This has been my go to bowling location for pretty much my entire life. It makes me sad to say that since Bowlero has taken over, things seem to have gone down hill.The lanes themselves are great, always have been. Lots of TVs to watch the game with great accommodations all around.However, the staff routinely have to be reminded that they have specials going on, for some reason they dont seem to know what their own website says is going on. Just because the website says they have a special on a certain day, doesnt mean they will actually be able to give you a lane to take advantage of these specials.Today, I went in at 7:00 PM right when the special started, and was told they would have no open lanes for most the night due to league play. I understand that Thursdays are popular for leagues, but only half the lanes were actually occupied. The staff, not understanding there own specials, didnt have any extra lanes open that the leaguers werent using and werent willing to open one. (I should note, there were 15 consecutive lanes in-between two leagues that were unoccupied.)They have an opportunity to make some extra money by honoring their own bowling special, but instead their ignorance has lost them a customer.My advise, call ahead. No matter what the website says, just call ahead.

We celebrated my 11 year olds bday here and had a fantastic time. August the manager was super friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and even scrounged up some candles for us when we left ours at home. Food was good and plentiful, social distancing and masks were required but we still had a great time. We will be back. Thank you.

Honestly its just out if price range. $50 for 4 people. was decent and had fun. But they have you hold your credit card when you first come and then cash out at the end so you dont really know how much youve spent until you all finish up. Might go back but itll probably wait until theres some kind of discount night

August (front desk/manager) assisted us mainly. He had exceptional customer service. Made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Very accommodating with the change in our plans. The facility is the cleanest I’ve been to in all the bowling alleys I’ve been to in Colorado. Although this location is further from my home, we will be coming back. Thank you for making our visit enjoyable.

This bowling alley has a great vibe. This is mostly because of the customers. All of the staff seem a bit distracted or just not quite present. There are a few female waitresses running around that are incredible human beings though. They make this place great. I never really have a problem with the lanes, and the food is pretty good too. Highly recommend the spicy chicken sandwich. I frequent this place.

We had a great time. At first I felt like the Covid protocols were a little over the top, but the safety of their guests was clearly uppermost to them. Lets applaud them for the steps they took.

For us bowling is a timeless pastime and tons of fun. This Bowlero is clean, friendly and well maintained. Its a little pricey but if you come on Sundays or Thursdays there are great deals and always fun!

I loved it, it was fun for me and my family there are some great deals! The food is a little expensive though but except that the visit was great!

Poor service even though the lanes were empty. Also ordered food. BIG MISTAKE!! Not only is the the food overpriced. But I had to completely get a refund for anything with nacho cheese as it had been left out overnight and was treated as though I should deal with it. Terrible experience and as a person who bowls league regularly I wont be returning.

They are doing a great job during Covid keeping everyone safe by cleaning the areas near the lanes after people are done bowling. They are keeping our league distanced as well as they possibly can.

I was hoping to save a little bit of money by purchasing a groupon that would cut the price of bowling almost in half. I was notified that the voucher was not valid for use until 24 hrs after purchase. There was a bit of a waitlist so we waited. The guy up front said they were running a deal for $13.98 of unlimited bowling, but forgot to mention the price of the shoe rentals! Turns out I ended up paying $76.94 for 2 adults and 2 children!! I feel like this was such a rip off! My sister was in the bathroom while we were getting our shoes so when she was ready to pick up hers up James rudely asked for her receipt and told her he couldn’t give her shoes until she showed him a receipt. Unfortunately when I paid, the guy that charged me forgot to give me a receipt so when I went back to ask for a copy of my receipt James insisted he had gave me receipt when he wasn’t even the one to charge me! If I was really planning on spending this much I would have ended up going to a much nicer place with better food and service!

Had a lot of fun, but Im a league bowler and was not expecting for the lanes to be completely dry. It is a little on the high side per game on a Saturday night

I was able to reserve two bowling lanes day of, it was fun, and my friends had a blast.

Danni and Jamie are awesome. The lane where super dry and they had Justin come and hook it up. If you want a great staff experience come here. They are all awesome!!!! Staff is AWESOME. The facility is awesome. Food is good, reasonably priced. No complaints. Pricing is a bit steep @ $7 per game per person, we are used to $5 per game at many other alleys.

