate us. There’s three parts to the bar. One is more sophisticated and calm, on room is more for gaming (probably the younger crowd) and the outdoor is for everyone. They have great food on top of great drinks. The staff is always wonderful, pleasant and welcoming. One of my favorite bars in the area. I will be back. Love this place (enjoy my selfies y’all)

I was a regular here for a few years enjoying the food and drinks until things changed. Maybe new owners? The new website doesnt list daily happy hour food and drink specials like the old website. I tried contacting the owners, but never heard back. Any update?

Worst service ever. Last day of school and it’s mobbed (as it is every year). They were told about end of year parties here. ONE bartender at each bar and they DEFINITELY can’t handle it. No waitresses. I work in this industry as a second job and no way would this ever be acceptable.

A hidden gem! Located at the Lakewood Country Club - the sports bar in fabulous. Food is great and awesome drink specials and contests too! My kids love the arcade games in the lower level sports bar. Fire pits in the winter and tiki bar in the summer. It truly has everything for a great night out!

I never knew about this place until now. Everyone raves about it and tells me to try it. They were right. Food is unbelievable, servers are extremely friendly, my experience was awesome. Wings are made perfectly and sandwiches are to die for. Definitely coming back.

Ive been going here since they opened in 2008 and they always have great food and the staff is just as impressive. I used to go here at night on Saturdays they get a dj and they have billiards, games, and lots of tvs, but recently they started enforcing a dress code last time I was their that I dont agree with so I guess Ill only be coming back for food during the day.

I messaged them on July 12th about this and didn’t receive a response, so I’m posting it here. Extremely disappointed in the service tonight. Waited over an hour for half our order (sushi only) other food didn’t come out. We asked about it, she said she was going to check on it, and then someone else came and retook the order. We canceled the order, and were comped a beer that we didn’t drink because we were leaving.I’m assuming the person who retook the manager was a manager, but she didn’t introduce herself as such, and she didn’t ask what she could do to make it right.As a chef, I understand that the kitchen can get in the weeds, and mistakes will happen. But to not try to rectify the situation is mind boggling to me. To charge full price on half an order when you know customers were dissatisfied is either someone not caring, poor training, or just terrible customer service.I’m not leaving this as a review, because my mother is a regular and she says the customer service is usually great, so I don’t want it to affect your business negatively.

Dont get out here often enough! I like to have an appetizer of sushi before the main entree but sometimes can be full after just the sushi. Always nice to have a friend to help eat half... Had fish-n-chips, very good, large portion and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately I was here for a family members funeral, but my family has also had weddings here, and I have to say the staff was all entirely friendly and wonderful, and the food was absolutely phenomenal. The chicken marsala was fabulous as well as the string bean salad? I dont even know what to call it it was hot string beans with almonds on to. The sausage and peppers and penne vodka were also a thumbs up and even the fruit seemed better. The place was beautiful and I think my Uncle would have really enjoyed it.

3 bars. 1 is alfresco with music most nights. Food is available in all. Ordered Irish natchos. It is potato pancakes with cheese, bacon bits. Yum. Ordered Marsala Pizza. Terrible.I saw many orders for sushi. It must be good. The biggest problem 4 me with outdoor eating is the flies and people smoke at the bar and courtyard. The full restaurant is also available.

Its nice at the underground but the fact that my kids cant play in the arcade is rediculous. My kids love arcades and would love to play but thy have a stupid 18+ rule. Which makes no sense to me they are games that a completely appropriate for kids. Service was not good and good was average. I recommend dont go here

We sat outside and the flies were everywhere!! They didn’t even have citronella candles anywhere!! The siding on the restaurant wasn’t nice it needed to be updated. Falling off and just looked very bad. With the money they make they should make it look decent!

After a round of golf a great place to recap your round with the gang, have a liberation, a great meal and served by helpful friendly staff, what could be better! Oh! How about decent prices!

Outside bar has a zillion flies, inside is much better. Sushi seems to be very good, drinking out of plastic cups make the drinks a little less tasty....

Awesome drinks and food, 3 great bars, one is outside. Great live music, you will have a blast.

I enjoy coming here during the summer when the outside tiki bar is open. Downstairs club bar has lots of arcade and bar games while the upstairs bar is nice and has a cocktail bar feel to it. Prices are decent and there is usually a good beer or drink special going on.

I will not return. Staff was not attentive at all. We sat there and waited for someone to acknowledge us and after about 10 minutes we just left.

Good for a Friday night

I had a TERRIBLE experience. The security guards were terrible. Very rude and nasty. Never again will I be returning. Need to have more professional people working there. Staff members are awful.

A hidden hem in Lakewood! We only sat outside at the Tiki bar and listened to some live music. It is a unique place, besides the Tiki bar there is another restaurant and a bar in the basement.

Slowest bartenders ever. Takes an hour to get 1 drink even on a slow day/night. DO NOT recommend for anyone
