Good park but alot of homeless and junkies walk around the park, its ok for the kids to play at just be alert keep your kids close to you. Beside that very cool sunset views

Love this park, especially the Sprout City Farm addition!! Very clean, safe and family oriented.

A place of serenity surrounded by chaos. The bike path is a great place for my little ones to practice with the skateboard. As the sun sets the lightrail passing is a thing of beauty.

The City of Lakewood has done a great deal of work to renovate the property from what it once was. Recently updated playground, a community garden, a Little League sized Baseball Field with a large grandstand for seating, as well as a basketball court. Additionally there are a few Porta-Potties on site.

Nice place to take the kids or go for a nice walk...safe and comfortable

Sometimes homeless hang out here, other than that the picnic benches are clean usually and well maintained.

This is a nice little park for family an kids we have some homeless .They have been getting less than last year. I take my dogs everyday have never had a problem. They have baseball field, basketball, tennis ball, courts, gardens they have barbecue grills an benches for parties next to the playground they keep it pretty clean not as bad as last year. Not a very big park but good for the neighborhood an the communitie.

Nice park but not safe for the little ones or early morning walks. A lot of activity (criminal) happens there where the police will stop you and tell you its not a good idea to come to this park. So 5s for the local law enforcement.

Always see homeless people there. Lots of shady characters here. And Im not saying that because theyre homeless. Just saw a story on 11-28-2018, of a police involved shooting near W.13th and Sheridan. The man police shot was just at this park firing a gun, then police followed him and they exchanged gun fire with the suspect.He died at w.13 and sheridan. I will never go back to this park now!

Small playground but not small enough for toddlers. Plus u have to deal with weird people staring at the kids play

This is a nice little park. It is kept up well. Has a tennis court, and is set back in a secluded area.

Lots of meth heads and winos at this park. I live in the neighborhood and wont go here anymore. Look out for syringes in the grass. I have been threatened here many times in the past just minding my own business walking my dog. I would never let children go here alone. Look elsewhere unless you dont mind seeing people shooting up dope in plain sight and watching tweakers and drunks staggering around and acting peculiar. Definately not a safe park. You have been warned