DO NOT DO A LEAGUE HERE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! I have now driven there 4 times in their scheduled time frame to make up a game, pre or post and they are booked solid, thats 50 minutes wasted for me each time. What is the point of showing up on their time and they book every lane. Can they not save like 6 lanes for league players? People who pay every week and make time every week dont get time to quickly make up a game? We already lose our time if someone wants to rent out the whole alley for the night. Go there on a Tuesday in the morning, there are two leagues so all lanes are gone, go there on a Wednesday one league and a every other lane is taken. Talk to the manager, oh come here on a Sunday, maybe I am crazy, but you mean to tell me a weekend day is gonna be less busy than weekday in the middle of the day. I have had other players in my league show up on a day that THE STAFF suggested and when they got there it was packed solid! What the hell. This was my first league to be in and I was very excited, this will be my last. Either reserve time for league players to make up games or get rid of some leagues so its not so over crowded.

I bought a Groupon which had to be purchased 24 hours in advance. I checked the website to make sure there would not be league play on the week night we wanted to play. There was none listed for this location. We arrived and every lane was occupied with league play. When I asked why it was not listed on the website, I was told Our manager does not like to post league play. Only in town for a few days, so headed back home today. I am out $22.00 because he doesnt like to post. Thanks a lot!

Went to go bowl with a bunch of friends on the unlimited night but ended up arguing with the staff. They claimed we said that we didn’t wanna do the unlimited night when in fact we did. They were gonna charge us for 3 games with shoes for each individual person. Would not bowl here again staff are very unfriendly. The manager also didn’t even try to help and chose to just stay in the back office. Horrible!!

Fun experience. We had a really nice girl waiting on us all night which we havent had in other bowling alleys. We always had drinks and the kids had food. The screens were playing a variety of things, such as a childs movie, snowboarding, and music videos.The only thing I would change is the music. It was very pop-like and not for our age group.

Large bowling alley and fun arcade! Kinda bummed everything is by a play card now instead of quarters and dollars. But they do have fun and cheap specials daily.

Stopped in for Tuesday tacos. Cant beat 2.88 Tacos and Bowling games. Carter was super helpful and accommodating not to mention funny. Food was great no one complained we ordered super late and we didnt have to wait long. Definitely will be back. Thanks Carter!

Management has no respect for league bowlers. Whos bright idea is it to have hardwood floors in a bowling alley where people can walk through water and get hurt while bowling?! Managers dont seem to care about concerns related to true bowlers. They are more worried about the dollar than the loyal customers. Skimping on oil to try and save a buck. Go anywhere but here!

Friendly staff. Can be hard to get a lane at times due to all the leagues but the lanes are good. Prefer not to bowl in the dark lighting, because yiou can’t see the arrows. all in all it is a good place to bring family and friends.

Awesome place to go bowling! My first time I went here was New years of the end of 2017. Everybody is very nice, and helpful! And also went here recently and the people that worked their was very active and helpful. This place is popping during New years eve! cause they turn off the lights while you bowl. Whoever likes bowling make sure to check this place out! If you never went bowling before I encourage you to try it out. All it takes is a little technique in the arm and thats it. The new decor is not for league bowlers. With the new flooring and table arrangements,not erognonic or safe. The floors were dirty before but, now you can at least see the dirt and travel the minefield of dirt and liquid spills better. Staff is always great

We went here because we live close by and the kids wanted to bowl. We were shocked when we checked in to find out that shoe rentals are $6 and games are also $6; that means our family of 4 could bowl ONE game for $50?! We let the kids do one but they were disappointed we didnt bowl with them and they only got one game. Will not be going back. The ambiance seemed ok and we didnt try the food or anything. I guess if you can afford $50 for 30 minutes of entertainment this is the place for you.

Dani Is the woman! The lanes were really dry and no one wanted to work with us but she did her best and was super nice/amazing/sweet. Then Jaime waxed the lane.

Oh man brought in the 2020 here and had a bowling ball of a time. An let me say the waitress Frankie is awesome best waitress in town very good at her job and is very beautiful.couldnt of brought in the new year at a better place. Thanks Bowlero An Frankie.

Newly remodeled, friendly staff, nice arcade with good gameplay deals on some days. Overall fun bowling experience. The food could be better, though.

