The ticket counter machines Its in the middle of everything. My little one have fun regardless. But for me Im not coming back here is just too small for me Also some parents let the little baby crawl on the floor Near the machines. Long story short A baby was crawling towards that racing machines which I was walking tours and I think it was the mom sitting at table on her cell. I just turned around went back to playing the ninja turtles

They need to keep this place a lot cleanne and the workers need to be friendlier to the customers.

We had a great time as always at Chuck E Cheese but the services were horrible. Got our order wrong, half the machines didnt give tickets correctly and grown men stealing tickets from children. Really just a three star to the brand cause this location has super lazy staff. Like even the person dressed up as Chuck couldnt summon more than a thumbs up during our kids birthday party. Lesson learned, Chuck E Cheese is great, Chuck E Cheese in Lakewood is like the tough luck version I guess.

First time here and the kids love it. Its clean and the pizza and salad is good! Id like to commend Emmanuel for being courteous and professional. I approached him after the machine was malfunctioning and he was understanding and remedied the issue and was friendly while doing so.He is the perfect example of how employees should represent a company. I hope the manager reads this and acknowledges it.

This location has several games/photo attractions that werent working which was disappointing, especially since it isnt that big of a location. Staff was pleasant, just wish Chuck was a bit more lively. Overhead music was cool...its really hard to say how it is during busy times as we went early on a Monday.Pizza was pretty good, high chair looked like it could use a good cleaning but other than that, it seemed clean enough. Probably would opt to visit others even tho we came here based off of online reviews.

They have this good deal now, Large Cheese Pizza $4.99 and only two dollars more if you want to add pepperoni. Call them ahead, I went in and out. 12 slices too

This Chuck E cheese is a bit dated. Could use a revamping as far as the games and rides the staff is patient and friendly enough. The manager had an interesting name and was very helpful and accommodating to me as i didnt plan correctly food was good. Better than I expected.

Might of the been just yesterday but this Chuck E. Cheese was not crowded and the service was impressive. Pizza was mediocre but enjoyable along with beer and salad bar. Overall it was great tho I felt it needed more games.

This location seem smaller than other locations I have been to. Maybe because its the weekend and raining but it was seriously crowed. We had to walk around the whole area to find seating. This location needs more seating. When we finally found seats it was by the ticket muncher. So there were folks always crowed by our seats and food. Chuck e cheese need to get rid of the tickets and use the cards to keep track of points accumulated. 3 stars because my kid was happy even if I was not.

Attended birthday party for niece. The service was excellent. Children had a good time.

My toddler is always disappointed and cries after the countdown is over and Chuck E doesnt come out. If Chuck E is not making an appearance then there should not be a countdown to purposely upset all the kids present. I visit frequently and this has happened a few times. Nice staff.

It was really fun i went there today because today was my younger cousins birthday it was really fun the employees were nice and when the machines stop working the workers help out the food and drinks were great and its a really fun place to go for a birthday if your a kid or maybe teen.

Came in for the T-mobile discount . worst chuck E. Chesse. Dirty, half the games dont work.The service was terrible. Only good thing was the food. 5 star for the cheif. When asked to help with a game that did not work. The female representative told me to go look for the guy thats repairs the games. This place needs a lot of work. Also not a manager giving hook ups to friends talking to female customer the hole time.

Love to bring my kids here they always have so much fun! Party packages are a little pricey but definitely worth all the smiles!

Not to Croweded on a weekday also, all the games were working unlike some other Chuck E Cheeses in other locations in the Los Angeles Area. Pizza and chicken was nice fresh and good. Kids enjoyed it. Also theres beer and wine for the adults to purchase.

I went to this location for a birthday party my first impression walking in was how disorganized everything was. No one was there to check us in (stamp us) another thing the line for the cash prizes and to order food was just a mess. People were clutter everywhere you couldn’t tell which line was which. Another thing I didn’t like I was looking for a high chair they had one that didn’t even buckle I couldn’t find an employee to ask if they had more. I feel like the service was very poorly

Omg!!!! Will not be returning came there order First and I had to wait and hour and a half for my order. Next they didnt use gloves when handling the chicken next thing the guy shirt touches the chicken as well when I pointed it out thats when her removed the pices number 4 they gave one of my pizza away I had to wait an additional 30 minutes ... Do not go to this one they were unclean and unprofessional.

The worst place ever to take your kids !The noise that the 100s of kids make is not the problem, the problem is that they serve alchohol and I strongly disagree with that. There are all sort of weirdos drunk at Chuck e cheese ! It should be for kids to enjoy!!! plus the place is filthy and too crowded for such a small place. I dont recommend it. Had a Birthday party for my twins 6th birthday. And pizza was served 10 minutes before party was over. Server was not refilling our drinks. Kept asking about our food and nothing was done for our guests. And we had to move because they had another party scheduled.

Always bring my younger and sometimes older family here.Weekends down in Lakewood location if u dont get there at opening expect it to get crowded really crowded after 12p.m. Enjoyed the games earning tickets for the kids was a blast and they always make out.Food is ok not really there for that.Great treats though.Lots of prizes for kids to get when redeeming tickets from games.Had a blast great place to run out the kids especially on a hot day.LOVE THE SKEEBALL STILL AT 44 YRS OLD

Its chuck e cheeses so more than likely you will enjoy yourself but I really like this specific location. I take my toddler often because its close to us. We go random times throughout the week (Sunday through Saturday, mornings/evenings) and its never been over-crowded. Theyre pretty good at keeping the machines up and running properly. Chuck e comes out and dances a lot and the location is convenient.

The kids have fun always but they should make it more adult friendly also. Dave and Busters type of feel. I know people will say but its for kids. Yes but kids dont spend the money the adults do. More activities for adults means longer visits and more money for chuck E. Cheese.

I dont care too much for their pizza but thats not what you really come here for. You come here for the kids. The staff here is absolutely wonderful. At a place like this, the employees have to like kids. They have the perfect employees there, kid friendly, bubbly, helpful employees.Even the adults in our party had fun.

This was my first time to ever have a party here and my last. The party host wasnt on time. Everything was un organized. This was her first time to do a party therefore she should have been shadowed to make sure she did it correctly. Im not mad at her, Im disappointed with management for that. She didnt even know she was hosting it til she got there. I ordered the mega star package and they forgot to give me the goodies bags. Since it was my first time to have a party there, I totally forgot about the goodie bags until the following day. When I spoke to the the manager that next day she offered me to go pick up the goodie bags. What good was it going to do me after the fact? A different manager offered me $44.00 to be refunded back for the candy bags so I did that. I was suppose to get 9 balloons for the tables and only got 6. I definitely wont be going back there.

First of all the kids love this place (of course)The whole place seems to be taken care of pretty good. The bathrooms are clean and the workers do a pretty good job of cleaning up the continual mess in the general area. I mean, kids are running around with food in their mouths carrying tons of paper tickets, so there is always something on the floor but not excessive.The staff are helpful and reasonable. Each time we have been here our food has come extremely late, but the staff was apologetic and gave either free food platters of free tokens.The games are mostly in good working order. At least one game is out of order at any given visit. But the biggest thing about this place, is the hint of sweaty feet when you first walk in from outside. Its basically a hundred kids stuffing their faces with pizza and running around like crazy. But its distinctive on arrival. Its not the smell of the over priced pizza or over priced Buffalo wings... Its the feet. It goes away after a few minutes, dont worry.

They always update there games and rides. I frequented this place since I was little, and it was called Showbiz Pizza. I have taken my children here who are now in their teens and my youngest child I have now. Good food and entertainment.

This Chuck E. Cheese is the best I have been to. Great customer service and the pizza was good. Everything was very clean including the restrooms. All the games where all working and the employees never stopped smiling and cleaning. Best time for my baby brothers birthday. Def. Will come again.

Some of the staff is great; some of them are rude. If the games take your quarters/tokens/credits, they wont credit you. If you hit a BONUS on a game and it doesnt dispense the tickets, youre SOL. ***PAY ATTENTION!!! THEY ONLY GIVE YOU 3 TOKENS PER DOLLAR*** and if you do happen to catch that and ask them about it, they give some BS explanation about how some games only take tokens and not quarters (which is BS, I checked every game) and use sentences filled worth a whole bunch of empty words to confuse you so you just say ok, figuring that it must make sense somehow - but I can tell you, it doesnt...none at all.

Employees offer great service, pizza is good, a little to crowded and chaotic.

Employees dont really seem to care much for their jobs, went there with my 2 kids and my niece. Some machines didnt work but still deducted credits from your card. Told an employee said there wasnt much they could do about it, how about putting an out of order sign? Also my daughter and I were in the middle of a game when they decided to just shut down every single game, no warning or anything. Really doubt Ill be returning to this particular chuck e cheese.

This was the cleanest one weve been to and the games were age and height appropriate. Food selection was great for children and adults.