The night was busy and pretty expensive..The lane we were on glitched the entire time we played and we brought this to their attention several times. They waited until the 7th frame of our second game to tell us theyd move us. We were not going to bowl another game because the two games we bowled took us two hours.They apologized for the inconvenience of the evening but thats about as far as it went.We wont be back.

Good price for bowling but everything felt dirty. DO NOT BUY ALCOHOL HERE. No one here knows how to make a drink. Theyre either all juice or all liquor and over priced af.

When we were here a guy almost got a perfect game. That was so impressive.The prices are fair, the bathrooms are safe, and they also have a pool table! I sometimes feel uncomfortable bowling next to really good bowlers cause I’m not so good, but I still have fun. I used a heavy ball and my fingers got a little sore.Bowlero can get very busy sometimes so try to come when they aren’t so busy.The music is a little loud and they play songs that are catchy and overplayed, but nothing awful.My friend entered my name wrong on the score board and I had to play the whole game as Cable. SO EMBARRASSING.Will definitely come again.

Celebrating a birthday death in family and friends was treated with extra care and made us feel good. Food the flatbread pizza was excellent and beer buckets cold. Would definitely recommend a place to eat,. Bowl, and have fun.

The bowling here is decent. They have good deals throughout the week so pay attention to that. The food is not worth it here so eat before you come. Also there is a small game center, like small. And the prices arent great but if your kiddo wants to play games they do half price games some days

Way better than some other bowling alley that okay awful kids music. Its still really annoying pop but, there are some decent songs and they always have sports or something on the projectors while you bowl.

My son had his 14th birthday party here (Lakewood, CO location). The staff was welcoming and very attentive, accomodating and friendly to the kids and parents. I would be very happy having another party here!

This place is close to home and has a decent amount of lanes. The lanes arent super oiled, but overall pretty good. I believe they have bowling specials mostly everyday besides Saturdays

DO NOT BOWL HERE. My son made reservations for two lanes for his birthday. We live in Evergreen and received 14 inches of snow on the night we were supposed to bowl. We also had a deep fog. My son called and explained the situation and tried to cancel and was told he was going to lose his money. When the regional manager was contacted he said he wanted to make it right and that he would receive the refund. An email was received stating the refund was not going to be received. When the regional manager was contacted again he said too bad youre not getting your money nothing I can do. WOW what poor customer service. Glad to know how much the dollar means to you. Thanks for caring about the safety of the people in your community!!!!!!!!!!

The lanes pull extremely to the left. My spare straight ball even pulls to the left. The oil washes out after the first game. There is no consistency in oil pattern. They have these funky colored lights that causes extreme glare on the approach. The new floor in the bar is filthy. You can barely get to the air because they put the control for the computer right in front of it. They put these stupid tables and a shelf right in front of the bowling area that you can’t see the bowling. I’m sorry I joined a league there.

Standard bowling alley with small arcade. Clean and functioning. I’ve bowled there a handful of times and no complaints.

Clean, well maintained, and pleasant staff! Its a bowling alley, but no complaints. Food looked good (& no complaints from the 3 that ate while we were bowling), but didnt partake myself. Bar looked pretty well stocked and the bloody Marys looked delicious (but as the driver, I didnt partake in those either. )

The remodeling is amazing.

Great spot for bowling, but be weary of all you can bowl on Fridays. College kids have no bowling etuquette.

We had our company Christmas party here, it was a good time, everything was relatively clean and the staff was attentive and friendly.

I always enjoy going to this bowling alley. The staff there is amazing and so is the food and drinks. Plus my daughter always has such a great time there she loves the game room.

Fun laid back environment. This was my first time visiting this place it was clean and the food was pretty good.

What a super cool place. They turned the lights down in the middle of the day on a Saturday to replicate midnight bowling and it was really cool. The option for bumper lanes on or off in between bowlers would be nice though. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the time there.

We mentioned that we were charged for a large but received a small and they said since we didn’t have a receipt they couldn’t refund us or verify what we purchased. They are cheap!! Don’t go here

Every time Ive gone there to play with team, the wait staff and bartender have been been very pleasant. And the workers at the shoe desk were very nice and accommodating. Overall I would definitely recommend this bowling alley to all my friends.

Being on a league is the only way I can afford to bowl here (6+ dollars a game). Decent lanes and big leagues, just wish they would treat league bowlers better.
